We were welcomed with open arms, and my babies had the best time at the dentist! Dr.Bell is one of the sweetest humans I have ever met in my entire life. He’s just a ray of sunshine!!☀️ Melinda, my babies absolutely loved you, just had toy after toy in her pocket. My 8 year old was previously traumatized by dentists, but she can’t wait until her next appointment, and for my one year old he never left mommy’s arms! We love Dr.Bell and his staff so so much!!

Experiencia fantástica: We absolutely love Dr. Bell’s office!! The staff is amazing and welcoming, making sure the kids feel safe and understood. Dr. Bell is also an amazing dentist! The office is welcoming and clean and even provides fun things for the kids to do during their visit to allow a calm and relaxed atmosphere. We sought out Dr.Bells office after a horrible and traumatic experience at another dentist office, and Dr.Bell and his staff did not disappoint! For context, an issue our son had with prior dental appointments was allowing them to administer numbing shots, this caused some issues regarding work that needed to be done. When we met Dr.Bell, he was very serious about not forcing children to do anything they didn’t want to do and wanted to gain our sons trust first. That’s exactly what he did with our son. Our most recent visit, our son felt more comfortable with him and his staff to allow them to do any dental work needed. Dr.Bell and his staff were so amazing that our son (and us) had no clue when he administered the numbing shot! That was a huge win for us! Our son finally got the proper dental work he needed with no fuss or tears! Dr. Bell and his staff made sure our concerns were heard and made sure our son felt understood, comfortable and relaxed during his visits. He took the time to gain the trust of our son while also making it a fun and enjoyable experience for all of us. Our son now looks forward to his visits at Dr. Bells office and no longer feels afraid of the dentist. Highly recommend Dr. Bell and his staff!

Experiencia fantástica: Took my 3 year old in for his First Dentist appt. I was so nervous. However the Office staff and DR Bell are amazing! The environment when I first walked in was just a great vibe. My son immediately felt at home. Playing with the books and looking at the fish. They got us in exactly at out Appt time. The office is so nice and updated equipment. They have Tvs to help relax the children. Not one crying child was heard. Just laughs and happiness. Let’s just say I couldn't believe I was in a dentist office. The Asst was so good with my son. I love that she talked to him directly and made sure he knew what she was doing. Then Dr Bell came in and was just amazing! He let my son look at his tools and made him feel safe. At the end gave him a bag full of toys and tooth protects (tooth brush, floss ect.) they also took a picture and printed it out for us. I really feel that my son will learn to love the Dentist and not have a fear them. Best part is my husband went to DR Bell as a child. So Glad to have an amazing office like this for my child.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't express how great this place is on every level. I remember being a child and having to go to the dentist. I would suffer from anxiety the days leading up to it, and hate every second I was there. It seemed I passed this fear to my son. He had to have a few teeth extracted so I took him into a place I won't mention. They refused to let me stay in the room with him and I had to hear him crying from the waiting room the entire time. It was a nightmare for both of us. He has some tooth issues and 6 more baby teeth need to come out so his mom brought him here for a check up and he was at ease the whole time. He felt comfortable in the waiting room, they had a ceiling mounted TV above the dentist chair and handed him a Playstation controller to play games. Where was this when I was young. I took him back just yesterday to have the 6 teeth removed. Yes he was nervous but the entire staff, the hygienist, and Dr. Bell all made him feel comfortable. It's like this office actually all come together to create this welcoming atmosphere to put kids at ease. I got to stay in the room with him, Dr. Bell could not have been a sweeter guy to my little dude. He talked to him through the whole procedure and let him know what he was doing. He was constantly reassuring him, complimenting him on being a good patient, and cracking jokes. My son was floating high in the clouds on the gas but remembers enough to know he is in good hands at this dentist office. Thank you all for doing what you do. Every one in this office from reception to dentist is doing a phenomenal job and it is really appreciated. Highly recommend anyone in the high desert to take your kids here.

He does a great job with cleanings, checking for and filling cavities My sons have never had any problems with any work he’s done. He recommended 3 of them get braces and has always been generous with help and information. Your children are in great hands!

Experiencia negativa: I initially had 5 star review because we really enjoyed coming to this dentist, I have been bringing 3 of my kids here and 1 of them is the only one that had to get fillings. We have been coming for 2 years and I swear my son has been having infections (more that 4) all over his mouth because the teeth were not properly filled and now a filling came out and my son is in pain! I am out of state and no insurance I took him to a dentist and had to pay almost 400$ out of pocket for an extraction since that’s what they recommended. I have never had a dentist do so much bad work. Dr. Bell is extremely friendly and I really trusted him but unfortunately my husband was right about switching dentists. Every tooth my son got a filling in ends up getting infected.

Experiencia negativa: Dr Bell should reconsider his career. my son came in for a cleaning and the Dr and his staff turned my son away ! 6 months later my son returns for a routine cleaning and they told us he's had cavities since his last visit but he never informed us !! Told us to do nothing about it and sent us on our way. That's neglecting a patient!! My son is three years old. We won't be back. Beware coming here

Experiencia negativa: My family has been going to Dr. Bell for many many years. After we decide to switch dentistry we have found many cavities and problems that were not noticed from Dr. Bell. We are very upset that these were not fixed. A cavity should not go years and not be noticed. I’m very upset with this dentistry.

