Experiencia negativa: Awful. I was in the waiting room for over an hour and then they finally brought me back to do X-rays in a dirty room and then expected me to wait another hour+ for the dentist? Insane. I left after 2 hours of waiting after making an appointment!

Experiencia negativa: The staff would rather argue than book an appointment...the staff blocked business for this office just because the lady who answered wanted to be combative & difficult. She was offering advice and isn't even the dentist... ashame. Today, a new office completed the service and more and none of the staff had any of the concerns this office staff wanted to speculate about. Lazy & doesn't want to work

Experiencia negativa: Very Nice People But They’re Also Very Unprofessional & Inexperienced, They Pulled My Wisdom Tooth The Wrong Way All Because They Were In A Rush, They Were Pulling & Yanking On It Very Hard Which Caused Pain Even Tho I Was Supposed To Be Numbed Up & Then After They Pulled It They Told Me They Were Gonna Send A Prescription To The Pharmacy For The Pain, I Went To The Pharmacy & They Said They Haven’t Got Anything So I Called Them The Following Morning & They Told Me They “Forgot” To Send It Over

Experiencia fantástica: I had a consultation here and I had a really great experience. The dentist took the time to thoroughly explain everything. The procedures, the steps involved, and what to expect. I really appreciated how transparent he was about the costs before any work is done. That kind of honesty and communication makes a huge difference as a patient. He’s very knowledgeable, very thorough, and makes you feel comfortable asking questions. The front desk staff was also wonderful. The woman at the front desk was very kind, welcoming, and made the whole check-in process easy and comfortable. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I’ll be returning in just a few days to have the dental work done. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist who is skilled, honest, and takes the time to make patients feel informed and cared for.

Experiencia negativa: I went in for a broken tooth and I was waiting 45 minutes in the lobby when a ton of other people were going back that got there way after me and I get back and was told they couldn't do anything and that I didn't have discoloration of my tooth or infection when i recently found out I have a major infection that got into my gums and discoloration! I asked them to pull it out and they falt out refused do not go here!

Experiencia positiva: Not a good place to go if you want quality work done on your teeth. They're nice, don't get me wrong.. but they leave you with pretty much busted lips from pushing down on your lip so hard and scraped gums. These dentists lack experience.

Experiencia negativa: First and foremost the fillings they did on my daughter are now brown . My daughter who is 17 decided to go with a different dentist. She's 17 and it's her mouth. She told them this 2 days prior to the visit. For some reason dental dreams has called my phone repeatedly and for what reason I don't know. So I told my daughter to call up there to tell them that she was no longer going to be a patient with them. The lady said I'm going to have to put that into my system and then HUNG UP on my kid. My kid goes wow ... That was super childish and unprofessional. This is coming from a child herself. Hanging up on someone isn't the way to deal with issues. Get new secretary staff or you'll have less patients daily.

Experiencia negativa: Dental Nightmare.. cant say anything nice dont say anything at all.. the receptionist was polite to me. Went in knowing i had an infection and needed antibiotics.. was told my lower jaw was not swollen, and that any discomfort i was having was from grinding my teeth too much. Recommended ibuprofen and sensitive toothpaste. As im leaving i asked one last time, in his "professional" opinion is there any swelling or infection i should worry about; he said no. What piece of mind!! Next day mouth swollen to the point swallowing was difficult, i pay to see another dentist.. immediately recognized there was swelling and an infection that needed attention asap. This office will check to see what they can possibly bill as far as procedures; if you have used up allotments for the year, you wont hear back from them. Avoid if at all possible!!!

Experiencia negativa: I loved the service of the doctors, but administration and front desk staff sucks especially the last time I was there. On the phone they told me it was going to be 140 dollars for cleaning, in result they charged me 240 dollars because they put x-rey on my bill even though on the phone I made sure to ask if I need one and they said no just the cleaning. Also the x-rey that they charged me for was not performed. After that when I tried and confronted them about the issue on the front desk the receptionist tried everything except refunding me for the x-rey. On this note me and my family will not be attending this dental office anymore.

