Experiencia fantástica: I've never been one to write reviews, but Halo Dental absolutely deserves one. Dr. Patel and Diamond are simply the best. They have been there for my family and me on so many occasions, and we'll never forget what they did for us several years ago when our son had a dental emergency late one evening. It was well after business hours, yet Dr. Patel and Diamond didn't hesitate for a second to open their doors and take care of him. That level of compassion is something you just don't see very often anymore. There are plenty of businesses that provide excellent dental work and great customer service. Then there are the rare "unicorn" businesses that go far beyond what's expected. Halo Dental is that place. They don't just treat us like patients, they treat us like family. Every visit, we're welcomed with genuine kindness, love, and support. They listen to everything we discuss with them. You can tell they truly care about the people who walk through their doors, and that means more than words can express. If you're looking for a dental office that combines exceptional care with truly exceptional people, I can't recommend Halo Dental enough. Experiencia fantástica: I had my wisdom teeth removed last year and had the best experience. As someone who is deeply terrified of any dentist/orthodontist, they made me feel so welcome and so calm throughout the entire procedure, I totally forgot I even had a fear. They would check up on me constantly to make sure I’m doing okay post surgery. They would answer any and all of my questions, no matter how stupid. Diamond was a literal gem, absolutely adore her. So I cannot and will not stop recommending this place.

My entire family goes here because from the beginning, they communicate well, there is strong attention to detail, extremely professional, and always make sure we leave happy. Experiencia negativa: I’m usually not the one who post about my experiences. However this experience was like having a nightmare. Dr. Patel provided treatment for two teeth that was supposed to the beginning of treatment plan. However when I went back one of the replacement tooth he worked on was not healing properly so he stated he would have to go back in and correct error because the rod placed was not long enough therefore food was getting caught up in the hole. I unwilling agreed because it was not a pleasant experience. I then rescheduled only to be told by Diamond that Dr. Patel dad was I’ll and I would have to reschedule. Which I did, I arrived and after Dr. Patel examines my teeth he says what did I do to cause the damage? I was so confused I stated I am here for retreat you stated you would have to correct last time I was here. He then stated your pressure is too high I can’t treat you. But if you get released from your PCP once pressure is under control we can then correct problem. He said he was concerned about my health. I got released for treatment after 4 months of trial and error with blood pressure pills. I then contact Diamond at Halo and appointment for retreatment was scheduled, Only to receive a I can no longer provide services to you due to the fact I received second opinions from other dentist one day before my scheduled appointment. I paid for the procedure and service was not successful. Now I am in pain having to pay another dentist for the botched procedure Dr. Patel messed up. This is so unethical and of no integrity . I am not sure if he should have perused dentistry as his profession. Professional Quack. The beautiful office does not compensate for unprofessional and poor work ethics. So sad he is allowed to treat his patients with no dignity. Shame on you Dr. Patel and Diamond for aiding and abetting.

Experiencia fantástica: As a child, I had grown to fear dentists and all their sharp tools. I am sure any one who watched Finding Nemo could relate. However, I realized as an adult its essential to keep your teeth in great condition. After a poorly conducted consultation in an office near Telfair, I was recommended by my sister to visit Dr. Patel at HALO. Boy, scheduling was a breeze, Diamond made it extremely easy and she is more than abundantly clear on pricing and billing, so you are NEVER hit with a charge you didn’t already agree to. Dr. Patel himself is a great listener and an even better dentist, he will explain, elaborate, and demonstrate as much as possible to make sure you know exactly what he is doing and to assure you that HE knows what HE is doing. Honestly, aside from the great and competitive pricing, the relaxed environment and provided amenities, the service is what sets this establishment above all else. I have come to feel like Dr. Patel and Diamond are more than my dental providers, but rather I feel like a friend when I arrive here. I had an excruciating tooth ache due to a root canal that was overdue. I texted Diamond at 4 AM and she was able to get me in the next day, just to make sure everything was okay. They helped me locate an endodontist and advised me on everything I needed to know to book my root canal. This is however only one of many great stories I could tell about how accommodating Diamond and Dr. Patel are. This isn’t a paid promotion and nor am I a professional reviewer. I simply have a great fondness for great business and service which is almost impossible to find in this city. So if you are in the Sugar Land area or any Houston based area, come out to HALO ASAP, because you’re wasting your time looking elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Patel is a very friendly yet efficient dentist. I see Dr. Patel for my bi-annual cleanings and his office is clean and relaxing. Unlike most dentists, he uses a water jet tool which is faster and far more comfortable than the scrapers I've had other dentists use. Dr. Patel has also performed all of these cleanings personally. Every visit is a great experience, and I highly recommend them. Quick 2022 Update: Diamond and Dr. Patel are as jovial, efficient, and professional as ever. I have yet to visit a dentist who will clean my teeth more thoroughly and comfortably than them.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Bill and Diamond at Halo Dental are not only professionally very knowledgeable but also being a healthcare provider are very personable, caring and kind. They have been our Family Dentist for many years now. Last year unfortunately my insurance changed and I was forced to go to a different dentist, I had worse experience ever. When I Called Diamond at Halo dental and mentioned what happened, within 1 hour Dr Bill asked us to Come in their office and he took some x-ray and suggest the right treatment. Even though My insurance does not cover the Halo dental group anymore, dr. Bill took every measure to take care of us not worrying about any payment or insurance coverage. This act of humanity and kindness has blown our family away. I repeatedly told Dr. Bill that I feel so guilty that he’s seeing our family without charging us anything, Dr.Bill in very humble words at that time mentioned ‘ our patients are like family to us and your dental health is our priority , It does not matter if the insurance covers or not, you’re always welcome in our office’ My family and I were overwhelmed with emotion and I could not have been more grateful! thank you Halo Dental for reminding me that there are still good and decent people left in this crazy world of ours. Experiencia fantástica: This is a great place for dental services. During my first visit, I had not gone to a dentist in 2 years and was having some tooth pain. Dr. Patel quickly diagnosed the issue and conducted a thorough deep cleaning. My pain went away completely after that visit. I went back recently for a basic cleaning and it only took about 15 mins and my mouth felt clean. Dr. Patel and Diamond are a great team and they do not try to push any unnecessary services. This is my preferred place for dental services!

