I have had many procedures over the years and Dr John's skill is the best I have had. Nobody likes needles in the mouth but Dr Joh's technique is hands down the best. To be honest, I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist. My anxiety is usually through the roof. But from the moment I walked in, the entire team—from the receptionist to Dr. John, Julie, and Gala—made me feel completely at ease. Gala was especially amazing—so professional, kind, and calming. She somehow knew I was nervous without me even saying a word, and her gentle approach really helped ease my anxiety. Experiencia negativa: After being a patient here for 2–3 years, I unfortunately lost confidence in the practice due to a lack of transparency. While the doctor is professional and skilled, my experience with the administrative side of the office left me disappointed. One of my biggest concerns was that I was never informed that the practice was out of network with my insurance. Because of that, I ended up paying more than I expected while treatment recommendations continued to be made. The previous year I was in network, so I assumed nothing had changed. I believe patients should be clearly informed about insurance changes before moving forward with treatment. What ultimately led me to seek a second opinion was a recommendation to replace nearly all of my teeth with crowns. Thankfully, I decided to consult another dentist before proceeding. The second opinion gave me a much more conservative treatment plan, and I'm incredibly grateful I didn't move forward with the original recommendation. I'm not questioning the doctor's qualifications, but I do feel the staff could be more knowledgeable and transparent when it comes to insurance and treatment discussions. Looking back, I regret the amount of time and money I invested here. My advice to anyone considering this practice is simple: always get a second opinion before agreeing to extensive dental work. It could save you thousands of dollars and help you make a more informed decision.

Lovely Ashley who explains everything clear when it comes to the financial part so no surprises in that area, always a pleasure to speak to her. Ivette in the front desk who is an absolute delight, very respectful and patient when it comes to working with your schedule, she even called me to offer a last minute cancellation so I could go before my scheduled appointment. Lupe was so sweet and knowledgeable, you can tell she’s been doing her job for a while and she actually enjoys it. The whole staff is just great. They make you feel welcome and comfortable.

I went in for a simple filling repair based off of “good reviews”, but the dentist immediately started pushing me toward getting veneers—something I absolutely did not ask for and clearly didn’t need. It felt more like a sales pitch than a medical consultation. I think the reviews may be tampered with here. To make things worse, both the front desk staff and the person handling payments were incredibly rude and dismissive. No one made an effort to explain the charges clearly, and their attitude made the whole visit feel even more uncomfortable. This office clearly prioritizes upselling over patient care. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for honest dental work and respectful service.

Experiencia negativa: if i could leave 0 stars i would. they try to give you discounts to leave a 5 star rating and it won’t work with me!!!. i went in and had DR JOHN look at my teeth everything was going well until i met with the doctor himself he is very rude and shows racist tendencies as a african american female he told me he couldn’t provide me with pain medication for my pain for the root canal because that wasn’t his job he then told me that he wouldn’t want me to come back simply because i stated my mom is a MA and that there is a medication he can prescribe as he is my dentist. For some odd reason he seem to think african american people have a higher pain tolerance then others which is MOST DEFINITELY not true

During my initial consultation, Dr. John provided very detailed information about the implants needed for my entire upper jaw. He is very kind and answered my numerous questions. There were times we even had humorous exchanges. The office staff starting with Yvette at the front desk, Jill, Krystal, and Lupe are always so friendly and caring. Jill (coordinator) explained in detail all phases of my dental implants including cost and follow up. I am very pleased with my dental implants. They have more new gadgets that I have never heard of.On my last visit was a laser to treat bacterial pockets of my gum. They have another device to check the force of my bite is on every teeth.They also has a CT scan right by the exam room. I get to see my mouth in detail on the TV screen . Gala the Hygienist is gracious, gentle and thorough. The whole team work together and it is a very pleasant atmosphere and great experience where the fear of the "Dentist chair"is melted away. I am very pleased and would recommend Advanced Dentistry highly.

I can tell they enjoy what they do, and they really care about providing you with the most optimal experience. They were also very good at explaining everything in a way I could understand, I didn’t feel like I was being frowned upon in any way shape or form, and I appreciate that. Everyone there was very respectable, polite, and cordial. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Please come here for dental care, you will not be disappointed!

Dr. John and his staff were extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Dr. John took time to listen to me, and he provided me with honest feedback. All appointments have been on time and, have fit me in when I’ve been in a pinch. Dr. John and his assistants are absolutely amazing. Dr. John’s standards are so much higher than other dentist I have been to. He is so detailed and passionate about his work. He makes sure he has done his absolute best for you. I’m very impressed !!! This was the best service I’ve ever received at the dentist office and I’m almost 30! I know more about the health of my teeth just from my first visit. Dr. John and Ms. Jill and Ms. Lupe were all sooo sweet. I felt like family from the initial contact with Ms. Jill. I love it here and I will be back and I’m referring my whole family. Experiencia fantástica: Working with Dr. John Varghese has been a pleasure. I came in for a tooth visit for a tooth that had a minor chip. He examined all my teeth and was able to identify cavities and other damage to my teeth (since I last visited a dentist 5 years ago). He addressed my chipped tooth during that visit, and we scheduled further appointments for my other dental needs (cavities fillings, tooth extraction, etc). Dr. John pays very close attention to his clients needs, has a personal onsite that clearly explains the procedures and breakdown of costs with insurance, and the staff works with the patient to identify flexible modes of payment. The entire team is focused on an excellent customer experience from the minute you enter the doors to checkin, get the procedure, and make the payment. A big shout out to Dr. John and his team!

Experiencia negativa: The staff are great but their scheduling and billing has become a nightmare. I had an appointment recently that was setup months in advance. When I arrived they stated they gave the appointment to someone else because I did not confirm. All because their confirmation emails were being sent to junk and my phone was not receiving their texts. Why bother scheduling an appointment if they are just going to give it to someone else. They apologized but stated that in the future I need to reply to their confirmations. If I schedule an appointment I expect it to be held because I plan on being there. Just like how they hold that spot for me and expect me to show up to that appointment by charging a no show or cancellation fee if I don't. This along with now having to fight charges for things that should be covered by my insurance has convinced me to look elsewhere.

But not just about his field but others as well! If I stay in the area I will most definitely use his services indefinitely!
