Experiencia negativa: I hate this place. I was told I needed a level 2 cleaning which my insurance doesn't cover. Ok fine. I said Ok, I'll do the X-rays and the regular cleaning you usually get every 6 months. They refused to give me a regular cleaning because they stated I needed a level 2 one. What dentist doesn't do regular cleanings just because you need other work on your teeth done? I thought cleanings were part of a routine check up. Also, some of the staff is friendly and others are not. Will not go back.

Experiencia negativa: The work done on braces is fine. The customer service is horrible. Yiibcannot contact the office directly to change or check your appointment. Calling takes you to a call center which then transfers you another call center that must be out of timezones for trying to schedule an appointment 30 min in the past. The process of just doing that takes 30min at least.

Experiencia negativa: I waited almost 30 minutes just to be called back. After X‑rays, I was sent to the waiting room, then the dentist came briefly, then an assistant talked about insurance, and the front desk checked me out because they thought I was finished. I had to explain I hadn’t even had my cleaning. Staff were confused — another X‑ray tech tried to repeat X‑rays. When I finally got the “cleaning,” the assistant polished and flossed first, then said the dentist would clean my teeth. The dentist spent under two minutes. I left with buildup still on my teeth. When I went back, the dentist and assistant insisted nothing was there. They attempted to clean one area and stopped shortly thereafter starting they didn't see anything. I’ve had cleanings twice a year my whole life, and this was the worst and only negative experience ever. Disorganized office and not a real cleaning. I won’t return

Experiencia fantástica: Had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted earlier this month. Dr. Barbra Griffin, the oral surgeon and her assistant, Teresa, exceeded my expectations by not only making me feel comfortable, but as a team, they made the experience fun! (I know, the irony considering I was getting my teeth pulled out) But they had a way of making me genuinely enjoy being around them during the procedure, whether by their conversations or the simple jokes Dr. Griffin would make. Very quick, and you can tell Dr. Griffin is comfortable with her job and enjoys what she does. She even had a detailed after-care sheet that includes care instructions for the following weeks. Thank you, both!

Experiencia negativa: Avoid this Dental office. They charged for services up front before doing anything. Then when you don’t end up needing everything the dentist thought you would & try to get refunded the money back you overpaid it becomes an obstacle for them! Oh no, we can’t right now it’s pending, we will see tomorrow, then oh we can’t do that, we will just give you a credit in our system for next time! I said that is unacceptable, and now they say they can’t because they have to wait on the insurance to look at the claim submitted for that visit which can take up to 4 weeks. I called my insurance and was told that there is no reason why they can’t void the transaction and charge me accurately, they just don’t want to do it. Poor staff all around including the dental assistant that has NO BEDSIDE MANNERS!!!! If I could give ZERO I would

Experiencia fantástica: The dentist was very inpatient. Did like the fact I came in at 4:00. When she looked at my teeth she got flustered when it only took less then 2 minutes to remove my plaque. Then, goes around and sits at our computer screen and complains about peaple coming in late. WOW . And i had cavities from a previous visit. She was so impatient, she didn't even put those on my report. So I could not reschedule for my cavities to get filled!

Experiencia positiva: This week was my daughters' and my first time at Royal, and we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. Sofia and Mrs. Esther were so sweet, and able to multitask efficiently! Our dentist is very down to earth and patient with myself and my girls. Their orthodontist is amazing as well. I've been able to schedule appointments and haven't came across any scheduling issues so far. My only issue is not on them, because it with insurance/billing, but otherwise I'm very pleased and happy with Royal Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: Just had a root canal done by dr. Mehmood assisted by Ibis. I was very anxious going in expecting a painful experience. I kept waiting and expecting some pain. That never materialized! When the procedure was done, I was so relieved and impressed. Both Dr. Mehmood and assistant Ibis were very professional and knowledgeable. They knew I was not a fan of pain, and made sure they made me comfortable during the entire procedure. I recommend them highly to anyone who need dental work done. Esther Guzman was very informational and took the time to answer all my questions. The team made me feel comfortable and didn’t rush or pressure me. Instead of going straight to removing everything, they came up with a plan to only take out the infected teeth and save the rest. That meant a lot to me. Experiencia negativa: This review was originally entered based on an extraction which actually went well. Unfortunately for me, I have since received my partial. After a fiasco that included a wasted trip, the product is ill-fitting and poorly finished with sharp edges. It drew blood the first & only time I wore it. To comment on my follow up with their staff, business department, and corporate offices: it has been fraught with promises that turned into outright lies, thus I can not recommend their services to anybody.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience with brident dental. Such a list of time and energy. I had made an appointment for my son and received no reminder so we called them in the morning of the appointment to confirm the location and appointment time. I showed up or five minutes early for the appointment and the office was closed. I called Brident dental and the person on the scheduling team wanted to speak with my minor son to confirm his appointment and refused to give us the location and told us that they had scheduled us at an office out of state. Instead of communicating openly and clearly they were making us go around in circles. No apology or anything either. Very rude and disrespectful and made no sense.

Experiencia positiva: I’ve been a patient here for about two years and have always been on time with my payments and appointments. Today I came in for my scheduled visit and made a partial payment, but I was told I could not be seen unless the full balance was paid. When I confirmed my appointment with corporate, this requirement was never communicated. To be fair, when the orthodontist is present, the care itself has always been good. The main issue is communication and consistency from the office and corporate side. After two years as a patient, I expected clearer communication about payment policies before arriving to my appointment.
