I called Dr Knights office the next day and was seen almost immediately. After arrival I was seated right away. Even though the bridge could not be saved they came up with a new option that is affordable and will look terrific. I have all good things to say and highly recommend their services. Experiencia negativa: I came in for an emergency visit after one of my front tooth were pushed back in an accident, so I was already in a lot of pain and stress. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk made things worse. One of the receptionists( lady with short hair with glasses) was very rude and unhelpful. She had a dismissive attitude, showed little empathy for my situation, and did not communicate clearly about next steps. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome during the interaction. In contrast, the other front desk staff member( lady to the right when you walk in long hair) I encountered was polite and professional, which I appreciated. I hope the office can work on improving customer service and ensuring all patients are treated with respect, regardless of their insurance or situation. No one coming in for an emergency should feel dismissed

Experiencia fantástica: I originally went to the Knight dentistry for an emergency dental appointment because of frequent pain in a tooth during cold weather. Dr Ashley examined me and explained that a receding gum may be the culprit, but was sure that it would resolve itself. It did. I had been on the brink of a root canal. Most recently had an old crown replaced. Now, I am the chicken patient from way back. Afraid of dentists and perceived pain. The only discomfort I had was the injections to freeze the area. Kudos to Knight dentistry for their knowledgeable, friendly employees. I definitely recommend them to everyone, especially us "chicken" patients.

Currently, Dr. Jake Knight is taking care of my teeth and he is just as good as his dad! I think that even if I moved away, I would still come back to get my teeth taken care of here.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this clinic! I have been receiving services for years and am completely satisfied. Recently, I had Dr Mark replace a 30-year-old 4-Crown Bridge. I also have had old silver fillings replaced with tooth color. I got my teeth stains professionally cleaned to natural white, and now have a Rx nightguard to protect my teeth from unnecessary wear. Dr Mark, Dr Jake, all of the hygienists and office staff have combined to make dental care at Knight Dental an incredible experience. Dr Knight gave me my smile back and I am incredibly thankful!

I live in Utica, Mi and the 50 minute drive is always well worth the travel. I also pay out of pocket and his pricing is more than fare. Crowns in my area are almost double the cost compared to Knight Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: I hadn’t been to the dentist in almost 10 years. I think my hygienists name was Addison. She was absolutely wonderful and very gentle. She answered all of my questions and made me feel a lot better. She helped me realize how I need to take better care of my teeth. If you’re scared and have dental anxiety, don’t be. I did when I went in, but came out feeling a lot better. All of the staff were great.

Experiencia fantástica: I’d been looking for a new dentist and was recommended to Knights by a friend and she recommended Dr Ashley. I had a filling pop out after a recent hip replacement surgery which was not the best scenario and a little stressful. Dr Ashley was so calm and reassuring and was able to fix the filling with very little disturbance. I really loved the office. All of the staff were great and very friendly! I’m excited for my future visits! Thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ll start by saying I haven’t been to the dentist in years so I was very nervous. The person at the front desk made me feel SO welcomed what a great indicator of how the rest of the visit was going to be. The person that did my ex rays and my cleaning was great she said she was new to this location but I never would’ve thought that everyone there seems to get along nicely from what I can see. My dentist and his assistant that did my filling were so fun to be around I was in the chair for about 15 mins for numbing and the whole time had great conversations to help ease my mind. 10/10 would recommend what a great group!

Experiencia fantástica: I am a fearful patient, or I was…until I met Dr. Ashley. She’s the BEST dentist I’ve ever been to!! My fear stemmed from every other dentist giving me too little anesthetic before they would drill on my teeth. They would wait for me to feel pain before they would give me more anesthetic. It usually took 3 tries (and 3 times of pain) before they’d get me numb enough to simply complete 1 filling. Dr. Ashley explained to me that people with red hair need more anesthetic than others, so she just gave me more upfront. Within the last 2 weeks, I’ve gotten a filling & a crown. I didn’t feel that drill AT ALL. She’s also just really nice, gentle and great at explaining what she’s doing and why she’s doing it. Which is a must for fearful patients. Aside from Dr. Ashley, everyone at Knight Dental was a joy to work with. When I made my first appointment, I told the woman on the phone that I was fearful. She must’ve wrote that down in my chart. Because from the moment I arrived for that 1st appointment, everyone knew that key piece of info about me and treated me accordingly. 1000000% recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: I've just recently started taking care of my mother who is mentally declining and hasn't taken care of her teeth for some time. My brother recommended Knight Dental Care, he is a patient, and they are amazing at dealing with her issues. Dr. Jake and Lisa are what she calls her "tooth fairies" and she enjoys visiting with them. My mom can be a little goofy and the staff just plays along with her and makes her feel good about herself. Thank you for the great service, being nice and understanding, and not placing judgements about her past dental neglect.