Experiencia negativa: I ended up getting a tooth filling from here multiple times. This has later caused me to have multiple issues with this same teeth with a year of pain. My face has ended up swelling up and now I have to be on antibiotics and get a root canal treatment. Do not send your kids here and risk the same issues. Dr.Bell is a friendly but he does not know what he is doing.

Of course he couldn’t answer but I appreciate acknowledging him. His goodie bag was age appropriate and the office is beautiful. I was worried about him crying but they made me feel welcome and not embarrassed. They told me everything that was going on and made sure I left with no questions or concerns.

From the second I called to make the appointment to the time we walked out. The staff is so friendly. The amenities they offer are amazing. Dr. Bell obviously genuinely cares about not just the physical comfort of his patients but their mental and emotional comfort as well. As does his staff. Absolutely the BEST experience either of us have ever had at a dentist. And I feel like I am completely underselling how good they are.

I have a 2 1/2 year-old and a 1 and a half-year-old and let me tell you my two-year-old was not at all excited when I was prepping her to go to the dentist and I was actually really nervous but Dr. Bell’s team seriously made it such an amazing experience for both of them and and my 2 year old actually left the dentist nonstop talking about her experience and was ready to go back for another visit! I can’t thank them enough for making us feel so comfortable with our two little ones and they always give them little goodie bags at the end which is always a plus for them! Keep doing what you are all doing and do not change! It’s no wonder they are rated Best in the High Desert!

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Bell and staff are really nice, but that’s all they can offer. Now, when it comes to dental work it’s awful. I been taking my kid here for a long time and he was good at doing fillings, but when it comes to major dental work he won’t do it. He’ll keep doing fillings on teeth that need root canals or other dental work. My child had to get a tooth extracted that he kept filling when it needed more than just a filling, and let me just say, my kid is six years old, so now the poor kid is going to be missing a molar for a couple of years until the permanent one comes out. There was also a cavity he missed at his last exam which was done one week before going to the new dentist to get a second opinion. Luckily the new doctor was able to fix that and save his tooth. Well, theres more! Two more fillings had to be fix that were broken, and again they were missed by Dr. Bell. One broken filling was fix, but the other one needed a root canal, because the filling done by Dr. Bell was too big. That was another tooth he just kept filling when my kid would go in for a toothache. I was told by the new dentist that it might just last him two years because the filling that was done by Dr. Bell was too big. I had the option of getting the tooth extracted or doing the root canal that hopefully will last two years, maybe longer. The doctors advised me to go for the root canal because my child is six years old and it’s going to be years from now before the permanent tooth comes out. I was so stressed out and disappointed that I decided to write a review. I have never written a review in my life, but the pain my child has gone through should’ve never happened. I know there’s a lot of great reviews, but believe me and those other reviews that have 1 star. If something doesn’t feel right, get a second opinion, please! I trusted him and waited too long to get a second opinion, and now my child has been through so much pain.

Experiencia negativa: My son started going here when he was 5. The office is amazing and Dr.Bell and his staff are extremely nice. My son had to get quite a few fillings, 4 to be exact. After a couple months of the fillings being done, 1 specific filling started to fall out. This happened SEVEN times. I regret not getting more mad after the 3rd or 4th time but i trusted the dentist so I continued to go back and listen when they told me just to get it refilled. Finally the 7th time around, I was beyond upset and told Dr Bell we weren’t doing this anymore. He understood and recommended for me to go to a specialist in Redlands so Carson could be put under for more extensive fillings since the 1 kept falling out. I was so upset. So instead i got a second opinion at All 4 Kids in Hesperia. The original fillings were all cracked and done poorly. So my son got all 4 fillings refilled (without being put under) and there was an infection in 1 of his teeth and a tooth that shouldn’t have to come out until he’s 8, had to be pulled immediately. I’m sure my experience was just a 1/10 chance of happening. But the fact that Dr Bell allowed my son to go through this treatment so many times without a resolution is just beyond me. I hope no one else’s child would have to go through what my son did

She is really scared of the he dentist . They did an amazing job from easy check in friendly front desk person.then called back by a friendly dental assistant who gave my daughter a cleaning and she did so well with her making her feel comfortable then the doctor came in and was also amazing with her as well as very friendly and non judgemental twords me . Also it did not take long to get called back we didn't wait at all for the dentist to see her after the dentist assistant was done I'm definitely switching all my other 5 children over to this dentist

They barely did anything other than look at his mouth when we were there, so we switched his dentist. The first time I brought my son to Dr. Bell, he immediately knew why we were there. He actually listened to me and my concerns, while making my anxious son (who was 3) feel calm. His staff was also very kind and patient with him. My son has respiratory issues, so Dr. Bell wrote a referral right then and there, so we could start the process to have his surgery in a hospital. Even when I was worried about the procedure, he took the time to explain it to me and made me feel at peace. I’m so thankful we switch dentists because he almost had to have a tooth pulled due to the ignorance and negligence of his last dentist. So thankful for Dr. Bell.

All 3 of my children got in same day with cleanings, x-rays and dentist exam for all 3 kids! They're all great when it comes to children, even those who are a bit unsure about going to the dentist. Leaving here, my children were all excited and had a wonderful experience as well as all of our needs and expectations being met. First time I have found a dentist for my children that not only I approve of but my children approve of as well! *Highly recommend to any family looking for a dentist for their kids
