I have a special medical condition, and she is the only dentist that would accommodate. Due to my dentist of years lack of consideration to accommodate me during my battle, I moved my entire families dental health to Dr. A. She touched my heart today with her compassion for me. She personally cleaned my teeth today. I can’t remember the last time the dentist actually cleaned my teeth. I felt like we could be true friends. The office staff was friendly, polite & , patient too. They did not rush but truly saw me as a human not a # in the dental chair. 5 stars! Go see her!!

At one point, Dr. A opened the office early so they could squeeze me in for an emergency procedure. Another time, I arrived early for an appointment - interrupting an employee appreciation lunch - and after we finished up the appointment, they sent me home with a plate of some of the best Indian food I've ever had (homemade by Dr. A, if I remember correctly). I was scheduled as check up and clean. They just did X-ray and doctor came and telling me the process about cleaning gums. she was not interested about my questions and wants to finish whatever she wants to say, looks like she is in hurry it’s their closing time she mentioned. Very bad experience.

Experiencia negativa: The hygienist put too much pressure on my gums. She never asked me if I was feeling pain or if she could help me to make it easier. She was really rude. Not polite at all. It seemed I was bothering her. She didn’t give me the bag with toothpaste and toothbrush.

Experiencia fantástica: The wife and I had a stellar experience with Dr. Apurva Arjarapu. She spent sufficient time with each of us to understand our individual needs and concerns. She was very pleasant to speak with and absolutely made you feel part of her community. Her recommendations for proper oral care were tailored to each of us. These recommendations were only made after speaking with each of us about our dental care concerns, and after her asking several questions about the current products and our dental care practices at home. We had a very poor experience with another dentist that had us not coming back to them, so this gave us great confidence in her ability to listen and individualize her feedback to us. The office was pleasant and had a calming motif. The support staff was pleasant to deal with. The dental care area was clean and well organized. I am confident in saying this, we are very much looking forward to our next check up.
