My crown fell off and the Dentist that put it on at another office, would not be in the office for a couple of days. I was so scared. I called around and got such a pleasent woman on the phone named Wendy. She got me in the same day! The staff there are really nice. The assistant Lamesha was amazing as well. Experiencia negativa: I brought my special needs grandson in today for a cleaning and the lady was very aggressive with him and literally worked with him for two minutes and then told him she couldn’t get x-rays and we had to reschedule. We’ve been coming there for years and he’s never had a problem and he stated that he didn’t think that she knew he was special-needs because she was really rude and nasty to him. I do know who she was the tech and we will not be going back to her again.

In the meantime I had neglected to go see a dentist with a cavity in my molar. Since I was living with so much stress and anxiety I had developed an anxiety about going to see a dentist as well. I had found some information about Dr. Mason online and gained confidence that he was a dentist with expertise. Well, I saw him today for the third time and by now my anxiety about going to the dental office is gone because I feel I am in good hands when I see him. I am very grateful for Dr. Mason’s expertise and care.

As someone who has always been uneasy about dental visits due to a negative childhood experience, I can honestly say this office has completely changed my perspective. The office itself is modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches like great music in each room that help create a relaxing atmosphere. Experiencia negativa: I’ve gone to this dentist to get my cavities filled and I’ve had two fillings from this exact dentist pop out and cause significant pain due to their lack of empathy and performance! I’ve also gone back there to get the first filling filled back in and they blew air on my nerve when I told them it hurt even after being numbed they still blew high pressure air on that nerve now I’m somewhere different and they do wonders on my teeth I will not be going back here again and I told this because I don’t want other going through what I did.

Experiencia negativa: I was told not to come back to after I had my baby. Once I had my baby they never had appointments available. I asked could I go to once of there other establishments and was given an attitude about it. I called to get a refund because I haven’t received treatment 7 months and was still paying. That was a problem, they said I had a contract but never emailed me the contract when I asked to come in and get it. That was a problem also, they told me somebody will call me back and never did. I was waiting three months to hear back from them and never did.

Experiencia negativa: I wouldn’t recommend if you have dental anxiety. The woman doing my cleaning told me I needed to pick either my acrylic nails or my teeth… ( I can still floss with my nails). She then proceeded to tell me I should look into braces when every dentist I’ve had has told me I don’t need them. She said u can pick your outfit everyday but you can’t change your smile. Her comments were insensitive and weird. Not to mention she was rough with the cleaning. Also another time they called me to tell me they canceled my appointment and rescheduled it, without asking.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been a patient at this clinic for over four years, even before I began my orthodontic treatment, and I’m extremely disappointed with how I’ve been treated. My experience has been nothing short of traumatic. Throughout my treatment, I faced several serious issues, including extractions and complications that were never properly addressed. I’ve reached out to the clinic multiple times, sending three emails and making several calls, and have not received a single response. The complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I have since had my braces removed, but I’m left with lasting damage, including the loss of a crucial tooth that has affected my ability to chew, my comfort, and my confidence. After everything I went through, I would have expected at least some level of concern or effort to help resolve this situation, but instead I’ve been completely ignored. I’m sharing this review to warn others to be cautious before trusting this clinic with their long-term dental or orthodontic care. Patients deserve transparency, professionalism, and follow-through, none of which I’ve received.

I'm always greeted with welcoming smiles and great conversations. The staff will treat you like family, they're very personable. I don't have to wait long to be seen, they're very thorough, and offer different financing options if you need it. Lastly, they don't try to just offer services to bill your insurance, they actually care about your dental hygiene and will offer services that's necessary for your teeth and gums to stay healthy. This location is the Pit Stop CT NW Concord NC, not to be confused with the other Concord location.

