Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love this place i had a procedure and I have really bad anxiety about denists , but the dental assistant whos name is cannot recall was so sweet so nice talked me through it they actually numbed me all the way before doing the work for once I finally got a denist I am not scared to go to thank you guys for haveing such a careing team and staff.

Experiencia negativa: They messed my daughter's teeth up. Said she needed filling on every tooth and she didn't. Then every filling they put in always came out.

Experiencia negativa: Great staff from front to back. They explain and communicate very well and honor their appointment times. All costs explained up front and clearly. Love this place. ***Today they were a little short staffed and let me know that there might be a little wait, which is unusual but understandable today. It was less than 10 minutes! That may be the longest have ever actually waited there. Highly recommend. ***all good things come to an end, I believe they changed ownership. I had an appointment scheduled for Monday, got a call Friday that they had to reschedule, no biggie. I called back and have left 3 or 4 messages over a week to reschedule, and nothing. Maybe out of business, who knows.

Experiencia fantástica: The experience I had today was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The staff were top notch. I was there as a 1st time patient, to actually get "cleared" to start Chemo later this month. I was fit in on short notice, and handled with exceptional care and concern. I had two minor cavities that needed filled, and a cleaning. I was concerned with how long it would take to get these scheduled. The Doc today Handled it Like A Boss!! He asked if I had time? Said he would do the cleaning himself, numbed me up while that was going on. Hopped into another chair and did both fillings. Hands down, the experience I have had at any dentist in my life. Thank You. I would give 10 if it would let me.

Experiencia negativa: Third time coming to this place when they re never staffed properly and said, "she called and left a message " I never received a call or a message. Will not be returning. If I could give negative stars I would. What a joke and waste of time. Women working the front counter is very rude! She is the "face" of the company . If it weren't for the other staff would not return!

Experiencia negativa: Every time I have an appointment I get called the day of because it has to be canceled and reschedule. This has been a problem for me the last 2 years now. This is the second time I have addressed the issue because they cancel my son's appointment that was 2 days ago, rescheduled it for today and just called me today to cancel this appointment as well. You charge people for canceling day off but you can cancel day of on a customer all the time and that's acceptable! Very unprofessional how much they cancel and reschedule my appointments! I have to adjust my time as well and take time off to come in for the appointments to always get canceled day of! Also I have been going here since 2000 when I was a child, this hasn’t been an issue until about last 2 or 3 years! Wasting my time and my money

I brought my worries up with the staff and they made sure I had a pain free experience! Editing to add that I have never once had a bad experience at this dental office! I'm 45 minutes away but they are well worth the drive. The dentist is always kind and understanding!

We’ve been having trouble finding somewhere to take her for getting her tooth fixed. He went above and behind to help us twice now, and very happy to say my daughter will finally be getting her tooth fixed next week after struggling the past 6 months! All the staff is very friendly! And always great with my kids! Definitely recommend coming here!

Experiencia negativa: I don't know what's going on but I've been waiting on a return call to get my crown work replaced for 2 weeks. When I call the office, the mailbox is always full. There's not one familiar staff in the building and things are definitely not being ran the way it use to.

Experiencia negativa: It took me 4 days to reach the call center. Had an appointment schedule for 2:00pm but told to arrive early which I did. Called to the back at 2:15. X rays completed. 4:00pm i still had not seen the dentist. Left with the same swollen jaw and toothache i came in with. Poor service. I was told they had 2 dentist that quit. That was not my fault. I would have appreciated them not scheduling me at all.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Hanna pulled one of my wisdom teeth out that no doctor would touch and with me having Medicaid it was hard to find one that was close to be (saginaw) that wasn’t a specialist and one that wasn’t all the way in Ann Arbor or Detroit. It took him 10 minutes to get me completely numb and not even 10 minutes to get the tooth completely out. Dr. Alsebei Has done a cap on my tooth that was pretty much not even there and was very kind through the whole experience. His bedside manner was fantastic compared to most dentist that I have seen in the past. He actually made it a point to get to know me instead of just coming in doing his job and leaving. He was also very gentle. The hygienist are all very sweet and caring. They’re all great at what they do and experienced. BECKY was phenomenal and made sure I was comfortable and pain free the entire time.

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Hana was so good. I have anxiety and don't like needles. He was very comforting and ensured me I'd be ok. Throughout getting new fillings he kept checking to see how I was. I've never had a dentist or doctor as friendly and compassionate when I've told them my anxiety. Thank you Dr. Hana. Update: I was supposed to have a cleaning in January but received a text to reschedule. Called rescheduled for February 3rd. Office had been closed. February 2nd I got the same text to reschedule so I did for the 6th. I woke up so sick that day I called to let them know but had to leave a message. I called 1-2 hours later to see if they got the message because I didn't want it to be considered a no call/no show. I've called so many times since the 6th and STILL can't get a hold of anyone. With my insurance it's very limited to who I can see. I'm very disappointed.

