Experiencia fantástica: NC Tooth Docs are absolutely amazing. I've been taking my daughter here for years and we always need to end up needing braces. They are so respectful kind and patient when it comes to working with children. My daughter truly has absolutely no fear of going to the dentist because of how amazing they are. She's even had multiple teeth pulled and has started her orthodontic Journey with her first part of braces at 7 years old. 100 out of 10 would recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing Pediatric dentist and Orthodontics.

I knew when I got my braces I would be being my child here if I ever got the chance and I got my braces off during my pregnancy! I couldn’t wait to bring her here for her check ups! Such a sweet, thorough and friendly staff!

Experiencia negativa: I have been taking my daughter here for years and up to about 2 weeks ago, I would have given this place 5 stars for every time we were there. About 2 weeks ago (3/5), I get a call/text that they found a $13 balance on my acct from July 2025. I've been there twice since then and I've always asked as we are leaving, what do I owe. They always say I'm good, and if there is a balance, I get a text and pay or pay on next visit. I was away on vacation and we had an appt scheduled for 3/24 so I called and said I would pay on the 24th. I then get a text on 3/12 saying the acct is going to collections if I don't pay by 3/13 at 1pm. I went there this morning (3/23), paid the $13, and cancelled ALL future appts. We won't be going here anymore. Very disappointed that this happened as we really enjoyed going there. UPDATE: NC Tooth Docs contacted me same day, apologized and explained that employee no longer works there. I have not reached back out yet but I appreciate the follow up.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Amanda treated 9 of my 9-year-old daughter’s teeth over 3 visits. It was a bit stressful since there were crowns and even an extraction, but my daughter handled everything very calmly. I’d also like to give special thanks for numbing before the anesthesia. I was most worried about that part, but everything went smoothly. Despite such extensive treatment, my daughter did not develop any fear of dentistry. I highly recommend both the clinic and the doctor — fast, high-quality, and very attentive.

I literally watched him treat each patient with genuine care and respect. He was very informative and transparent. We need more Dr. J's in the world.And Da'Lisa has been so outstanding. The way she bonded with my daughter is what topped it all off for me. With every visit she made us feel very lucky to have her. Even when my indecisive daughter took forever choosing a color for her braces, Da'Lisa was very patient and kind. Never made my daughter feel bothersome or rushed. She is a super star in my book and will be in yours if you ever have the pleasure of meeting. She even went out of her way to get my daughter a birthday gift. From the time you enter and are greeted by the front desk ladies, to the time you leave, NC Docs of Huntersville staff is top notch. I'd even go as far to say they are the Chick-fil-A of dentistry!!!!! Trust me, they are the ones you need!! Thank you again Dr.J and Da'Lisa!!!

Dr. J, Alyssa and Da’lisa did an amazing job at managing expectations and being flexible to schedules. The entire staff feels like family after 18 months of braces. From my 14 year old down to my 3 year old, they always look forward to coming. Very gentle and caring. My oldest will even be getting braces soon through the orthodontic side and I’m excited to start working with that team as well. The staff always accommodates me bringing all of my children on the same day and as most parents with multiples know, that’s very rare for a doctor’s office! My co-pays and treatment plans are always broken down in arrangements that are very reasonable and upfront. No confusion, you know exactly what you’re paying for. Thank you to the team from the front desk to their dentist for all you do ❤️

We were seen within 10 minutes of walking in. The staff was incredibly friendly and did a wonderful job easing both my and my daughter's worries. So we were referred to come here to finish the rest of the tooth extraction. Dr Amanda and assistant Ivana ( might be wrong spelling) took very good care of my daughter. They work so well with him to make him feel comfortable and at ease. While he made his own great strides just in facing his fears they played a huge role in putting him at ease. They did a remarkable job during his dental surgery back in July and today was also an amazing experience as they eased him through his check up. They were kind, gentle and very understanding. Amazing people and an amazing place.

I took my daughter (14) and my son (13) who has Autism. They did so well with making him comfortable, keeping him calm and explaining step by step with him what they were doing. I wasn't quite sure how well he would do but it was a very pleasant and stress free experience. Special Thanks to Marlee who worked with my son and Amber as well as Dr. Amanda. This makes me wish they could stay kids forever!

Experiencia fantástica: After searching for a pediatric dentist for a while, I came across NC Tooth Docs. I took my kids here yesterday to establish a dental home and I am so glad I decided to go with NC Tooth Docs. Every single staff member and head Dentist Amanda was extremely kind and professional. They were patient, especially with my toddler and addressed all my questions and concerns. The office was very clean and kid friendly! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at the office was so kind and the process of starting treatment is as fast and very easy! I appreciated knowing the costs upfront. 100% recommend! Update to previous post: Finished treatment and I would still recommend! Such a great place for orthodontics care. The staff were always very pleasant and efficient. Only recommendation would be to explain a bit more about what was being done during the visit but I probably could have asked more questions myself. Great office!
