Experiencia fantástica: I recently relocated to the area and needed to find a new dentist. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, where I learned I’d need two fillings and a crown at a follow-up appointment. Unlike a crown I’d had done by another dentist, I felt no pain and was able to complete the entire procedure in a single appointment. Most dental offices have to order the crown and have you return for placement, but White Oak creates their crowns in-house, making the entire process much more convenient. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly, and the environment is clean and welcoming. I’m so happy I found this office and highly recommend it. Dr. Faley and her team are amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: I have experienced tooth and gum issues my entire life, being evaluated and treated by many dental professionals and their staff. The experience I had the last two days at White Oak Dental Group was far SUPERIOR to any of my previous dental experiences! This superior experience started with being able to obtain initial appointment on short notice. Next, at my first appointment as a new patient, prior to any service being done, the office manager Larry was very proactive in working with my insurance company, providing me with details and options of services available, what was covered by insurance, and what my out of pocket would be, PRIOR to the services being done. White Oak Dental Group also utilized state of art technology as part of their comprehensive exam, which enabled them to discover several tooth and gum issues that would have most likely been missed, providing me with their detailed plan of action to address and improve. Incredibly, they were actually able to work me in the very next day to start improving my dental situation that included a chipped tooth and gum areas that needed addressed sooner and not later. Nicole was the hygienist and she did an amazing job on my teeth and gums. Nicole also educated me on how to better care for my teeth and gums moving forward with new insights that no one had shared with me before. Dr. Faley was my dentist and was assisted by Alina. Dr. Faley was very professional and did an amazing job on determining what needed to be done, and then proceeded to do an amazing job in "fixing" the first two teeth needing repair in this visit. Alina was a breath of fresh air with a zest for life with her goal being to make being at the dentist "fun!" I am not sure I would call it fun, but it was definitely more enjoyable that I expected it to be! In summary, if you want a SUPERIOR dental experience, I highly recommend White Oak Dental Group to anyone who is in need of dental care and in reasonable proximity to Blue Springs!

Every person that helps us at this office is so kind and patient and they make sure you understand everything. Dr Perez truly cares about the health of her patients and checks for all issues, including cancer screening in the neck and face. I had a question I sent through the portal about the work I needed done and she personally called to discuss it with me. I went myself first and then sent both my daughters. They both noted after their visit how much more pleasant everyone is!! We are very happy we found this office!!

The entire office works really well together as a team and your whole experience feels personal and comfortable. The dentists and dental assistants explain everything to you with a lot of detail but in a way that is easy for you to understand. They also will bring the office manager to you to fully explain the financial side. I have gotten more of my appointments covered by insurance here than anywhere else as well.

I never thought I’d say a trip to the dentist felt like a spa day, but Dr. Perez , her dental assistant and Hygienist Danna Whitfill truly rolled out the royal treatment. Dental assistant completely spoiled me with a cozy blanket and Danna Whitfill my new favorite hygienist brought me a wonderful neck pillow that made all my usual tension melt away. Beyond the incredible comfort, the actual dental work was flawless—honestly, the best care and cleaning I’ve ever had in my 51 years. If you want to feel pampered while getting top-tier care, this is the team you need to see! It’s very rare that you get genuine care like this. I’m very grateful to have found this place!

The people here at this office are the most kind, caring and compassionate dental workers that I've ever had experienced, and it doesn't seem like it's 'fake' either. They truly are concerned and listen to you as an individual from Becka the MA/dental assistant while doing xray and putting information into Epic, to Danna, the dental hygenist. She even got me a blanket as I was freezing in the chair. She listened to me about a prior neck surgery that affected the nerves in my jaw, which made the injection not numb the correct nerve root. The dentist Dr Failey was very kind, honest and gave straight forward information, loved that. To also the workers at the front desk, Brittany &another young lady. They were very kind, made eye contact and very helpful as my insurance was from out of state. The whole experience was one of the best dental experiences I have had in my life! I would definitely recommend their office to anyone.

Dr Faley and Alina were able to get it all cleaned up with a replacement for the one and a better contour on the other. The dental work done here is excellent.