Experiencia negativa: Very nice people, but I’ve had an extremely difficult time here. Broke a tooth, went in for an exam and was told I need a root canal. Schedule the appointment and the day before, it’s cancelled because the dentist is sick. Fair enough, can’t control that. I make another appointment, that’s cancelled and the office is closed for a month to switch dentists. Wonderful. I go back today, finally expecting to get this long awaited procedure, that I find out he doesn’t even do. Really? You couldn’t have told me that when I confirmed the appointment. The original appointment was in November, and here I sit with a broken tooth in February.

Heard that the dentist i had a dental plan made up no longer works there. Which I would have like to have been told. Can't get my records cause no one answers. I was supposed to have a lot of work done in this office and now it looks like I have to go threw a lot effort to find a new dentist and even get my records. Super disappointed in this situation. Update: tried calling the number given to me by the (owner) as it says in the review response no one answering that number either. Have tried to call each day since getting the new number. Hoping someone answers it soon.

Experiencia negativa: DONT GO HERE they will over charge your insurance for stuff they didnt use plus the filling that iv got didnt even last month plus I got told I needed root canal but I went with my gut feeling an got a second opinion an they didnt see a a reason for that to be done if I could I'd give them no stars an I think the 5 star reviews are fake too

First of all when you make appointment for a person its a date to be some where? I never got a voice mail and if I did I wouldn't of gotten it I was in the hospital with my son out of town. Clean and very friendly environment which made it more comfortable for me. They know what they are doing and it is very much appreciated!

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Orow is a joke. Came in because my bottom 4 teeth/gums have been bothering me a lot. They wanted to do one measly xray and call it good. Orow came in and tapped on the tops of my teeth. I guess that's all you get when you're concerned about periodontits. Didn't address my actual concerns at all.

Experiencia positiva: Dentist was great but they told me my insurance was no good and I paid cash. I had to come back and get my tooth root pulled which I also paid cash for. Come to find out I had insurance and they didn't really check or just wanted my cash. When my insurance company called to find out why they didn't use my insurance the lady "lied" and said, I said, "I didn't have insurance" "That's a lie because I handed her my insurance card." Partly my fault for being so gullible and not calling the insurance company myself. So now I'm out 558 dollars. If they don't give me my money back I will take them to Small claims. Morel of the story, don't trust them if they say you aren't covered, call yourself

Experiencia fantástica: My recent visit was awesome. My hygienist Gabby helped me with a treatment plan that fits in to my budget. She did a very thorough job and was gentle also. Money is tight and everyone does everything they can to help. The receptionist are understanding and kind, DR. Bohra is always upbeat and has worked hard at give me the best care possible. This is an awesome team of people that just want to help.

Dr Orow filled 3 of my “cavities.” He said I had another but I waited because the fillings he put in made my teeth so sensitive that I couldn’t even eat on the one side for months. I told Dr orow and he said I needed to have root canals on all of them. I went to a new dentist and he said I did not have another cavity so now I’m questioning the other ones. Dr orow put in huge fillings that my new dentist had to shave down multiple times before the sensitivity got better. Go somewhere else or at least see a different dentist there. Wish I never went there.

Experiencia negativa: I was quite pleased with Convenient Family Dentistry in Burton Michigan. I would say that there doctor that saw me was very professional and kind! He pinpointed my problem with my tooth very quickly and knew exactly what to do. One of the assists there that took my ex-rays seemed to be in a hurry neglected to use the lead apron that should of be used and took my ex-rays with out it! If that didn't happen I would of easily gave Convenient Family Dentistry a perfect rating! I have to update my rating about Convenient Family Dentistry. As of yesterday I went to get my tooth worked on and the dentist was ready to do his work and very eager I would say? There was no music available for the comfort of patients I mentioned the problem to the staff and they said it didn't work? I was to get a crown done on my tooth and the assistant said I was getting a temporary crown but not a permanent one! This drew my attention so I mentioned the previous problem that I mentioned before having to do with not offering me the lead apron to the dentist and he didn't seem concerned? He just wanted his money. I told him to stop and I requested a full refund! As a warning I recommend that you don't go to Conveient Family Dentistry in Burton, Michigan. All they want is your money and they will do anything to get it!

