Robert Rohmer DDS, Inc. at Vista Dental

Experiencia fantástica: Always a pleasure here. Undergone major work from here and it's always as pleasant as can be. Highly recommended for cleanings and any Dentist work needed.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and professional, and explained everything.

Experiencia fantástica: My first visit was great! From MD ROHMER down to the staff, absolutely friendly and professional. Referred by a relative and was not disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: OMG! I was so afraid of the dentist but my experience was awesome! Every person I met was so nice, kind and caring! Guess what? So was the dentist, Dr Rohmer. He was so personable, professional and empathetic that I completely relaxed. My appointment was great in every way! I recommend this dentist and his staff to anyone that wants good service! Kudos to the entire team!

Experiencia fantástica: The office was very nice and the staff were amazingly friendly and completely helpful and caring. The work done was very efficient and pain free. Dr. Rohmer and his assistant were terrific and I highly recommend his office to anyone! (I had a root canal and crown completed for a tooth that rotted).

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is super friendly and helpful. They all seem very knowledgeable about the various processes and help to make sure you are very informed about each and every step! Mr Rohmer is very friendly and patient with all questions. You can feel that he really cares about you being comfortable with the results. Highly recommend this place for any dental work

Experiencia fantástica: This place is so amazing great doctor the staff is so kind with you. Answered all my questions about my procedure great pricing top level work I was referred by my mother and dad they are long time customers and now so am I I drove 2 hours just to come here and I would do it again and again.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Rohmer is very knowledgeable and well informed on the best of modern dentistry. The hygienist that I saw today, Diane, is extremely well educated and gentle. The staff at Vista Dental are absolutely the best. They are helpful, kind, and go out of their way to facilitate the patient's dental goals.

Experiencia negativa: Showed up for my appointment, they had to cancel because I still have aligners and wanted me to wait an hour for a 90 min cleaning. Told them I couldn’t wait so they charged me for canceling 2 appointments. Not happy at all about this. The response was you could’ve cancelled prior to the appointment. Waste of my time and now my money.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Rohmer and his staff are wonderful! So glad to have found a new dentist office I can trust!

Experiencia fantástica: Great Dentist, Assistants, Hygenist, Receptionists. The dental office is a clean, modern and relaxed environment. I highly recommend Robert Rohmer DDS. The Dentist and his Staff definitely deserve a full 5 star rating!

Experiencia fantástica: Had an emergency temporary crown replacement on my front tooth called at 9 o’clock was in by 10 o’clock and complete by 12 o’clock. They did a great job holding me over till I can get to my regular dentist who is already prepaid for the permanent crown had I not prepaid I would’ve just had them do the crown right here excellent Denis and an excellent help The whole office is great if you live in the area, this is the place to go

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience and great people

Experiencia fantástica: A comfortable experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Staff always cheerful and friendly

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Rohmer is the best! I came to him traumatized from other dentists, but he always makes sure that I feel comfortable and answers all my questions. All the front desk ladies are so nice and welcoming too which makes my experience every time there more comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: They are the best, I love Dr. Roamer and his staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a cleaning done by Ashley today & she was so thorough & got off all the stains I had!

Experiencia fantástica: The best and most honest dentist you’ll ever find. I drive over an hour out of my way to see them. Dr. Rohmer is very patient and makes dental work a relatively painless experience. The office staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My hygienist Amy is one of the best I’ve ever worked with and does a fantastic job. It can be difficult to make an appointment at times because they are super busy. That’s a good thing because they are the best at what they do and all their patients know it. Highly recommend them if you have dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Super friendly and very timely. Definite recommendation.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff. The initial check-up was really thorough, they considered my complete health history when discussing any dental concerns, and the visit was all under an hour. Dr. Rohmer was especially excellent!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I had a great first experience at this new dental office. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and checked in promptly. Our wait time was less than five minutes before we were taken back for X-rays, which we really appreciated. The entire staff was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The doctor performed a thorough exam and was both kind and easy to talk to, which immediately put us at ease. Our dental hygienist, Michael (yes, she’s female!), was truly the cherry on top. We’ve been going to the dentist our entire lives, and she is by far the best hygienist either of us has ever had. She was extremely detailed, gentle, and made the experience comfortable for both of us. To top it off, she sent us home with a bag of dental essentials to help us maintain the health and cleanliness of our teeth. We’re very happy we found this office and will definitely be back in six months!

Experiencia fantástica: Best experience Amy does a very thorough cleaning. Amazing staff

Experiencia negativa: Worst place was charged 25 fee for making 3 dental appointments was unable to make but called to cancel. Was 1 st time to ever visit this office beware late fees. They need to be more customer service oriented. Sad business take money elsewhere just to update their response I was told I could no longer been seen here, due to my husband they did not like racist and very unprofessional I was being treated my 1st time for inplant and ortho they told me I needed to look elsewhere even though I did nothing wrong horrible place just beware if not liked you will be turned away during an implant in their care they did that to my husband.

Experiencia fantástica: Been very hard to find a good dentist and this place is it. Staff is great and friendly, Doctor is great with my kids and myself. We have been to dental cleanings, cavities being filled and teeth removal for my kids braces and each time it has gone smoothly. Thank you again. Couldn’t recommend this office enough.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit which entailed X-Rays, reviews, and cleaning. The entire dental clinic was spotless—not a speck even in the corners. I was most impressed with the knowledge, proficiency, and thoroughness of Dr Rohmer. It was definitely no “old school” dental experience. The X-Ray equipment was state-of-the-art without awkward, painful takes. I never knew that they put hand-held tiny cameras inside your mouth to view your teeth—like a sonogram?? The “crown”, however, goes to the hygienist (Michael), who was doggedly determined to win the battle against resistant tartar that my prior dentist had just skimmed over. My teeth actually felt happily invaded. THE TARTAR IS GONE!! Thank you so much for your excellent service….Mary t.

Experiencia fantástica: First time coming here, I love this office! Just had a root canal done w/crown. If you need a family dentist, a must try! Super friendly staff, made me feel comfortable. Dentist is patient and understanding to your needs. Thank you guys! Can’t wait to bring my family here with me. Dentist can be scary so making patients feel welcomed is key! Appreciate you all.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent exam, very thorough and thoughtful.

Experiencia positiva: Excellent work, service and treatment went well. Came in to fix a filling that came out. Overall dental work & cleaning was 10/10 and would recommend this office to anyone. Definitely feel that the office couldve communicated better that we weren't in network before starting treatment. Also would appreciate going over treatment and cost first before doing any numbing.

Experiencia fantástica: I would like to express my utmost satisfaction with this dental office, which has consistently demonstrated exceptional service over the past decade. After an unfortunate experience with our previous dental practice, my family and I were initially cautious in selecting a new provider. However, after thorough research and recommendations, we chose this practice and have remained loyal ever since. The staff, particularly Dr. Rhomer and Bridgette, have shown great patience and care, especially with our children who were previously anxious about dental visits. Their ability to create a welcoming and reassuring environment has made a significant difference in our family's dental health experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this dental office to individuals of all ages in need of any dental services. The professionalism and expertise exhibited here are truly commendable. Thank you once again to Dr. Rhomer and Bridgette for their outstanding dedication.
