Experiencia negativa: I want to start by saying that the office staff and dental assistants were great, friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout my visit. Unfortunately, this was the worst dental experience I have had with a doctor. The doctor came across as arrogant and dismissive, which appears to be a concern echoed in other patient reviews. The office itself also seemed outdated and poorly maintained, with issues such as missing blinds, burned out light bulbs, and aging dental equipment. I was also disappointed to see the doctor's responses to negative reviews, which I found to be unprofessional and lacking in accountability. Because of my experience, I will not be returning. While I appreciate the efforts of the front office team and dental assistants, I do not wish to be part of the "dental family" the doctor references in responses to dissatisfied patients. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. The doctor could learn a great deal from the professionalism, customer service, and positive attitude demonstrated by the front desk staff and dental assistants.

Experiencia fantástica: Yes, all I can say is really professional really friendly as we all know any dentistry is expensive but if you pay for something and you get the service you want then you pay for good service and care. It was quick. It was a long time in the chair, completely pain-free during the procedure of two teeth removal, which were quite difficult, but just never felt a thing the aftercare of course there’s always pain after any dental work, especially intense stuff, but this was all normal medication and everything working. Very pleased

I originally went in for a straightforward wisdom tooth extraction, explicitly stating that I only wanted that procedure. Despite my clear request, the dentist aggressively pushed a full range of additional treatments on me. Worse, she charged me multiple upfront fees, which my insurance later covered, but I still haven’t received a refund after months of follow-up. During the visit, she never finished the original consultation—just left me with her assistant, giving no details on the procedure or recovery. Then, at the appointment, she casually told me in the waiting room that a bone graft was planned, even though I had already declined it. She told me I should go to a cheaper, more impersonal provider, right there in the waiting room. Because of her disorganization and unprofessionalism, I had the wisdom teeth removed elsewhere. I still haven’t received my refund, and she has been silent on all my attempts to contact her. I would strongly advis

Experiencia negativa: Beware of upselling to patients - especially new patients! At her first appointment my daughter was told she needed a deep cleaning and that it would be covered by insurance. Not only was it not covered, she received a $700 bill. I discussed this with my insurance numerous times and they stated that the deep cleaning was not needed. The office tried to claim the problem was my insurance company, but I had this same procedure done in Indiana and it was covered. In addition, the hygienist tried to sell my daughter Invisalign at her first appointment. She has had braces and does not need Invisalign either. This was just supposed to be a routine cleaning.

Experiencia negativa: Charged me out of pocket for something my insurance did cover. I called to speak with their billing lady multiple times and she never called me back. I said no to a deep cleaning because I had one done less than 6months perviously else where, but they said my insurance covered it, I said ok sure. Turned out I had a small balance from that too. Worst part, they didn’t do a good job, had to go elsewhere to get the exact procedure fixed and didn’t have to pay anything because the other office was honest and ran my insurance. It’s been a long while now and my mouth feels much better after the other office fixed it. Liyan Massaband please be less money hungry.

The team even seems to go the extra mile: I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Massaband and the first few days following my procedure I received many calls and texts from the office checking in and making sure I was ok. As someone who works in the medical field and knows how busy things are behind the scenes, these little gestures go a long way! I remember during my very first visit at their office, Jocelyn took the time to explain basic dental necessities to me (ie what type of toothbrush to use, how to properly brush, how to floss, etc) and I was relieved to have found a place where not only the doctor but also the staff are so knowledgeable and caring (I had been “shopping” around for a new dental office for a while at that point). Ultimately very happy with my choice! Added benefit: there is very little to no wait time at appointments and the staff is very accommodating to your schedule (as a busy PA, the flexibility they provide with my appointments is very much appreciated). If you’re reading reviews while shopping around for a new dental office (like I was) I highly recommend giving this office a try, you won’t regret it!

