Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at Gentle Teeth and Braces of Weston. The staff was kind, welcoming, and made my daughter and I feel comfortable as , soon as we arrived. The orthodontist explained the treatment plan clearly and answered all of our questions. Everyone was patient and professional, and the office was clean and organized. Consultation was free , they have payment plan with zero interest. It one stop for all your teeth’s needs. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for Dentist /orthodontic care!

Most importantly they were kind and my TEEETHHHH were treated literally gently. My cleaning was amazing!! My experience was amazing it was my first time. The cleanings were gentle with very little discomfort, and the hygienist made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I also appreciated the small touches, like offering complimentary bottled water to patients. The office is organized, professional, and runs efficiently. Overall, it’s a place I feel comfortable returning to for my routine dental care, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Experiencia fantástica: Today marked our fourth or fifth visit to Gentle Teeth of Weston and I can say that every time I have to go in for my treatment, I’m confident that the experience will be great. The ladies at the front office are so nice and friendly; dental hygienists are the best (Gaby, Monica, everyone) and Dr Zambrano is just great. He explains everything carefully, his work is impeccable and the crowns I had done look so good (and feel like my own teeth). And Dr Sam, orthodontist, is just great with my kids. One of them is already on his orthodontic treatment and we’ve popped by for an unscheduled adjustment last week and they were happy to help us. Always with a warm smile, great advice and overall a friendly, positive experience. Last but not least, they are honest with pricing and quoting. I definitely recommend Gentle Teeth Weston.

They don’t have the proper conditions or equipment to treat young kids’ teeth — they could barely take an X-ray. My child has a cavity, and they suggested putting a crown on a very young child. In the end, they could only refer us to another clinic. It feels like we booked the appointment for nothing.

Experiencia negativa: Mmm not my best experience possibly the worst. The dr did a great job extracting my tooth. Besides that a treatment plan was made for me with a bunch of unnecessary codes. Didn’t receive my X-rays until my second visit. Also had me down for a fill on a crown and when I asked about it the dr couldn’t tell me why he had it there. The office seemed like they were trying to grab as much money as possible from me and my insurance. Didn’t like that one bit cancelled all future appointments and changed offices. Will never be back

Then the fact that my insurance verification wasn’t the easiest process, I just prolonged the situation. And then I came across Gentle teeth and had a great encounter with the office manager, Yanalyn Rios She was able to assist me with getting my insurance verified getting me scheduled and seen in less than 24 hours.. Dr. Ali Farhat was the absolute best explained exactly what he was going to be doing to me proceeded to remove the overgrown gum, extremely gentle painless, quick.. my overall experience was the best !

Experiencia negativa: I’ve given this office multiple chances, hoping each visit would be better than the last, but unfortunately, every time I’ve left disappointed—and last week was the last straw. We had a 9:00 AM appointment for a simple baby tooth extraction for my daughter. We arrived on time, but the dentist didn’t even walk in the door until close to 9:30. I was told she was running late due to her morning drop-off. While I understand life happens, it felt unprofessional, especially since we were the only patients there. Despite my frustration, I stayed hopeful. They gave my daughter gas to calm her nerves, administered injections to numb her gums, and began the extraction. After over an hour of pulling and tugging, the dentist said she wasn’t able to remove the teeth and that we’d need to go elsewhere. By then, my daughter was exhausted and traumatized, and now I have to take her to a different dentist to go through this all over again. To add insult to injury, I was charged $135 for the gas—despite the fact that the procedure was never completed. I paid it in the moment, but now that I’m home and reflecting on what happened, I feel the least they could’ve done was remove the charges. I rarely leave negative reviews, I always contact the company directly. Which in this case, I did. I emailed them Friday afternoon and as of today (Thursday) have received no response. I feel other parents should be aware of what to expect. I won’t be returning.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible office, horrible experience. I went last year to get dental work done here as I had tooth pain and needed an extraction. The office is very clean, in a nice area and there wasn’t a big wait. Once I was in they did a full exam for me to determine what work would need to be done and did the extraction that day. I also had a bone graft and membrane placed. The dentist, Dr. Lapeyra, was kind and efficient. My issue was with the office manager (not sure if that is his title but he was the one who came and discussed my treatment plan). All he cares about is how much he can sell you and how much he can make for the practice. He gave me an out of pocket cost for the bone graft and membrane (both not mandatory procedures with an extraction) and he told me it would not be covered by insurance. I was told my payment for that visit and I paid for the treatment and a future cleaning. After the cleaning I was done with this office as the total cost for the treatment plan was out of my budget. I would not have gotten a bone graft or membrane if i knew the true out of pocket cost. To this day I am STILL receiving a bill as after the guy said insurance wouldn’t cover the service, they still decided to bill insurance and once insurance denied the claim, they decided to bill me. My first notification of this bill was on April 7 (via text) and there was interest already charged. I received a bill in the mail a week later. Is it customary to start charging interest before notifying of the bill? I have since found another dentist that has quoted me HALF of this dentist for my full treatment plan. The new dentists office doesn’t try to cheat me or my insurance company. I am upset I even went to this office in the first place. It was my fault for believing all of these raving reviews.

With new insurance we decided to see if this new office is better than our previous experiences with other offices in the area… WOW has it been a difference! They are customer first minded meaning I know exactly how much my bill will be before committing to the appointment. I wanted to do my two appointments in a different order than it was outlined… not a problem at all. But then, the dentist, Dr. Leticia De Lapeyra is so personal and not asking me to do things that are unnecessary. (That hadn’t been the case in other offices we have tried in Weston where I historically felt I was being taken advantage of) The office itself it beautiful, bright white and so thoughtful in it’s design. There is a drink bar to enjoy while you wait as well as a work space for multiple people to pull out their laptops and connect to the WiFi if needed. So much intention in this office! If you are looking for a dentist or considering changing, I highly recommend checking Clear Smiles Dental out!

Experiencia negativa: Went there with my insurance. They claim nothings covered and wanted me to pay $400. I advised I’m going back to my previous dentist that does not take my insurance rather than pay a dentist that takes my insurance, if that makes sense. I have a dental appointment today with my previous dentist. I requested my X-rays and have not received them. Fir an office in weston chairs in the waiting room are dirty.