Experiencia negativa: I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Friendly Dental Group of Concord. Ha , some name as I experienced nothing friendly from this establishment. As a patient with a dental history, I approached this office in good faith, only to encounter a series of alarming misdiagnoses that I feel compelled to share. During my visit, I was shocked to be told from Dr. Makadia that I had 12 cavities due to “not properly flossing” a diagnosis that contradicted my own understanding of my dental health. After seeking second and third opinions from reputable dental professionals, it was confirmed that I only had one cavity. Furthermore, I was also advised that I needed a root canal, which was entirely unnecessary according to the specialists I consulted. As a Medicaid patient, I have experienced firsthand the discrepancies in how patients are treated, and this visit reinforced my concerns. It felt as though my Medicaid status influenced the quality of care and the accuracy of diagnoses I received. The lack of thorough examination and care displayed at this office is concerning, and it raises questions about their commitment to ethical and fair treatment for all patients.Due to this serious misdiagnosis, I will be filing formal complaints with both the state and the dental board. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Dr. Makadia to anyone. In fact, I urge potential patients to stay far away from this practice to avoid similar negative experiences. Overall, my time at Friendly Dental Group of Concord was not only frustrating but also damaging to my trust in dental care providers. I hope my review serves as a warning to others in need of dental care. Best, Chell

Experiencia negativa: For a place called "Friendly Dental", they are not friendly at all nor do they seem to know what they're doing when it comes to braces. Got my braces readjusted a few times and every time it is a different dentist. One of them dropped metal into my mouth and the same day I went home from that, my wire immediately disconnected from the brackets. Not worth the visits.

I repeat, DO NOT COME HERE looking for meritocracy!!! Wendy was the gateway to wonderful experiences here. Dr. Trevedi is such a beautiful spirit and so is Dr. Makadia is ABSOLUTELY LOVELY!! All the staff from the front to the back have such pleasant dispositions. I feel like I can come to anyone in here and get the same care. We live in a world where everyone is stressed or overwhelmed, but at the friendly dental concord mills location, you can let your hair down and expect quality care every time! I hadn't been to the dentist in a while, so I was nervous. Everyone was very kind, and the hygienist provided so much information on how to improve my oral care at home.

Specifically, I experienced issues with my recent orthodontic treatment follow-up appointments: Limited Appointment Availability: Appointments are only offered on two days per week, making it difficult to schedule and potentially delaying my treatment progress. Frequent Appointment Changes: I have experienced numerous instances where scheduled appointments were unexpectedly changed, causing significant inconvenience. Furthermore, I encountered poor communication and patient care: Rude and Dismissive Staff. I experienced rude and dismissive behavior from some staff members. Lack of Respect: When I inquired about upcoming appointments and my treatment plan, I felt that my questions were not addressed respectfully." I would not recommend this place.

Experiencia positiva: I’ve been a patient for a while now and I must say, I’ve NEVER had any regrets, complaints or concerns until recently. Wendy is the absolute BEST of the best! She wears many hates around that place. I’ve seen so many come and go but her attitude is always bubbly and the love she has for her patients and job shows through her willingness and her smile. To Lameisha, you went above and beyond your duties as a dental assistant the day I came in with a toothache. You were so kind and relatable. You went above and beyond to make sure I was relaxed. Taysha, Tuesday I was in a situation where I was having an anxiety attack. Before my extraction my B/P was a bit elevated and I’m sure by the end of my visit it had gotten higher. You held my hand and wiped each tear as it fell down my face. You reassured me I would be ok. Your selflessness is what makes a lot of us exceptional in the healthcare field. You ladies are awesome. I’ve had one bad experience but I can’t take that away from the care I’ve been given in the past. Nor the outstanding customer service I’ve always received.

Experiencia negativa: Disappointed in general by the Friendly Dental Group. We have been patients in Mooresville for several years and were notified that they were no longer performing Orthodontic service. We are now required to drive over an hour away. They have limited availability at the Concord Mills location and are not accommodating. I would not recommend getting any orthodontic work done by them. We are even considering changing dentists.
