Everyone I interacted with from the receptionist to the dentist was warm, kind, and friendly. I had zero wait time when I arrived. Dr Townsend is fun, positive and personable. It helped ease my nerves. I had to get a crown for the first time. I felt NO pain during the procedure, even when he administered the shot. My temp crown is holding up well and I am getting my permanent one within a week. I actually look forward to going back. I have already recommended this facility to a few of my co-workers. They do a great job of connecting with people. Highly recommend checking this place out for yourself.

Experiencia fantástica: Really nice caring people. Decided they would be my home dentist. Their Known for telling you the truth and trying to fix the issues and if they can’t or don’t feel comfortable doing it they send you to someone who can.

Experiencia positiva: I miss Dr. Hildensperger, but Dr. Brock is really good. The only issues I have was with a hygienist who kept making loud comments about my mouth. Now when I go in, I get the stink eye. Also, don't complain about my insurance to me.

And even though the X-rays and initial evaluation didn’t reveal anything, I wasn’t discredited and instead they took the time to keep looking and eventually were able to locate the painful spot using air. Nothing compares to medical professionals who take the time to listen, validate your pain/worries, and truly care enough to help. Can’t recommend this office enough!
