Experiencia negativa: I really did not want to come and leave a bad review like this but it needs to be said. When I first came to this office it was great. the front desk were nice and Dr. Vazir was welcoming but back in December I had a Root canal done & after my root canal she tried to charge me over a thousand dollars for another procedure that I did not even need & not only that she did not complete my root canal. I have been having sensitivity & pain & it is because she missed one of my canals I had to find out through a specialist who also gave me a 3D scan so that way I could take it to her to be completed & when I called to see if she could fix/complete it.. she told me no she can't. I was very shocked because this is your work that you failed to complete so why aren't you fixing your mistake ? If I go to a specialist or another dentist they are going to charge me out of pocket to have this completed so I'm very upset with this practice because all I wanted was a simple root canal instead Dr.Vazir made a mistake & then can't even fix it. I'm not telling other people not to come here but please be very aware I would hate for this to happen to someone else. I couldn't even get my crowns done by her because she wanted over a thousand dollars but when I went to get a second opinion and a third they told me I did not need that procedure & that I can get crowns with no problem. I will be taking this to social media because why are you even doing procedures like Root Canals if you can't even do them correctly. I should not be having to come out of pocket for something I did not mess up! Your playing in peoples mouths & maybe because I'm young she decided to make me a easy target. I will definitely never come back & oh not too mention they wanted to charge $70 for a " no show fee " I called hours before my appointment and left a voicemail. it's not my fault that the office does not check them. what's the point of having a message system If you all do not check them ? My appointment was at 3:30pm & I called around 7am & left a message. The lady told me " its an after hours voicemail so even still " like i swear do y'all make up stuff on the spot ? or do you guys tell everyone this ? She also said " it needs to be within 48 hours" i called at 7 you had plenty of time between 7am-3pm to see if someone else could come that day to take my appointment slot but instead you went ahead and still charged me. Even after I said Dr. Vazir did not complete my root canal & I need her to fix it especially when I’m having this pain. She still is just like " you need to pay " where is the urgency ?? Just for them to call back a couple hours later saying she can't fix it...her own mistake so you think it’s ok to make mistakes with peoples health and then expect someone else to come and fix it ? wow…what a practice. Now I’m left paying money out of my pocket for something she ( Dr.Vazir ) messed up on.

Experiencia negativa: Two years ago I shared a review of this facility, which was very positive. However for since then I have become very dissatisfied with the quality service I received with a back and forth in the attempt to resolved an issue, which has still not been resolved. I was referred to an oral surgeon and charged 20 dollars to send a copy of an xray to my phone. I come to realize that this practice just buckle and dimes you for every thing and would make recommendations for unnecessary procedures. After several years of being with this dentist, I have finally made the decision to leave and find another dentist and I am glad I did. I discovered that there are much better dentist who really care about their patients.

Experiencia negativa: The worst dental clinic I have ever been. From the front desk to the Dr they are very rude, incompetent and doesn't know how to do there job. Just from the start when I walked in they were already arguing with 2 people and I should have walked out. Be aware before making an appointment ask for every detail of the service you will be getting, what your insurance covers and there rule to cancel an appointment before ahead of time. They charge $70 to cancel unless you cancel 48 hrs before and they don't even mention that when someone makes an appointment. They will say your insurance covers X-rays and they double checked it but they will trick you and do an X-ray once you go for in then they will say oh am sorry your insurance doesn't cover this and charge out of pocket. And they will send a bill to the insurance claiming the Dr did the exam where in fact she didn't do anything. BE AWARE of this place and Don't recommend at all!

Experiencia negativa: This is a terrible dental office, try to avoid them at all cost, they are committing fraud, they have billed me for services that was never rendered. My first visit there was extremely overwhelming, I was presented with a very expensive dental plan, I paid $500 using my health spending card, and they ran my account for another $200 without my consent, realizing that they’re dishonest therefore I never went back. They billed my insurance company, got paid and now sending me a bill for over $6000, I only had X-rays, impressions, and half of my mouth cleaned and an injection call Arestin on the one side she cleaned. Noticing that I never went back, the dentist sent me a text stating that she was a victim of fraud, when in reality they’re the ones committing it.

I was nervous about the pain that would be involved, but like she said, it was way easier than a root canal. I felt nothing. It was great! If you want any dental work done, I recommend, Dr. Vazir.

I don't know why she just hung up my phone and didn't receive my call anymore... Every time I called, I didn't hear the waiting tune, But directly went to the voicemail after first tone. I wrote email to them requesting for my X-rays... Still No response after three weeks...Time to change my dentist. Reply: You're right. I am not your patient, but my parents were.

We have our granddaughter there since she was old enough to go to a dentist and we were planning to move here to be closer to home. I called my wife and told her I never want to go their ever again. Had a 12 noon appointment didn't see me until almost 1pm.Then took 20 xrays only to tell me they don't do cleaning on your first visit. All about milking your insurance. Total waste of my time on my RDO.

Experiencia fantástica: overall amazing experience. i was a first time pt coming in for a root canal and deep cleaning, may i add i was super fearful due to past experiences elsewhere. before getting started i did have a little breakdown with heavy tears but Dr. V took the time to calm me down/ wipe my tears and reassure me that she was there to help me and i was in control! past experiences would just tell me it’ll be over soon and start anyways. she walked me through everything and it all happened seamlessly and fast! also let’s not forget her wonderful staff, sweetest girls ever (dr.v give them a raise ! LOL) i will most definitely be coming back to her regularly without a doubt!

Experiencia fantástica: *UPDATE 2 YEARS LATER* I still love Dr. V and still get very excited to come to the dentist. I have been getting Botox for my teeth grinding for the past year and WOW! What a difference! I never personally considered injections before, and I still wouldn’t for cosmetic reasons, but this is different. I was basically grinding my teeth out of my head and a night guard doesn’t help all those hours I’m awake. THIS DOES! I could tell a huge difference after just the first time but now a year later I don’t think I’d have any fillings or teeth left if I hadn’t started getting Botox. I would definitely recommend trying this option if grinding is a problem for you. Worth every penny and definitely worth extra visits with Dr. V! 2020- I’m basically cured. Dr. V made me feel so comfortable and at ease about having avoided the dentist for 7 years and trying to come back. I was a 25 year old baby, and now I kind of get excited to come see her. It’s hard to find a dentist that doesn’t make you think of Steve Martin in Little Shop of Horrors, but she’s the total opposite! She genuinely cares about me and how to make me feel at ease enough to continue coming back. She’s worth the drive from DC. 11/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Experiencia negativa: The most horrific dental office I've ever seen. Instead of using the contract price with dental insurance, they try to charge you the price before applying the contracted price. So, basically you will end up paying at least 2-3 times more because of this. In addition to this, they also try to add various weird stuff to your bill and not even report to insurance - starting with the so called "infection control" (it was not even the during the pandemic), which I have not seen in any other office. Plus, they charge you multiple times you had to go into the office to fix the problem they left - like not able to stick a crown properly. Finally, while I understand that dentists want you to pay before the insurance claims are cleared, the calculation they have is way off -- at least 5 times more than what you pay because the reasons mentioned above, and it is hell when you try to get YOUR money back. Will NEVER recommend anyone to go there.
