Experiencia negativa: Not sure what it is with people who work billing at dentists offices but it's like they're allergic to do their jobs... I was ignored for two days and then when I got a response when questioning what it might cost in additional fees to switch my Invisalign case to this dentists I received a fairly rude response saying the fee wouldn't from Invisalign it would be from them but I need to come in before they can tell me what the 'possible' fee would be but they won't tell me what this 'possible' fee would even be for. I'm sure the Dentist here is fine based on ratings but they need to fix the billing department. It shouldn't be such a nightmare to get a few simple answers and I shouldn't have to wait 48 hours for a single response.

The front desk staff, especially Lu, is incredibly knowledgeable. She has answered many questions I’ve had along the way and is well-versed in both clinical details and insurance, which is rare in my experience. Typically, front desk staff don’t have that level of understanding, so this really stood out. Wait times are consistently minimal, and they send several appointment reminders, which I find extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Smile in Style to anyone in need of specialty dental or periodontal care.

We went to Doctor Eslami for a deep cleaning and we will continue to do that throughout the year. We received an amazing best care on our teeth. We are very fortunate that we found the best of the best Doctor at “Smile in Style - Periodontist and Orthodontist” in Cedar Park, which make it easy instead of going to two different doctors. My husband had a Periodontal surgical procedure, which involves a sinus lift prior to his implant. Dr Eslami from the beginning explained the process in detail, and put us at ease. She definitely is an outstanding professional that has 2 Specializations. She is kind, very confident professional and knowledgeable. The surgical procedure was a success, and everything went smoothly. No pain or no problems whatsoever. My husband received a detailed postoperative care information. She has a patient for life ❤️❤️❤️ I came in for removal of braces and came out looking like a completely different person. I had a gingivectomy same day I am so happy with my smile. My teeth were naturally small with a lot of gum. Dr Amin balanced out my teeth by lengthening the crown and scaling back a lot of my gum. I feel like I look normal. She completely gave me back and increased my confidence! Highly recommend!! THANK YOU DR AMIN!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had issues with gum recession in the front of lower teeth. Gum graft was recommended to prevent further recession by my general dentist and referred to Dr. Azi. Dr. Azi is a wonderful Peri-Orthodontist specialist. She is highly skilled, very professional and has lots of experience in dealing with any kind of dental issues. She did an amazing job with my gum graft and the results were great. The procedure was flawless with easy and a textbook recovery. I highly recommend her for any dental related procedures.

Experiencia negativa: I am very disappointed with the service my daughter and I received at Smile in Style Orthodontics office. While we initially trusted them with her treatment, our experience has been far from professional. Not only was the orthodontic care itself unsatisfactory, but an even bigger concern arose when the orthodontist’s husband became involved in matters beyond dental care. He began giving unsolicited advice about my family and my relationship with my daughter, making her feel uncomfortable and unwilling to continue treatment there. This behavior is completely inappropriate and a violation of professional boundaries between a doctor and patient. We have already paid approximately $5,000 for treatment, yet we have not received the quality of service or professionalism expected from a healthcare provider. Due to these concerns, I plan to report this issue to the appropriate authorities. I strongly urge anyone considering this practice to think twice before trusting them with their care.

For the last 4 years they helped me with my braces journey, and did a great job at it too; 4 years ago I could have never imagined my teeth to look like this. They are kind people and you can tell they all care for what they’re doing.

Dr Azi does great cleanings, I wish I could still come in for teeth cleaning but unfortunately she only does periodontic work on her current patients. Can't recommend Dr Azi enough!

Experiencia fantástica: Best Ortho in the greater Austin area! The entire staff is so joyful and friendly to be around. You wouldn’t think that’s super important, but braces are a time commitment and enjoying the process has been wonderful! (This is compared to horror stories I have heard from friends and their experience with other Orthodontist in the area) Additionally, Dr. Azi is very knowledgeable and straightforward in what is, or is not needed. When my kids were getting to the age of braces I was dreading it, but this has been the best experience ever. (Oh, and my daughter looks great and is so happy since getting her braces off!)
