Experiencia fantástica: It’s a wonderful experience from start to finish. All of the staff seems to remember us everyone we come through, which means a lot. They’re great with my kids, have very comfortable chairs (complete with TVs for proper distraction for the kiddos during cleanings!), and have a really clean and well-kept office. We’ve been coming here for years!

Experiencia negativa: I’m writing this review after a deeply upsetting experience my sister had with this office. She was urgently referred here for a complicated molar extraction that left her with an open wound and active bleeding. The referring dentist sent over all records and X-rays in advance, and the office was aware she was on the way. When she arrived, she could see the surgeon briefly look at her images, shake his head, and walk away without speaking to her. The rejection was delivered through the receptionist, with no evaluation, no explanation from the surgeon, and no guidance on next steps—despite her visibly being in distress and bleeding. Because of this abrupt dismissal, she was left scrambling for care and ultimately had to go to the ER due to blood loss before returning to her original dentist to have the wound closed. I understand that a specialist can decline a case, but basic medical professionalism requires clear communication, compassion, and safe transition of care. None of that was provided. If this office was unwilling to treat her based on the records they had already received, they should have said so before she drove there in an emergency state. The lack of decency and disregard for patient safety was shocking. I would strongly caution anyone seeking urgent care to consider whether this practice will treat them with the respect and responsibility patients deserve.

He literally goes above and beyond, listens to you over and over again, and works on your behalf to make it right ! I had cosmetic veneers done and the result is only phenomenal because Dr Gandhi cared to make sure I got the smile I wanted. I was very picky and he put up with my concerns. Experiencia negativa: I cannot speak to the quality of care provided, as I never had the opportunity to see the dentist. I left my office for the appointment, but just as I was about to arrive, it was canceled. The staff came across as rude and highly inefficient. Unfortunately, I lost valuable time simply because I was unable to provide the group ID—despite the fact that my credit card information would have been on file.

Great experience! The only concern was that it opened at 12.30 PM and when got in, the staff was unwelcoming and rude telling it’s only open for patients at 1 PM which is fair enough but said it in rude and unwelcoming way! There were two, but they don’t reflect the spirit of the clinic and shouldn’t belong there!

Experiencia negativa: XX BEWARE - RECOMMENDED UNNECESSARY PROCEDURES XX My wife and I wanted to switch to a dental office more close to our house vs driving to our trusted Dentist across down. My wife went in for a cleaning and they recommended root canal while our prior dentist just recommended a filling was all necessary. I went in few weeks later and they couldn't find anything wrong with my teeth, so they recommend deep cleanings, not just one session but two sessions. Which out of pocket will cost close to $300 dollars for something normally my insurance will cover for the standard cleaning. To add insult to injury to patients time, I have to come back for the deep cleaning, they don't have time. Anyhow, I scheduled a followed up with my regular dentist and they did a traditional cleaning without any additional cost and confirm Comfort Dental recommendations were just not needed. Long story short, they lost potential future businesses from our family due to greed...

Experiencia fantástica: Going to the dentist is honestly one of my least favorite things to do. I was in search of a good dentist to see due to some overdue dental work. Everyone in comfort dental from the front desk to the dentist has been very kind and professional. I would recommend to give them a try, especially if nervous about going to the dentist. Professional, kind, affordable and pleasant atmosphere.

Experiencia fantástica: I am probably the worst dental patient in the world! I typically get put under general anesthesia or an IV just to get cavities filled as my anxiety is so high that I metabolize the numbing medication faster than they can give it to me. I felt like I was spending a ridiculous amount of money on a dentist because I was using dentists that were not in my dental network for my insurance. My historical past with that has not been well. I found comfort dental as an in-network provider with my insurance and probably the highest rated reviews I had seen on any in network dentist. In addition, they have an oral surgeon on staff that can manage the anesthesia as well as any type of more difficult dental work. I have worked with both the dentist, the oral surgeon, and all of the staff there and cannot say enough positive things about them. I have never found a dentist that I was not intimidated to go or didn't feel put down for my anxiety being over the top. The fact that they are less than a couple of miles from my house. Is it just a bonus? They are hands down the best dentist I've been to in a long time. I cannot recommend the entire practice enough.

