Her warm personality and compassion make such a difference, especially when a child may be nervous about going to the dentist. We are so thankful for Dr. Dove and feel incredibly blessed to have her caring for our daughter. Experiencia fantástica: Cannot recommend this practice enough - we live in Charlotte and it's 100% worth the little bit of extra time it takes to drive there to see Dr. Dove and her staff. They are always caring and take good care of their patients, but after having a bad experience with getting teeth pulled at another practice, but son was literally saying, "I'm so happy, that was so easy.." after getting a few teeth removed here. So grateful for everything they do and that they make it so easy to take care of my children's teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Dove is simply the BEST. Both of my kids have been going to her since they were 3 and LOVE to go to the dentist each and every time. Recently my daughter had to get 2 baby teeth pulled and I was so nervous about. It was her first time with gas and numbing medication. And I couldn’t even tell my daughter out of fear she would freak out. Dr. Dove and her assistant made sure my daughter was comfortable, relaxed and safe. They didn’t use big scary words that would have set off alarms for my daughter. My daughter didn’t even know she got the teeth removed until we made it back to the car. No tears were shed. I was stressing for nothing. Thanks Dr. Dove.

Experiencia fantástica: This was the best dental experience that I have ever had. I brought my young son in this morning for a couple fillings. Everyone was so kind and encouraging to him, and they made the visit so positive. Even the little details of the office theme and appearance bring a nervous kid comfort. Dr. Dove and the team do not simply but on a facade. It is evident that they deeply care for their patients, and desire to create a positive connotation around going to the dentist. My son has been telling everyone he has seen about how much fun he had at the dentist, and how much he liked the team who treated him. As a great touch, I just received a follow up call from Dr. Dove. I expected to maybe get a call from someone, but I didn't expect her to personally check in on his recovery. If you need to take your kids to the dentist, and you want them to receive excellent care and have a positive experience, look no further.

Experiencia fantástica: As a dental professional I wish I could give Dr. Dove and staff six stars!! My daughter had a trauma when she was a year old and unfortunately has an anxiety going to the dentist. Dr. Dove’s team makes any experience amazing for the child as well as communicating thoroughly with the parent(s). Our experience today with my little was being sedated was astounding. The constant communication during the procedure from the anesthesiologist’s team and Dr.Dove team, comfortable atmosphere and free snacks (cause who doesn’t care for a free food!) was a dream! Thanks to all who helped us make this a great experience today! Again, wish there was a 6 stars option.

The office staff and everyone is just really nice and the place is so clean! The way Dr Dove looks at her patients you know she truly cares! I would HIGHLY recommend!

Experiencia negativa: The ladies at the front office, dentist and ladies working in the back were all super nice and helpful. Their prices were a little higher than what I was use to. What I didn't care for the the recommendations of unnecessary, expensive, painful and traumatic dental work that he didn't even need to begin with, including wanting to put him under anesthesia and pay the copay unfront. Also, when I have to ask what other options are there besides wanting to do 7 crowns on baby teeth and trying to fill one cavity, gave him 3 novocaine shots, drilled for 5 minutes and still didn't fill the cavity. All this while he's bundled up and having me and another lady hold him down, trying to get the work done. I'm so happy I found another dentist, that actually listens to my concerns, agree with my treatment options and we're on the same page about not wanting to do extra work on my child that will further traumatized him.

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately we weren't able to deal with the dentist in this practice, so this review is based off our interactions with the front desk staff. I called to try and schedule an appointment for my daughter, who has an abscess. I called twice, letting the front desk know both times that my daughter was in a lot of pain and had developed a fever from the infection. I asked if I should contact my family dentist to get an antibiotic, and was told not to - to instead wait and talk to the dentist before doing anything else. That was Monday - today is Friday, and I've yet to receive a call back. I understand if your practice does not have capacity to see my daughter - but in that case you should let me know to look elsewhere for a solution instead of waiting for a call that will never come. Also, it is extremely irresponsible and dangerous to wait this long when a fever has developed without taking any action. Luckily I gave up waiting on Tuesday and contacted my family dentist again (who was surprised at the instructions I was given to wait and not call them), as well as another pediatric dentist in town who was able to work us in immediately. I would suggest additional training for front desk staff in order to not put patients or potential patients at risk.

Experiencia fantástica: I would absolutely recommend Concord Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Dove, her hygienists, and the office staff were wonderful! I took my 18 month old in for her first cleaning and to say she was scared and uncooperative would be an understatement. Dr. Dove and the hygienists were sooooo great at comforting my daughter (and me) and avoiding what could have been a traumatic first visit. They gave her plenty of breaks but still did a thorough cleaning her teeth. The dental office also seemed very clean and child friendly. After seeing Dr. Dove at Concord Pediatric Dentistry, we won’t be going anywhere else!