They were the only ones who would see me the same day and they knew exactly how to fix it within minutes. Experiencia negativa: I give no stars! Avoid this Dentist Liyan Massaband, is arrogant & dishonest. It was the worst weirdest experience I have ever had at a dentist office. Liyan Massaband told me I needed 2 molars crowned $1400 & a deep cleaning. I got a second opinion I did not need 2 molars crowned or a deep cleaning & she missed a cavity that I did need filled! Look at all the reviews saying she said they needed a bunch of expensive work done & they got a 2nd opinion & didn’t need any of it done! The hygienist was nice & trying but didn’t speak any English I’d like to be able to communicate with someone that is in my face & in my mouth, she also did my x-rays didn’t know what she was doing had to have someone come help her & she had to redo = more X-rays. She put the lead bib on incorrectly didn’t velcro it in the back it kept falling off I had to keep pulling it up over my thyroid. Your thyroid is the first organ to absorb radiation very damaging! I told them before I didn’t want to be exposed to unnecessary radiation.

I’d been suffering for years seeing various dentists and periodontists with no real quality solutions. Dr. Massaband suggested several things that no other dentist had thought of. One was Invisalign, while albeit very expensive, it helped drastically. I had assumed this was simply an aesthetic change, but I was wrong. Getting Invisalign helped space out my teeth so they were no longer as crowded enabling me to more easily keep my mouth clean. Along with the other simple, yet effective solutions, that had eluded other dentists, my quality of life has improved immeasurably. When my son’s temporary front tooth fell out right before college, we were worried about timing and the difficulty of the procedure. Dr. Tejeda went above and beyond—she managed to save the root, provide a temporary, and even had the lab create the permanent crown in time for our deadline. The result is flawless; his tooth looks completely natural, with perfect color matching and an incredible seamless finish. More recently, I had an on-lay and crown done by Dr. Tejeda, and once again, I was beyond impressed. The procedure was smooth, pain-free, and I went home the same day feeling comfortable. Her bedside manner is wonderful—she listens attentively and addresses all concerns thoughtfully. I recently visited Magnolia Dentistry for the first time to do a routine cleaning. the staff were all really warm and welcoming! Such an easy intake process, took maybe about 15 minutes then and they got me set up to meet with Dr. T! We did X-Rays and A Cleaning! Dr. T is the absolute best! Super comfortable process and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I do have to go back and eventually get my wisdom teeth taken out, but I completely trust that I am in great hands every-time I visit Magnolia! For my dental implants: Dr. M tracked down how to replace an old implant whose system doesn't exist anymore, and for a new implant she could handle in-office when previously I had to go see a periodontist.

Experiencia negativa: The teeth cleaning I had here was really badly done. I do not get any dental anxiety, but the hygienist made me feel really uncomfortable because she did not seem to know what she was doing as she was fumbling with the equipment the whole time and getting water splashed all over my face and up my nose. I was debating really hard whether I should just get up and leave because I was really terrified. My gums were still bleeding once I left and I had to take a pain killer and use an ice pack because the pain caused me to not get any sleep even hours after. Never in my life of getting cleanings has it ever been this painful and stressful. The dentist also had more suggested services than I have ever received from a dentist before, so, like other reviews on here and Yelp suggest, please get a second opinion. The staff is completely different, they're just using the same business name. I would not recommend this place.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff was very attentive and accommodating. They squeezed me in the schedule and I ended up having an emergency extraction with same day implant and bone graft placement. I was anxiety ridden and the staff and dentist did everything they could to appease and make me comfortable, which I really needed. Dr. Massaband is so knowledgeable and was so attentive and called me that evening to see how I was feeling. I appreciated that so much. They were available even after hours to answer my questions and anxiety. Thanks so much to everyone in the office and Dr. Massaband for the handholding and excellent customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: I suffered from an infection in my tooth, I called to make an appointment and there was a quick response and great service, I arrived at the clinic and there I received amazing dental care, the doctor was very gentle and professional, and made sure that the treatment would not hurt me and also took her time and called a few hours after the treatment to check how I was feeling.
