Experiencia positiva: I arrived for my appointment early and the person (I’ll just call her that) I greeted her and told her I had a 200pm appointment. She did not really say anything else after I told her my name! I sat in waiting area for about ten minutes or so and another customer came in and told her she needed she speak to someone about Billing she told her they all were at lunch and would be back at 200pm which she never ever mention to me! So I am still sitting here since 136 pm and no acknowledgement whatsoever!

After being bounced back and forth for months, which was not very customer-service friendly, Jackie stepped in, took the time to listen, and followed up with the Office Manager at the Davie office to ensure the matter was addressed. People sometimes lose sight of the fact that it is returning customers who help keep doors open and businesses thriving. Empathy and professionalism go a long way, and Jackie demonstrated both throughout this experience. Thank you again, Jackie, for your outstanding customer service and support.

Experiencia negativa: The dental service itself is good, and the doctors have been professional, which is why it is very disappointing to experience such poor customer service at the front desk. Unfortunately, every interaction I have had with Jackie has felt rude, harsh, and dismissive, both in person and over the phone. Going to the dentist can already be stressful for patients, so being spoken to in a rude or unfriendly tone makes the experience even worse. I believe patients should always be treated with kindness, patience, and respect. I truly hope management addresses this issue because the quality of the dental care deserves much better customer service and a more welcoming environment.

My insurance covers the bare minimum. And I was being overcharged for my wife’s dental work at the previous dental office, which I won’t mention. So when I went to Sage Dental in Weston, I was wary. However, they were absolutely wonderful. From the office staff to the endodontist to the dentist to the hygienists, everyone was terrific. And I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off. I think we found our forever dentist. Thank you Sage for your straightforward and honest pricing and your compassionate care. We will be back!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: I honestly don’t even know where to start because this is not the first time I’ve had issues with this location, but today was beyond frustrating. I had a dental appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM, which I confirmed through a text message. I have the messages that clearly says 11:00 AM, I replied “yes,” and they responded “thank you for confirming.” Pretty straightforward, right? Apparently not. Out of nowhere, they changed my appointment to 9:30 AM without getting my confirmation. Then when I missed it (because I was under the impression my appointment was at 11), they acted like it was somehow my fault. They called me for the first time today, the staff was immediately dismissive and had a very rude, condescending tone, insisting my appointment was at 9:30, and I confirmed it. I double-checked my messages while on the phone and insteadof acknowledging the mistake, they put me on hold for several minutes and came back with some ridiculous explanation about their “policy.” Apparently, according to them, text confirmation is not enough, and they require a verbal confirmation, something that was NEVER clearly communicated. They claimed they “tried to call multiple times,” which is simply not true. I checked my call log, no missed calls, no voicemails, nothing. The first call I received from them was the one I answered today. Then they casually explained that if you don’t verbally confirm, they will just move your appointment to some earlier time (she even mentioned something like 7 AM?) or basically give it away. I’m sorry, what kind of system is that? What is the point of sending confirmation texts if they mean absolutely nothing? To make matters worse, there was zero empathy or effort to resolve the situation. No accountability, no apology, just attitude. The only “solution” offered was basically “we might have an 11:30 if someone else doesn’t confirm,” which is ironic because that sounds like they were about to do the exact same thing to another patient that they just did to me. The lack of communication, the disorganization, and the rude customer service is honestly unacceptable. What makes this even more frustrating is that the actual dental care is good. The hygienist and dentist do a great job, and that’s honestly the only reason I’ve continued coming back despite past issues. However, at this point, it’s just not worth it anymore. Every single visit comes with some kind of problem whether it’s scheduling, communication, or dealing with the front desk. If you decide to come here, just be aware that your appointment time apparently means nothing unless you jump through extra hoops they don’t clearly explain, and don’t expect much help if something goes wrong.

Experiencia negativa: I had an extremely disappointing experience, waiting over an hour for my two young children to be seen. The office staff was dismissive and rude when I asked about the delay. Eventually, I was taken to a room only to wait another 20 minutes before the hygienist attended to us. After the cleaning, I waited an additional 20 minutes for the doctor, but I decided to leave without seeing anyone. As I left, the staff remained unprofessional and offered no apology or explanation.

I’ll miss this crew when I move to Knoxville-hopefully the crew there will be just as good! I have taken a little bit of time and read some of the reviews. There’s not a high turnover of Hygenist. I’ve had the same Hygenist for at least three years. At least. The front staff has been there long enough to know me by name, even though I am only there once or twice a year. Before you get any type of treatment, you are given the breakdown of how much it cost. So nobody is pulling the wool over your eyes. I believe people just didn’t read it. I absolutely love this place! And I’m sorry that others have not had the same experiences I have for 5 to 6 years.

Experiencia negativa: The worst experience that I could have, my son has an orthodontist treatment, so I booked the appointment through the call center, and when we arrived to the office, the guys of the front desk said that he didn't have an appointment for him and that the doctor comes only once a month. So the treatment last more and more because they don't have doctors available. In addition, when I tried to cancel the contract, they said that I have to pay in total the treatment, and if not, my account will go to collection. They are very disorganized and have bad manners.