Experiencia fantástica: I was blown away by the amazing care my 3 year old received at his first appointment. All of the staff were kind and compassionate. Everyone we interacted with seemed to be genuinely happy to be there and happy to help. Every member of the staff we came into contact with smiled, greeted us with sincere kindness, and made sure they talked directly to my son. I can tell that a lot of thought and effort were put into creating a positive patient experience from my son being given sunglasses to shield his eyes from the bright lights to the Polaroid photo Dr. Dove took with my son to remember his first dentist visit. Our hygienist (Eileen) and Dr. Dove had fantastic bedside manner and made sure we all felt comfortable, especially my son. They even took the time to listen to him talk about his dinosaurs. They also gave advice for continued care at home in a kind and non-judgmental way. The staff seem innovative in their approach to caring for their young patients. The physical environment of the patient area also seemed like a lot of thought was put into the design to make it efficient and fun. It was very clean and organized as well. My son will need follow-up work, so Dr. Dove came up with a plan for how that will go. She explained it all in detail along with what they will do to keep my son comfortable during the procedure. They were transparent about the cost of the procedure and gave an itemized breakdown of the cost. My son enjoyed what could have been a scary experience because of the outstanding effort of the entire staff of Concord Pediatric Dentistry. I highly recommend them and we look forward to going back.

The doctor not only took the extra time to see what benefited my daughter and her future best, but even took extra X-rays, without charge, just to be sure of the proper decision. My twins have been seeing Dr. Dove and Dr. Long since they were toddlers. My girls love love love Dr. Dove and will not go anywhere else. The entire faculty and staff are calming and the environment is very relaxing. If your kids have anxiety like one of my twins, this is the place for you and your child. Experiencia negativa: The Dentist my daughter seen completely guessed on what some lesions in her mouth were. After saying it was something completely awful, I put my child through a surgery to make sure and it was no where close to what he was saying it was! The staff was pretty friendly but you don’t tell a mom that her 4 year old has some viral disease when you’re not 100% positive. Her lesions were completely benign. We won’t step foot back in this office!

Dove & Parish. We have had both Dr. Purikh and Dr. Dove and they both were so so good with our boys/ very knowledgeable. The recent time I had to come in with my 7 month old due to dental issues and Dr. Purikh was very encouraging and supportive to me as a mother which I really appreciate. The receptionists are so kind and helpful. The hygienists do a fantastic job and make the cleaning experience fun/ not scary for kids. They really know what to say and do to make it an enjoyable experience. My 2 year old loved his visit at the dentist so much that he continually asks me to go back haha!! His favorite game now is to play dentist with his dinosaurs. Experiencia negativa: Our experience here for dental cleaning has been good. However recently we did some dental procedure - teeth extraction, baby root canal etc. Doctor had given all information about the sedative. But he failed to give information about the risks and possibility of my son biting his tongue or lips due to numbness. This is a huge thing to miss from the doctor side and we could not inform our son to avoid biting his tongue or lips. This has caused a lot of trouble to us taking care of our son and getting him to eat something. After the procedure, doctor just informed that our son bit his tongue and gave a print out of what has happened and it would take 10-14 days to recover. Come-on!!! It's definitely not the first time, the doctor saw this. He knew this and didn't inform us before. Moreover the doctor didn't take enough precaution to prevent this during the procedure. The most annoying thing was - my son was walking out of the dentist office with bleeding from his teeth and doctor has not placed cotton/gauze to stop bleeding. At last the sedative didn't work as told by the doctor. The doctor had told that the sedative would make my son forget the traumatic experience at the dentist office. However my son remembers everything that they did at the dentist office.

Meadow has been a patient for 5 years now and loves everyone.Very patient staff considering they work with children. Works with payments and prices with us bc we don't have dental insurance especially during this covid time. Always calls and checks on meadow hours after procedures just to make sure she is ok. Experiencia fantástica: Our youngest had some apprehension at our general dentist and friends recommended Concord Pediatric. We've had absolutely wonderful experiences both times we've been. The staff was courteous and quick getting us in, especially with the current CoVid screenings. Once we were in the lobby, we didn't wait long before Leah (Dental Assistant) came and took us back to the room. The exam chair has a monitor screen above it, so children can watch movies while the cleaning (or whatever) is being done. Leah put our daughter at ease while we waited for Dr. Dove. Once Dr. Dove arrived, she engaged in conversation about princesses and such while doing the exam. They also use smaller X-ray film cartridges becauses of the smaller mouths. We had to schedule a second appointment to seal a couple of molars. The first opening they had was a month later, but the next day they called because they'd had a cancellation. We were put on the books for the next week. During the second visit, everything went as before. Friendly, bright, quick, just wonderful. Everyone at the practice that we dealt with was splendid. I heartily recommend this practice!

We have used Dr Dove and Dr Parikh for each procedure and they were both great. They know exactly how to communicate with children in order to keep them calm and at ease if they are nervous. Every person we have ever encountered at this office has been phenomenal. The new office is so nice! The aesthetics are so fresh and kid-friendly. The TVs in the exam rooms re so helpful as well. My children never mind going to the dentist and I recommend them to everyone I know!