She didn’t lecture me, but instead took the time to explain the areas where my dental care was lacking and how it could affect not just my teeth, but my overall health. I came into the office feeling frantic and grieving, but her calm and relatable presence completely shifted not only my day, but my month. And as I’m taking care of my teeth as she instructed, I realized I needed to take time to express gratitude for the visit. I’m truly grateful for her care and the way she approaches her work.

Dr. Jake and his assistant Lisa made her feel so comfortable from asking her what she wanted to watch on tv, letting her dim the lights to Lisa even holding her hand during the process! Experiencia fantástica: Seen Dr Knight because my brother had been to him to get major repairs done after someone messed him up bad. I went in for a crown, they were very friendly, everyone in the office including the dentist was very personable. Give me all my options talk through everything and gave me my choices. Due to health conditions I was turned down by a couple other dentists for dental work. Dr knight didn't even think twice about it. The next day after the prep work in the temporary crown was on I didn't even feel anything not even where he gave me the shot. Same experience today I'd drive a hundred miles to see him I've already booked my cleaning appointment for next month. Can't say enough good things about them the atmosphere the friendliness the professionalism. They aim to make you as comfortable as possible, they don't just leave you sit in a room and take off on you somebody's always in and out right there getting you ready. Highly recommend them

In my early past I just never had good dentist experiences. Dr. Knight was great but I don’t wish or hope to have another dental implant !!(I tried to keep my eyes closed the whole time as I didn’t like to see the tools/materials being used in and out of my mouth!) He even followed up with a surprise phone call later today to see if I was feeling okay!! I see why my husband had been going to his Dad and Dr. Knight for many years! Experiencia fantástica: I have INSANE dental anxiety and will be the first to say I waited WAY too long before getting to the dentist- But I am so glad I went to Dr. Knight. They quelled my decades long fear within the course of a week! Jake was so kind and understanding and gentle on my teeth with no judgement at all, and made sure I was 1000% comfortable with everything that was happening. He showed me my x-rays and answered all my questions. He took care of my two cavities today and it was a BREEZE. I was so scared of the anesthesia failing, but he noted my nervousness and prepared for all of it. The first shot was almost nothing, and I didn’t feel the second at all. The hygienists (Bree and Carissa) were also amazing, and SO kind and helpful. I’ll recommend this office to anyone in the market for a new one! ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Had a cleaning on Monday, and a wisdom tooth removal on Wednesday. My hygienist whose name slips my memory, was nothing short of wonderful. Absolutely pleasant experience. Wednesday with the tooth removal, the assistant and Dr Knight made the entire process incredibly smooth, and painless. It’s 48 hours after, I have no swelling, no pain, and it’s almost hard to remember I have to continue to wait for it to heal. As if feels like it’s already healed up. I would recommend this office to absolutely anybody.

I've worked with Lisa (who is amazing by the way she's so nice, patient and her beside manner surpasses anything I've had in the world of dental.) Dr Knight, Dr Ashley and Dr Jake are all amazing. Dr. Knight is honest and has a great sense of humor to help get you through the fear. Dr. Ashley, although I've only worked with her once, was very nice and honest. Dr. Jake fixed me up so I could have teeth that weren't awful. He's nice, attentive, and very observant of his patient. This team sees some really awful tooth conditions (speaking of mine specifically), and they take it in stride with absolutely no judgment. 10 out of 10 recommend, especially if you really struggle with the anxiety that is the dentists office.

Experiencia negativa: I went into kinght dental care with bad tooth pain. Told them I wanted my tooth pulled, they gave me a price and I agreed. Mid way through the procedure, they decide to do more work on my teeth without my consent and are now billing me for it. DO NOT go to kinght dental care.

Experiencia negativa: Could not rotate my tooth with invisalign. But she said she could and took thousands of dollars. The video that’s shown of the final result may not be accurate ..but they only tell you that after you get treatment. I was disappointed with this experience but before that I enjoyed getting cleanings here

Experiencia fantástica: Brand new patient. Office was very friendly and very efficient. Dr. Knight is very established well versed. He took the time to converse and discuss all my concerns and provide the best solution for a bad situation. The dental hygienist, was patient and explained everything she was doing. The office and patient rooms appeared very clean. No strong perfumes were present. Just clean. The staff behind the counter are busy bees but very attentive so no waiting. Very good experience.

Experiencia negativa: Somehow, my review is gone Guess she likes to delete. really don't know how she has a great review because l've been going to her for about three years now and she has the most worst bedside manner I have ever seen she doesn't say hello to you just tells you l'm leading you back. She talks down on you, her and her assistant act like like you're not even in the room when they're sticking their hands in your mouth overall, I think she's horrible and I really think other people know what I'm talking about. She has no bedside manner
