From my very first consultation at the West Kendall office, Dr. Perez gave me something I value deeply: honesty. He clearly explained my condition, my options, and the best solution without giving me false expectations. That honesty is what gave me the confidence to trust him with my care. On the day of my surgery at the Sheridan Street office, I was impressed not only by how beautiful and calming the office is, but also by seeing some of the same team members from West Kendall. From the moment you walk in, everyone—from the front desk staff and coordinators to the assistants and nurse—makes you feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The care doesn’t end when you leave the office. I received phone calls and text messages checking on my recovery, which meant a great deal to me and showed how much they truly care about their patients. I still need a dental implant, but that decision has already been made. Without a doubt, I’ll continue my treatment with Dr. Perez and his entire team. Experiencia fantástica: Called Dr. Ramón Perez office in west kendall on Thursday after experiencing excruciating pain from an impacted wisdom tooth that has been laying dormant for some time. When I say desperate, I mean desperate. I looked for the nearest maxillofacial surgeon near my home, dialed his office number and was greeted by Andrea. Andrea thank you so much for you attentiveness and patience with me as I could barely open my mouth fully, a mumbled mess. She looked into the soonest day and time they could get me in, and slapped me with the greatest news someone who was ready to pull their own tooth out could get. She got me booked for a consult the following morning but tells me that unfortunately it would have to be in their davie location and not kendall. Trust me under these circumstances, you'll go to the end of the earth to get a resolve so no unfortunate news there. Staff at the front desk was amazing from start to finish, as well as whom im thinking is the radiology tech and the rest of the amazing women in the back that made my visit that much more comfortable. Dr. Perez "McDreamy" came in, introduced himself and gave it to me raw and clear. All 3 standing wisdom teeth needed to come out & if I was ready, he was ready for the battle. I waited for a bit as they finished up other procedures and then *drum roll*... it was my turn. From the moment I sat in the chair, had my IV started to the conclusion of the procedure, what was allegedly an hour procedure felt like 10minutes. They watched over me after waking and made sure I felt okay. Once I was ready I was wheeled out to my car with clear instructions and prescriptions for my recovery. Halfway on my way back home I received a call to check on me. Either way if any complications would rise, I had the doctors number to contact. Thank you to the team behind it all & Dr. Perez, Deeply grateful for the trestment i received today. Now on to indulge on baby food and water for the next few days.

Experiencia negativa: I had gotten a referral to get my wisdom teeth taken out so I decided to reach out here due to their high reviews. Consultation, I came in with my appointment at 11am and I was finally seen and spoken to around 12:45 pm which was only for 5 minutes of his time. I brushed it off and I understood he did surgeries in the office and probably was very busy. I came back to get my wisdom teeth taken out with my mom. I was told I would be put to sleep with IV sedation. They pushed medication but I did not fall asleep. He asked if I started to feel anything. I said “A bit, I feel tired” as I didn’t know what feeling to expect. He then laid me down and started working on my mouth and I FELT EVERYTHING. I was not asleep, I felt the whole procedure and was flinching and even moved. I started bawling my eyes out. I kept on crying due to being uncomfortable and so upset that no one heard my cries of being in pain. The doctor left and I didn’t get a bye. I was left with the nurses and the main one who was with me kept telling me to stop crying. “I can’t let you go home if you keep crying” “You got to stop crying or I can’t call your mom to get you”. Words that further saddened/angered me. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. I wanted to leave. I expressed I felt everything to the nurse and she just replied “yeah? i’m sorry.” I couldn’t even look at the nurses or anyone. They finally called my mom, as soon as they rolled me out and I saw my mom, i started crying and told my mom I felt everything. I immediately called my fiancé because they didn’t allow me to take my phone to the back, and told him how I felt everything. The nurse is talking to my mom and saying I was asleep the whole time and saying i’m lying and just emotional. If I was asleep the whole time, I wouldn’t know you guys were talking about your nails and even when you reached out to my mom, you were still talking about nails which should be recorded in the call at the very beginning. I wouldn’t recommend this practice to any of my friends or family for this reason. Front desk was amazing and friendly and calmed me down before my procedure but that’s the only good thing about this place.

First of all, everyone who works there is so nice and professional. They make the whole venture so pleasant. Dr. Perez is very personable and very good at what he does. My father usually has a difficult recovery but was really impressed. No pain, very little swelling and very little bruising. He’s never had such a seamless recovery. We would recommend this office over and over again!!

First of, the workers are extremely welcoming and sweet, Naomi was my coordinator and her patience and care was outstanding. The day of the surgery I was extremely nervous, the workers made me feel way better, I got sedation so I don’t remember anything but when I woke up I was painless. I’m currently on day three post op and I haven’t had any pain at all. I haven’t had a need of taking any pill for pain, my experience was outstanding and I definitely recommend this clinic.

