Experiencia fantástica: Friendly service the ladies at the front of the office are super nice. I switched about a year ago when my dentist moved I'm very pleased with their services.

Experiencia negativa: I have been patient for several years, but Unfortunately, Since the practice changed ownership, the customer service has significantly declined. The front desk staff was unhelpful, lacked professionalism, and seemed unable or unwilling to explain the charges on my bill. A dental office should provide both quality clinical care and transparent, respectful customer service. While I appreciate the new hygienist’s good work, the poor communication and billing experience at the front desk make it difficult to recommend this practice anymore.

Experiencia positiva: I have been visiting Davie Family Dental for a few years. I have always found the staff to be very attentive. The main dentist recently retired but that did not really concern me as my hygienist is who I spend most of my time with one of the replacement dentists seemed competent when I met her. During this visit I learned that my hygienist had left and they replaced her with a new hygienist. Although they sent a text message two months prior, it was rather vague. That being said, the new hygienist was capable. The problem was a language barrier. English was not her first language and communicating with her was difficult. There were multiple misunderstandings etc. While I was on the fence if I was going to return to this hygienist a couple of things quickly changed that. She did not floss after polishing, something every other hygienist has done, which I requested and she did not do. When I requested GUM soft picks, she quickly said they did not have them. I found this odd. Lastly, she immediately stated that I should see another hygienist since I was not comfortable with her. While she was gentle etc, these three interactions sealed the deal. Hopefully DFD will get the message that patients require continuity of care if even staff changes.

She was so patient, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire process, which really helped keep him calm and comfortable. You can truly tell she cares about her patients and takes the time to make them feel at ease. Dallys was also an incredible assistant — kind, attentive, and very professional. The entire office has such a high-class, welcoming atmosphere, and everyone we encountered was friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care and a team that genuinely goes above and beyond for their patients!

HORRIBLE. they don't do insurance verifications bc it's not their "responsibility" ?? what doctors care office doesn't verify their own patients eligibility, they don't even know who they're in contract with! how ridiculous. not only do the out of pocket fees constantly change they will do half of the appointment and charge the patient full price !!! DO NOT RISK YOUR CARE WITH AN OFFICE WHO DOESNT CARE.

She is an amazing, caring, gentle and brilliant dentist. I had no dental anxiety and my procedure was so easy. Both Dr.Moore and her assistant made my visit a pleasurable one. I look forward to a long relationship with Davie Dental and I recommend them to everyone!! My dentist recently passed away and I have been looking for a new dentist. I found the ONE. Dr. Craig Friedman and his staff are amazing. I had a wonderful first visit experience. From the front desk, to the dental tech., Dr. Friedman and the check out process it was so professional and easy. I felt so at ease with Dr. Friedman, he was extremely thorough for my first visit, I had no anxiety and I knew I was in the right place!! Thank you Davie Family Dental.

Experiencia negativa: A couple of years ago I requested recommendations for a dentist since my prior dentist’s contract with Humana had expired. Someone recommended Davie Family Dentistry. I decided to check them out. Everything went well at the beginning until they billed me for services that my insurance did not cover. I asked them why they did not verify coverage with my insurance before providing the service and notify me that the service was not covered. Their response was it was not their policy to verify coverage. Next, their contract with Humana had expired yet they provided service which Humana rejected due to expired coverage. My previous dentist advised me immediately when their contract had expired. Davie Family Dentistry did not believe it was their responsibility to advise me that their contract had expired with Humana. In the meantime, while I was questioning their practice, they reported me to the credit bureaus for delinquency. I advise everyone to run from Davie Family Dentistry.

Experiencia negativa: I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. I’ve been a regular patient and always rely on the office to schedule my routine cleanings based on my insurance benefits. Last year, they scheduled me for multiple cleanings, including one in January (which I later realized), another in June, and then again in December. When I went in for my December 17 appointment, I specifically asked if everything was covered, and I was told I owed nothing, it was just my cleaning appt. Months later—on April 4, 2026 I suddenly received a bill for $97 for that same cleaning. When I called to question this, I was told that it is not their responsibility to verify my insurance benefits or track how many cleanings I’ve had during the year. This is very frustrating because they are the ones scheduling these appointments and have access to my history. If they knew I already had multiple cleanings, why schedule another one instead of advising me to wait a few weeks into the new year when it would have been covered? To make matters worse, they said I only had 120 days from the date of service (December 17, 2025) to pay, yet they didn’t even send the bill until April 2026—leaving me with almost no time to respond before threatening to send it to collections. This feels very unfair and misleading. Patients trust dental offices to guide them correctly, especially when it comes to insurance coverage. Instead, I feel taken advantage of and pressured to pay for something that could have easily been avoided with proper communication. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

Experiencia negativa: 2 stars Only because Sarah is a fantastic dental hygienist. The office staff has no clue what they are doing. It appears they are all learning at the same time. I have been a patient at this office for many years. Now that Jackie is no longer there the office is not very officiant. It seems run down as well. If you schedule patients to be seen at 8:00am open your office earlier. Do not have a line of 6 people waiting in the sun to get in. This made me minutes late for my cleaning. I need to take time off work to be seen. I have enough respect to be on time, let alone early. The office should respect my time as well. Since my Dr. has retired I would not feel comfortable having a new dentist in this office see me. I will stick with Sarah. She is the best. I will seek medical needs elsewhere if needed. Please do not respond with reach out to your office. You may reach out to me if needed be.

Experiencia negativa: I was a patient of Dr. Craig Friedman for over 10 years and always had a good experience. Unfortunately, after he retired, my experience at this office changed. With the new dentist, Dr. Neukirchner, I did not feel comfortable with the care I received. She recommended two crowns, but I had difficulty getting numb even after multiple injections, which were very painful. Later, she decided not to proceed and referred me to a specialist to rule out a root canal. This experience felt unprofessional and frustrating to me. I decided not to return to this office and switched to another dentist. My new dentist was able to complete two crowns in one visit, and the numbing process was quick and comfortable. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this office after Dr. Friedman’s retirement.

The office staff is friendly and helpful, and they don't seem to have a management company running the business that rips you off. I couldn't be happier with this find!

So I did not have to pay for a new mouth guard , the warranty covered it. I didn't even know that there was a warranty. I'm very grateful to Dr. Friedman.

Experiencia fantástica: If you need a dentist look no further. My family has been a patient of Dr. Craig Friedman’s Dentistry office for the last 30 years or so. He and his wife treat us like family. When you make an appointment you’ll speak to Jackie or Maria. They will take the very best care of you and always meet you at the door with a smile. Our hygienist is Sarah and she’s as gentle as can be. I don’t even get my gums numbed anymore with her. My wife can easily fall asleep in her chair!
