Everyone I came into contact with was sincerely friendly and obviously happy. Nobody likes to go to the dentist but since we all have to go ahead and treat yourself to their expertise, professionalism, and stellar customer /patient service.

Experiencia negativa: Last year I was advised that I needed three crowns. I told a family member in advance of this visit, “how many crowns will they suggest this week”. The answer - 2. It feels very financially motivated with the pushing if product. I am 64, I don’t think that I need Invisalign now. I am looking for a new old school family dentist instead of the corporate - franchise - $$$$ - feel that I get here. This has been building over multiple visits but yesterday was the final straw.

Experiencia fantástica: This is One of the best offices I have ever been to for dental care. My kids and I have been seen in emergency circumstances, as well as routine appointments. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I feel very safe and cared for at this location. Updating my review to add that we had to switch practices due to location and also the sudden, constant pressure to get Invisalign. I’m an adult who’s never had or needed braces and suddenly everyone in my family needs Invisalign? A second dentists office disagreed. Money and medicine don’t mix well. America is wise to learn that before it destroys us. I really loved the dentist here. I guess bills are bills and corporate sponsors pay them well.

Experiencia negativa: Would not recommend. Hygienist and assistants as well as front end staff are great. The Dentist however is a different story. She will push unecessary treatment plans. when you dare to question them they get Rude and condescending. I would advise go somewhere else.

Asked for a simple cleaning, had to go through new patient rigamarole where they spend 2 hours and you spend 90 bucks as they try to upcharge and manipulate you into a 3k dollar unnecessary process instead of just accomplishing what you came in for. Experiencia negativa: They always want to do procedures that aren't immediately necessary or they schedule procedures inaccurate. The billing procedure is awful. I got bills saying that they were 30 plus days overdue and that would be the first bill I had gotten. I was also told when the appointment was over that nothing was owed and then got a bill saying that a balance was due

Experiencia negativa: Not a family dentistry. Unfortunately,I lost my existing dental coverage. Hygienist was was good, however dentist was not very personal at all. Suggested deep cleaning which was unnecessary and the cost $2800. I would not feel comfortable having the dentist work in my mouth.

Experiencia negativa: I wanted to give this place a chance since they were new to Grain Valley. Tech on initial appointment seemed inexperienced. I ended up needing a crown due to a cavity. While waiting for the permanent crown, my temporary one came off and they recommended that I put it back on myself using toothpaste to seal it. That was about 1.5 years ago. Just went to see another dentist and had to get the crown removed and redone because there was a lot of decay they either missed or didn't clean when putting the permanent one on. Final straw for me was going in for a cleaning after the crown ordeal and was in and out of my car in 20 minutes. Shortest and worst "cleaning" I've ever had in my life.

Experiencia negativa: I went in for a cleaning and check up, it took 2 hours and they didn’t even clean my teeth. They tried to sell me Invisalign, and after only showing me 2 cavities on the x ray and all the pictures they took, the dentist came in and told me I needed 7 crowns and a root canal!?! It felt very unnecessary and like there were just trying to get all the money they could out of me

Experiencia negativa: Dishonest scammers out for money. New patients beware. They quoted over $2000 for a deep cleaning and refused a general cleaning claiming “a gum infection”. Next day at another dentist (out of network that we have used for DECADES) and they inform us it was all a lie. They also charged for a cancer screening that was never authorized or notified that it would be an out of pocket cost.

Then, they told me that I needed a deep cleaning and they couldn't do it then. I would have to schedule another appointment. Deep cleaning is nearly 2000 dollars! All they did was try and SELL me on upgrades! They didn't even do a cleaning and charged me 85 dollars! SCAM

I need a good amount of work don't and the Doctor and front staff were very great to work with to get the important stuff done first and work around what I could afford with insurance and to make a plan with me. Also felt comfortable the whole time I was getting my 2 crowns done and then when I came back to get the permanent ones put on the made sure I had no pain and really made me comfortable while getting the work done. Experiencia negativa: Full disclosure: my dental insurance is horrible. Still, a dentist office should know how to work with any insurance they accept. I had a crown replaced. They told me how much it would cost after my insurance. So I paid it. Then, when I went to have the permanent crown put on, I had to pay a little bit more. Then, three months later, I get a bill from them for $143, because the insurance did not pay as much as they thought. In addition, because it was three months after the procedure, it was marked as being over 60 days past due, even though it was the first time I was billed for it. Look, the people there are very nice, but they don't seem to understand how insurance works.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give them 0 I would. I went in for a cleaning. They took all the xrays possible, then they came in to probe my gums for recession and the technician SHOVED the probe passed my gum attachment to get deeper readings than were there so they could suggest a deep cleaning of my teeth. They went as far as to say they couldn't LEGALLY just clean my teeth, so if I wanted my teeth cleaned I would need to get this more expensive procedure. On top of that they wanted to pull some of my crowns and replace fillings that were giving me no issues. They did not present these as suggeations, these were absolute statements using scare tactics to try to get me to agree to extremely expensive procedures I DID NOT NEED. Went to a different dentist the NEXT DAY. Getting my teeth cleaned there hurt less than their examination. This establishment is digging for money and using unethical practices. I wouldn't suggest anyone go here.

The doc referred me to an oral surgeon for the removal due to the severity of my broken teeth & old dental pieces. I will update as my journey continues. My husband completed his denture journey with Dr Oliaei & is VERY happy with the results. Robert had a root canal yesterday & said it was the smoothest root canals that he had ever had.