Experiencia negativa: Today was a nightmare. My daughter was scheduled for surgery at 8 am. We arrived at 745am. At 815 we were told that we owed over 1000.00 based in the verification they received from the insurance. I contacted the insurance while there because this was wrong. One if the employees so rudely said if we could not pay she would cancel the surgery. This caused my daughter to become upset. To make maters worse even after this mistake was corrected we were told the dr refused to do surgery because my daughter was upset. Explaining she was upset about the surgery being canceled they showed no remorse and canceled us anyway. I do not recommend this office to anyone. My reply to your comment is this, I did not have a problem paying my portion. I had a problem with your office making a mistake on what I owed and I knew it was a mistake because I verified with the insurance prior to the visit and I even called the insurance while at your office. The unprofessional behavior threatening to cancel the surgery over money us what caused my daughter to become upset. She was not upset or nervous about the procedure but that was not expressed to you as the Dr or acknowledged. You just decided it was not good for you and canceled us. It was never explained that a pts simply crying would result in surgery being canceled. Shame on you and your for not having any empathy fir pts feelings. This is unexceptable and shocking after we trusted you after our first surgery with you. The office has changed, the staff has changed and frankly so have you Dr Perez. I'm appalled and disgusted. I would never recommend any pts to you again. Not that it's your concern but have it known my daughter is healing well and had a great experience after a professional surgeon took her on as an emergency and did your job. Good luck

Experiencia fantástica: If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This is one of the best oral and maxillofacial surgery Office in pembroke pines. Both of children needed all 4 wisdom teeth removed. I was recomended a place that insisted that they had to do a CT although they had a panoramic done in another office. I received a outrageous quote from another. I kept researching and came across OMS. From the minute you walk in the front desk are friendly and welcoming. DR Perez answered all our questions. Mariella explained thoroughly about cost if the insurance covered or what it will be if they didnt. My dental insurance is weird where they have to go through medical for some things so many dentist don't want to deal with it and we are the ones having to make the calls to see who is covering what. We'll needless to say that the insurance coordinator Clariissa did all the work and best of all got us the most coverage. I am so greatful. If your looking for a thorough and caring place, than definitely this is it. Thank you!!!

My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Ramon and I have had four extractions with molar implants. We are beyond satisfied with the Doctor’s approach with explaining the procedures beforehand and the subsequent treatments.

Very professional since the very beginning of the process . Post-op appointment was quickly accommodated when I requested . Staff is fully bilingual ( English and Spanish ). There are other facilities across Dade and Broward counties !! A big shout out to Mariela who was always pending on my insurance response to expedite and accommodate an earlier date for the procedure . Highly recommended clinical and office staff !!!

I did not want to spend the money on any Dr. and not receive the treatment I paid for. I came from Naples to see Dr. Perez Rosich for a full mouth implant restoration. This Dr. has blessed hands and is an excellent person. I am so grateful and surprised to see I was not even swollen or in pain. It was wroth the drive to see this Dr and will be forever grateful.

You can sense there’s a wonderful work environment, makes you feel safe as soon as you walk in, which is super important for this kind of situations. Experiencia fantástica: I was very grateful and thankful for the care I received at this office! I had to get all four of my wisdom teeth extracted because they were in bad shape. I was fearful because this was a procedure where I'd have to go under IV sedation, and I had never done so before. Taking control of my health, I decided to go through with the consultation and procedure. The staff here helped me out so much, even as I was having trouble with my insurance prior to the surgery. Even on the day of the procedure, they were very friendly and nice, which made me feel better about my initial concerns about going under anesthesia. I did so well after the operation, and all credit goes to Dr. Ramon Perez and his staff. That same day, I was able to recover beautifully, walking, talking, and being able to go back to my regularly scheduled life easily. Even in the days afterwards, I was no longer in pain, and others around me could not believe I was managing so well. I want to deeply thank Dr. Ramon Perez and his staff, who helped me along the way. I am still healing well, and I want to express my gratitude to everyone who assisted me in the process! Especially because when I woke up from the anesthesia, I had no time to do so. Experiencia fantástica: I have been terrified to have teeth removed. This office made the experience honestly amazing. I cannot believe how thorough and pleasant the experience was, YES pleasant! I was really worried about the aftercare because I have a 18 month old. I got my procedure done Friday and by Monday AM was back to work. I took it pretty easy for a week but was able to do my daily functions. I managed the pain with ice and Tylenol, didn't even need the pain meds and I contribute that to the wonderful staff at this office. I recommend this office for any type of procedure. They are all extremely friendly and patient focused. It is very clean and nice in there as well, my husband couldn't believe it he kept asking how I found this place. Again thank you to the amazing staff! I had been in pain for years along with sinus issues and it's completely gone now.