Edit: 82525 1) Not accredited 2) dirty doors, dirty floors 3) staff be scheming get receipts and double check 4) Dentist if you can even use that term tried to sell more procedures than needed. 5) Dental Assistant had no official space was sitting on shelves behind receptionist. 6) DA did not give prope examination 7) "Dentist" did not give proper assessment or cleaning. 8) Did not feel cared for 9)Left feeling traumatized 10) will never never recommend nor patron again

Then I was told I couldn't have all my 13 teeth left pulled out to get dentures, because the 7 on the bottom is good, not what I wanted. My ex-husband went there and had a good experience but I was not impressed with the place

Experiencia negativa: they'll make you jump through hoops to get medical clearance over any minor medication just to get a cleaning, then demand your regular physician fill it out even if that isn't the doctor who prescribed it. i got medical clearance from my OB but it wasn't my regular physician so they wouldn't accept it, and my regular doctor wouldn't fill it out since he doesn't prescribe it to me. having medical issues is hard enough without your dentist refusing to see you over minor medications. editing to add that they made me wait in the waiting area for 40 minutes past my appointment time before they even called me over to tell me they weren't going to see me and wouldn't accept the paper from my OB's giving med clearance on my medication. the younger desk ladies were nice but the bigger girl literally had me in tears the way she was speaking to me.

I thought I had a broken filling turns out my tooth was broken also but the dentist fixed it my lips were numb for awhile but I felt so much better thank you dental dream staff you all were very helpful and very kind.

Experiencia negativa: It's been many years since I have had any dental work done. But when I did not only were the rest of my teeth were removed they scheduled me less than 2 weeks after to be fitted for dentures, fast forward a bit, my dentures never fit correctly. I went back multiple times and nothing was done. Was told that oh you must not be using enough poly grip. WRONG ANSWER. So anyways eventually I will. Be seeing another dentist to get dentures that fit and will actually help make sure it's done correctly

It was so many flies that i was scared to open my mouth to get my teeth cleaned… the dentist talking about they got someone coming out to handle it but apparently it’s been like that for a while now. Very nasty had to keep fanning the flies away. I wanted to get up and leave so bad, please i just hope they get that taken care of because that’s very unsanitary. And i will not be returning to dental dreams on clio and Pierson rd because of this. Smh smh smh

The only thing I would have preferred is if the dentist office had provided the forms in advance for all of us. Instead, we were told to pick them up during our appointment. Nonetheless, the dentist was informative and suggested a water flosser to eliminate plaque. We even got referrals for our sons' braces. Despite a bit of a wait in the lobby, the dentist apologized and I didn't mind waiting. I'm excited for our next appointment and our teeth x-rays and cleaning. The dentist made sure all paperwork was taken care of, and we're all set for an appointment six months from today. Looking forward to bringing my family back next year!"

Experiencia negativa: If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an experience May 20 & 21, 2024. First day I came in with a bad 3rd molar. Dr Morgan attempted to remove it for about an hour. Broke the top off, then told me to see an oral surgeon. No antibiotics or meds were given nor suggested. The 21st I called around and couldn't find an oral surgeon that would take my insurance. I called the office because my face was swollen on the whole side. I got some rude lady on the phone that after I explained my situation yelled at me saying they didn't prescribe meds. I asked to talk to a manager and she just kept repeating "you want to speak to a manager" over and over, right over me. Finally got the manager, she talked to Dr and told me meds would be called in. The lady who answered does not need that type of job in my opinion. Visit there at your own risk. Oh, to top it off they left a voice-mail a couple days ago that my authorization for a crown on that tooth was approved and wanted to know if I wanted it done..lol. Mind you, by now i got it pulled by an oral surgeon as suggested. I'm definitely not going there again.