His dedication to his patients is unmatched just like his competitiveness on the court. I’m very appreciative of the time, effort, and patience he put into treating my mother given the short notice and se verity of her symptoms . He was immediately able to pinpoint the root cause and showed urgency to treat and alleviate the issue to prevent further neglect . Additionally, he demonstrated great bed side manners and received nothing but praise from my mom afterwards as he helped address a long standing issue of teeth sensitivity that required multiple root canals. Experiencia negativa: I went to get some cleaning done , they told me I had several cavities. One had to be a root canal, I let them do it and get a crown on top. Which it broke in less than a month!!if a crown is done good, it shouldn’t break (I have 2 other crowns in my mouth so I know the process ) I was biting the whole time in one teeth and I went in to fix it, and they didn’t even replace the crown they just put some gel to cover the broken part. And the worst part is that after biting so long on that tooth my bite is all wrong and my jaw hurts. I can barely eat now and all they said was sorry. I paid all this out of pocket with no insurance , thousands of dollars.

Experiencia fantástica: Great dentist & dental hygienist but the loud overhead rock music station they keep it on is obnoxious & imo makes a person more anxious, not less. It is a disincentive to me to go there; I dread the loud overhead "music" & ads. Older clients like me don't relate to rap & rock; they should think of the age of their clients. Loud is fine, I get that, but I wish they would put loud classical music to distract patients rather than loud obnoxious non stop talking ads & rap & other current "music" - classical music is soothing & calming. *** To their credit, at my request they turned on the TV in my room to classical music & that made a world of difference for me & drowned out the awful loud noise of the overhead "music" & obnoxious ads. If they will do that each time for me, & I'm sure they will, I will be able to stand it & will continue going there b/c the dental care is excellent. It's just torture to sit in the waiting room. Guess other people either manage to block it out or it doesn't bother them.

Experiencia fantástica: Comfort Dental Care has absolutely the best front staff and most attentive dental hygienist. The staff verified my insurance the day before. At another dentist office I was sent home the day of the appointment because the insurance couldn’t be verified (this happened before and that told me the staff tried to verify last minute and when they finally verified it, my insurance was good for that office ). I was a new patient and they scheduled my appointment immediately and I had barely any wait time for checking in. I had problems scheduling an appointment previously at my long time dentist office, they didn’t have an appointment for me and they said I needed to wait until the dentist called me back. The dental hygienist didn’t try to charge me an astronomical price for a laser deep cleaning and did a normal deep cleaning. She was attentive and gentle cleaning my deep pockets. The dentist had good bedside manner and gave various options for treatment for me to have healthier teeth. Overall I am really glad that my old dental office didn’t follow up with making an appointment for me and I walked into this new dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: I transferred from my previous 12-year long dentistry to this dental office with my little 4+year old daughter, I picked up this office based on the insurance recommendation, and of course customer reviews online, I paid special attention on how well they accommodate young patients and have found this one is highest rated. Today was our first visit and it turned out to be the best dental visit for me and my daughter, she was very comfortable and happy, I think we have found our home for the long term dental services. Thumbs up to Dr. Cheng and hygienist Joanne, excellent quality and great patience! Some recent update and review after 2 years with Comfort Dental: Still no regret for transferring and feel like home for my daughter. She actually looks forward to her cleaning appointment. We just did 3rd filling for our daughter and Dr. Dr. Cheng has been so good at working with kids, my daughter was very comfortable at every filling session and enjoyed the treatment. Dr. cheng takes kid's experience absolutely ahighest priority, she kindly splits filling for 3 teeth in 3 sessions which potentially can be done in 2 or even 1session but will make my daughter very exhausted and terrified. Moreover she doesn't charge any additional time spend even though this costs extra for her clinic, I truly appreciate her kindness and dedication to the kid. Thank you Dr. Chang, you are best doctor for the kids!

First visit was with their RDH, Geralle, who did a very nice job cleaning my teeth and promoting better hygiene practices! My second visit was to have my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Ghandi, and I would say the experience was the best it could be for the extraction of four teeth! The surgery went by very quickly, and the recovery process has been very smooth so far. I would definitely recommend comfort dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: I never write reviews, but this is exceptional, all thanks to Dr. Rahul Gandhi. I am 43 years old. I had 4 overhanging top molars without matching bottom molars. I required 2 extractions to remove 2 of the 4 overhanging molars and 2 implants to match the remaining 2 overhanging molars. Since I've neglected my dental issues for several years, the overhanging molars have extended lower, making the implants more challenging. In about a year, Dr. Gandhi took care of all my needs with a level of confidence and precision that is truly admirable. I have no prior experience with implants, so I have nothing to compare to; but I have no complaints thus far.