So far everyone here is extremely nice and very explanatory when it comes to anything. Whether you have questions or concerns they won’t mind helping you. I had the pleasure of meeting a dental assistant Riza (I apologize if I said your name wrong) she was extremely nice and greeted herself and took X rays of my teeth. The office is very organized and clean and the ladies at the front desk are very helpful in getting you checked in. I also met a doctor to check to make sure I had a cavities thank God I didn’t. But will be getting a cleaning today!! Great job Sage Dental

Experiencia fantástica: I came in with excruciating tooth pain, needing a root canal on one of my molars. The pain was so intense I could barely speak. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredible—especially Carlina, who went above and beyond to calm me down and assist with my insurance, which was giving me a hard time. Unfortunately, my insurance didn’t cover the procedure, but that’s when Alize, the store manager, stepped in. She was genuinely kind and compassionate, assuring me that they would help me get out of pain no matter what. Despite her busy schedule, she took the time to speak with me personally and helped me find a payment plan that worked for my situation. This was my first visit, but I will absolutely be returning. Thank you all so much for the exceptional care and support!

Experiencia negativa: Do Not Trust the billing lady ! First she will inflate a lot your copay, than a little less and when this does not work, she will inflate the insurance coverage. Than you will get a text message on Sunday 9 am and mail statements, that you owe a balance. When you questioned why, she will say it is a true balance because the insurance underpaid lab fees and you are responsible for the gap. I had to report that to my dental insurance which got involved and suddenly the balance is gone (even though they sent me a new false smaller balance from 2022 and 2024 which was paid in full at the days of the service). Ms. Paola Beltran - Please stop sending me false statements, violate HIPPA and performing mail and wire frauds ! My tip to the viewers - do not sign on their tablets, make them print the treatment plan, erase all the columns, keep only the patient responsibility column (make sure you know your copay) and erase the paragraph about Estimate. Another tip - do not fall into the scam of deep cleaning and maintenance cleaning ! That's a shame because the dental team is good and I was very satisfied from the professional service. And now I need to find a new dental office. Any recommendations ?

Experiencia negativa: This dental office is a money grabbing enterprise. They refused to accept my kids' dental records from our previous dentist. They lied and said they did not receive full mouth x -rays (our former dentist copied me in the email and sent the x-rays to me as well and they are FULL mouth). Then the hygienist told my 18 year old daughter they could not do a cleaning today after she had had the appointment for weeks. I had explained when I made the appt. for her that she would be out of town for most of the summer and she needed to get the cleaning done at her appt. (today). They took full mouth x-rays anyway (I wasn't there). I am furious and I will not pay them a cent. Waste of time, and they expect every patient to be stupid and overpay for unnecessary services. Now we have to find another dental practice.

Experiencia negativa: Won’t recommend. They won’t be able to figure out if you have a doubled molar fracture (my case) They will say it hurts because you grind too much. Also I experienced double fracture after I did some work with them (before the work I didn’t have the fracture) so I am not sure if they caused it. Also fillings were poorly done. Just in case I am Not coming back.

Experiencia negativa: Worse experience ever. I made an appointment about 2 weeks ago. They knew what coverage my daughter had. They confirmed my appointment on Friday since my appointment was on Monday. I confirmed, I didn’t take my daughter to school today because her dental appointment was at 12pm she was very excited about it. We got to the office on time and the front desk lady said she call me earlier to let me know that they don’t accept my daughter’s insurance. You got it be kidding me. They called and confirmed my daughter appointment on Friday. I sent an excuse to school. Now I had to explain my daughter that they won’t be able to see her because this office had bad communication with the people that takes appointments for them .

Experiencia negativa: We tried them as a new dentist office and we're told our daughter had 6 cavities! This was unlike her so we went to another office. The other office told us she didn't even have 1 but did have a small hole that could lead to 1. Who can you trust these days?

She is kind, very patient with my sensitive gum, and always reinforcing proper technique to take care of my gum and teeth. I am extremely happy with her care and how my dental hygiene has improved with all her help.

They diligently verified insurance coverage and treatment options. My DMD explained all the findings from the evaluation and next steps to adress all my needs. Already scheduled my next appointments and also for my wife.

I was terrified of the roach falling on me or in my mouth so I wanted to stop treatment. Would not recommend and I have a video which Google doesn’t allow me to upload

Experiencia negativa: Not a good experience. Went in for a routine cleaning since they were on my dental plan. I was having no pain, no cavities, and no sensitivity. After 45 minutes with multiple people coming and going in the room (only 1 person introduced themselves) 3 different people poking my teeth and gums, and 2 rounds of about 15-20 x-rays regardless of my continued protests; I was told I was going to be presented with a price list on what kind of “cleaning” I needed…that is when I walked out without looking at their “price” list. Needless to say I did not have my teeth cleaned and my time was totally wasted. Going forward I will be paying out of pocket for a reputable dentist.

The lady giving the prices started saying…the good news is that you dont have a cavity not need a root canal. I was just thinking like..this people are here just for the money. I called back my usual dentist and book a cleaning for later this week. I give them 2 starts just because they are friendly. Watch your pocket herw.