As usual I think I had a great experience with dental dreams from the deep tooth cleaning the tooth filling, I say they got me right together.

Experiencia negativa: Was told today that my son couldn't been seen due to me not having guardianship yet. He's autistic and can't sign for himself. He was just seen last year at this same place with no problem. My son is on my dental insurance, not his own. He just graduated and guardianship is in the process. His teeth needs immediate attention yet he can't been seen. I'm highly disappointed with the dentist. Should've been added to his records last year that he was autistic and I Should've been told then that I would need papers for treatment.

Experiencia negativa: This was the worst dental experience I've ever had . The cleaning was a joke. It took them longer to take the x rays than it did to "clean" my teeth. What a waste of time. I don't understand how this place stays in business. The Dr didn't even look at my teeth or clean the uppers. The exam consisted of a two minute cleaning of the bottom front teeth and that was it. Nothing else. Oh..and a quick polish of the front uppers. I called my insurance company and complained. Told them the Dr was probably going to bill them for a full service dental experience and they were going to get duped into paying it AND that I wanted to go to a real dentist and get a real exam with a real hygienist, Dr with real educated skills, up to date equipment, and staff that cares and follows through. My insurance company said that I'd have to wait another six months before I was eligible for another cleaning. I take my dental care very seriously and have already scheduled with another dentist. I don't want these clowns doing the serious work I need done in my mouth. Get a dentist you can trust and are pleased with their work...don't trust these people; they DO NOT know what they are doing. You WILL be sorry.

Experiencia positiva: IDK... It's not a bad place but it's not really ran smoothly. The left hand is not super sure what the right hand is doing but they will clean your teeth. Eventually. But it's not like people with tons of options go there anyway.

I was able to see the Dentist, get a prescription for an antibiotic and Ibuprofen and made a follow-up visit for dental work. Made appointments for my kids too. Very impressed and happy with this Dental Office.

Experiencia negativa: If i could give 0 stars I would. This was the worst experience I've ever had. The appointment time was at 1 my family showed up at 12:50 didn't get seen until 1:45. It was an empty office. The two women at the front were talking about June 19th. The women (Later identified as the manager) asked the other what June 19th was, she didn't understand because people JUST started to celebrate this holiday. As she was looking it up on her company computer the other women responded with I think it's when slavery was embolished. Continued with; a story of how one of their coworkers couldn't understand why black people had a whole day for this. As they were laughing and asking each other how could she feel that way. MANAGER found it was now a federal holiday and in her shock told the other women "omg it's now a federal holiday". The response from the other women. WE SHOULD ALL GET IT OFF THEN. my wife then ask are they really having this conversation in front of a black family of 8 ( 4 of our children were being seen). They said we weren't saying anything bad we think it's a good thing we didnt mean to offend anyone. Then kept on with the conversation. We got up and left. After putting our kids in the car my wife and i went in to explain why their conversation was in fact offensive. She was meant with over talking and Apologies. Also saying we didn't say anything wrong; WE truely feel everyone should have it off to celebrate. What's wrong is The ignorance. It is ok to not know. But, to have that conversation in front of a black family about just how Ignorant you are to a holiday for black people and that has been CELEBRATED for many years is not only unprofessional but rude as well. Dental dreams employees need training In workplace etiquette. It's not always the words you use, it's how you express them.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was a good one. Dr.Morgan is awesome and made sure I knew what I needed to know! Thank you Had my next visit. I’m terrified of the dentist and DR.MORGAN and his side kick HALEY really made me not want anyone but him to work on my teeth. I pay attention to a lot and the way they knew tools and worked together made me feel comfortable. Dr. Morgan can put in numbing shots and it’s nothing like most people think. He made me feel like he heard in my voice the terror and I walked out feeling confident about the next fillings I need. Thank you Dr.Morgan and haighley. See you guys asap he is the only man aloud to work on my teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Alkubba is very unprofessional and his assistant is even worse I have been bringing my kids here since they open and NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD THIS kind of treatment he pull my 6 year old son’s tooth today and it was the absolute worst experience for the both of us. He yells at children telling them their tongue will get cut off and if they don’t listen their teeth will drop out VERY UNACCEPTABLE. Shove the needle in his mouth and my son being 6 smacked it out he jabbed the needle back in and snatch the tooth no assistance from his assistant she was nowhere around to assist put the fluoride on his finger and rubbed it in my sons mouth and sent us on our way