Over the years they will quote me one price I would agree on then when they do the percedure the raise the price. Or tell me I need something I schedule it and it's something different. I recently went cause I scheduled a cleaning I go and the hygienist tell me she not gonna clean my teeth was just gonna give me an exam..wth..not happy with that place at all

Experiencia fantástica: It was super easy. She used special gel for my gum line and I didn’t have to get the needles. Oh my gosh it was a lot easier and a lot less stressful. Everybody there is wonderful. I highly recommend it. Good teeth health is important and they are very good.

Experiencia negativa: The dentist wants me to replace my silver fillings with white fillings despite the fact that I have no decay. My copay would be $200 per tooth with a total of $600. He also wants me to put crowns over five of my teeth with a copay of $600 per tooth for the first three in $1,000 for the next two. I don't know if he's made out of money but I'm not and I check with my previous dentist to see if these are necessary issues and they are not since there is no decay in either case. I feel like this is way too aggressive and thinks that I made out of money. I can't afford $5,000 on my mouth for non-essentials.

Experiencia negativa: Sat in waiting room 45min nurse took back a man that came in 25min after I did I heard him talk do the receptionist and he said he was there to get a tooth pulled that it had broken half I was there for the exact same reason my appointment was before his so I said something to the receptionist she said ma'am we do teeth cleaning and everything else so they must have took him back for another reason basically lied to me so 20 minutes after that the nurse come out and called my name and took me back had apologized on the way back and said I didn't realize that you were still out there I'm sorry about that so an hour into the appointment only one dentist there he was in the next room the reception has come back and said this person's ride is wondering how much longer she's going to be they're going to have to leave and he said another 25 minutes so as I'm sitting there thinking okay he's got 25 minutes left with her he's going to go to the gentleman that they took in before me before they even get to me and I've already been back here in an hour I told the nurse that had brought me back I didn't plan on being here so long I'm going to have to go so I got him walked out also the receptionist was billing people's insurance and charging them before they had even been seen the gentleman ahead of me made a comment about that as well

Experiencia fantástica: Well I thought convenient family dentistry was a good option for me to choose when looking for a dentist but I see that it's not all it's cracked up to be. I went To a Convenient family dentistry out in Grand Blanc and after going there oh about a year or more And was most concerned about getting implants for my lower Jaw and ended up not getting them and going to a different convenient family dentistry in Burton and I went there for almost 2 years lost 3 crowns none of which were fixed had 3 or 4 cleanings had one tooth fixed and had new dentures made because my old ones kept breaking, For me that's not a good track record. So needless to say since they wouldn't even do a teeth cleaning for me because I had a shoulder replacement surgery about a month ago I am now looking for a new dentist. When I go to a Doctor and I ask them to do something for me whether they be a dentist a surgeon a family Doctor I expect them to do what I asked them to do. Now I could understand if the concerns were over Not getting infection into my surgery location but The wound for the surgery has now closed healed and is doing just fine. So if that is your protocol well can't go along with it. So today I started looking for a new dentist and if anybody asked me If I would recommend convenient family dentistry I would tell them they're good at what they do but you gotta make sure that you expect them to do and in a reasonable time limit For you. So I don't know if I have anything good to say or bad to say about convenient family dentistry but for my experience I'm gonna go with somebody else thank you so much for your time.

Experiencia negativa: they're alright, but definitely looking for a new dentist. my fiance and I have both had issues - front desk is incompetent and rude. I do like my dentist but I also had major issues with a crown. my fiance is having issues with his also, and he's past time to get his permanent one in and they haven't called - he's left voicemails with no call back...I just called this morning with no answer. you can't just leave someone with a temporary crown in.....which this is one of the issues I also had with mine too. on top of that I had it for less than 2 months and it broke in half and off completely. on top of issues I'm having w them currently for a root canal. I would say if you're only going for a cleaning, you're okay. otherwise steer clear.

Tried to set up apts for the next step in his care and the office did not write down his treatment plan and have no idea what to do next. How unprofessional. Now I have to waste my time and take off work to see the Dr again so they can write up what he needs. What Dr office doesn't put down what is the plan of care? Waste of time

Then they proceeded to cancel that same appointment 3x before I finally quit the practice, and went somewhere else. I had requested my records and still have not received them. Had to pay out of pocket for more xrays at the new office exam, because the never sent my records. Yet, they text me and email me almost daily for a $50 balance from last November, I never knew I owed till I quit them in March 2024. Convient, is right about that. Highly recommend not using this practice for your dental care!!!

Now I take my little one here and they treat him so well, he loves getting a little prize when he is done. They have always had the little toys for kids and I love that. They truly are the best