Experiencia negativa: Brought my daughter here 2 times one for cleaning 2nd time to get her teeth pulled just for the doctor to say he can’t do it because he kept telling me take her else where so when I asked what do they do here besides brush her teeth that I can do at home also they dropped took n tried to use it in my daughter mouth and I told him umm ain’t that unsanitary and he got an attitude and told us to leave and both times I e arrived early for my daughter appointment just to be in waiting room over an hour before they even called back staff rude when we walked in they were all at desk lollygagging and took minutes before even getting to us I WILL NEVER BRING MY CHILD BACK HERE OR LET ALONE REFER ANYONE TO COME HERE this place need to be closed down

Experiencia fantástica: The staff here was exceptionally nice! The dental hygienist I had Was great, and, although she was training, she did a stellar job! She took x-rays of all of my teeth in a very professional manner, and checked to see if I was doing OK during the process. When the doctor came in he was welcoming, explained to me the specifics about what I had going on in my mouth, then cleaned and polished my teeth extremely fast. The only thing I was a bit concerned about was how well my teeth were really cleaned because I’m accustomed to my dentist taking twice as much time. It definitely felt like a drive-through cleaning, which may be what most people are looking for. All in all, I was surprisingly happy.

Wait over an hour in the room after appointment time . doesnt do good work . the staff doesnt clean the items either in room and i have had dirty glasses and material's in the room. i have to find a new dentist that values time and does good work.

Experiencia positiva: I went to the clinic because I had toothache staff very nice and kind but the dentist was kind and nice. The reason that I have gave it a three-star is because their site states that they do extractions and when I got there they look did X-rays and still didn't extract my teeth out my mouth nor gave me a date to come back to do it, referred me to somebody with a possibility that we may not accept my insurance. Now I'm back to square one looking for someone to take out my tooth oh the did was able to give me meds to help with my discomfort which great. Hope this help you decide.

Experiencia fantástica: The whole office is absolutely amazing. I had the worst experience at a different dental dreams and was afraid for my life and the way the other one treated me had me beyond embarrassed at the dental work I needed to get done and left feeling hopeless and worthless. But when I came to this Dental dreams in flint by the time I left my first appointment to continue on with dentures they had me in tears because of how gental and nice they ALL were. They were patient with me when I said I didn't like them and listened to the changes that needed to be fixed. They truly made me feel beautiful and worthy. Thank you all so much. From the ladies in the front reception to the assistants to the Dentist everyone treated me with such grace and care. I recommend to all.

Experiencia fantástica: The dental assistant is so absolutely amazing she made me feel at ease. That's a hard thing to do because of my terrible anxiety. Great experience with a awesome environment I give it a 10/10 would definitely recommend. Wish I would have thanked the dental assistant and asked her name. Experiencia positiva: I’m changing my comment! My experience with Dr. Pateo was awesome! He repaired and cleaned my teeth with minimal pain! Staff was very patient and kind.

Experiencia negativa: They took an X-ray and Dr came in for all of about 2 minutes and looked in my mouth with his finger and told me I needed a root canal. It was about a 8 minute visit and he referred me to doctors who didn’t take my insurance. All I ended up needing was a filling. Don’t waste your time here.

Experiencia fantástica: Dental Dreams at the desk were very helpful and polite. They collected my insurance information for me so I didn't have to take a lot of time filling out the paperwork. The dentist was kind to me also.