Experiencia negativa: Terrible customer service and care. if you do not know how to treat patients you should definitely not be in the service industry. Treated my daughter terribly and thought could get away with it but she let him know that he definitely cannot do that and then got upset when she spoke up. Broke her retainer and then tells her he did not do that. she has had it for 8 years without a problem and then he tells her he did not damage it and storms out of the room and then Diamond comes and escorts her out, really? this is professional? this is how you treat patients?

Experiencia negativa: This doctor is crazy!!! I went to Halo a few weeks ago and had a great experience. My mom, dad and sister also made appointments for cleanings. My sister had a disagreement with the dentist but it’s fine - she didn’t need to return as a patient. She left a negative review, they called multiple times to have the review removed and refused to fix the issue with her. I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow and my parents also had appointments for next week and they cancelled all of our appointments due to their issue with my sister. None of us got involved in their issue, yet he butchered his relationship with us all. Diamond emailed my mother all of our X-rays and sent a text saying all our appointments are cancelled and we’re no longer patients with Dr. Patel. I’ve never been one to post negative reviews but this is SO unprofessional and wrong!!

I hadn't been to a dentist in a while and they have made me so at ease. You do not get the feeling like you are being judged, they truly want the best for their patients. Experiencia negativa: I had a terrible experience here. My first cleaning with them, they chipped a piece of my retainer. When I went back a few days later to show them, the doctor stormed out the room upset with me as if I wrongly accused them. I was never even upset with it being chipped, I just wanted a way to fix it so it didn’t feel painful and uncomfortable. The nurse agreed with me that the tooth felt chipped, until the doctor walked in then she began agreeing with everything the doctor said. Instead of fixing it for me, I was told that my orthodontist was a bad doctor and that I should go to him to get it fixed. I haven’t had an issue with my retainer for 8 years, until coming to Halo Dental. DO NOT GO THERE! Not worth it at all. They do more damage than good, and then don’t even take responsibility for their own wrongdoings.

Experiencia fantástica: Guys. EVERYONE needs to go here for their dental needs!! Read ahead if you’ve had a bad experience with other dentists, hate going to the dentists office because it takes so long, or if you have no time to go. Dr. Patel is literally the best dentist I’ve had the pleasure of going to!! I’ve been to quite a few dentists prior to coming to Dr. Patel and his team at Halo and previously have had deep cleanings, X-rays, and dealt with insurance with other dentists and it was a hassle to the point where I had given up on wanting to take care of my teeth! On top of my previous poor experiences, I rarely have the time to go but when I called their office, I had the pleasure of speaking with Diamond who was absolutely AWESOME in making sure I received an appointment that was convenient for me and was able to work with me with my schedule. She was very welcoming and was able to get me into a room within 10 minutes of my appointment time. While getting my X-rays done by Diamond, some of the things I noticed was that the lobby and the examination rooms were clean and well organized. They even had TVs with Netflix within the exam rooms to keep me entertained while I waited for Dr. Patel! Once Dr. Patel arrived, he was just filled with energy as if I were his first patient of the day when in all reality I was his last appointment on a Monday. He met me with great enthusiasm and had incredible bedside manners! Objectively, he was able to make a great assessment of my teeth and gums with my pre-existing illness and came up with a great treatment plan for me to follow which was clear and concise. Not only that, he accommodated a late appointment to work around my schedule and stayed late to ensure I had my cleaning done appropriately. Lastly, Dr. Patel was very personable, enthusiastic, and it was truly a joy getting to talk to him and Diamond. Hands down, I can say that it was ACTUALLY FUN going to the dentist’s office!! TLDR: I wanna go back sooner than my scheduled next appointment because of how awesome they were so for all your future dental needs go to Dr. Patel and Diamond at Halo Family and Cosmetic Dentistry!!

They explain everything going on in depth so I have a full understanding. I always leave laughing with a huge smile on my face. Dr Patel and Diamond were really nice. The process was so easy, from insurance details to appointment timings. The work done was exquisite. The place is super clean and sanitized with all the necessary precautions taken. Nothing is hurried, they give us all the possible options for any problems and ask us to get back when ready. They have recommendations for anything else you would need. In short, highly recommended!! Even my wife loves this place.

Experiencia fantástica: To preface this, I’ve had terrible experiences with dentists. I’ve been told in the past to just sit through the pain of whatever they were doing even though they assured me that the anesthetic would keep me from feeling anything. So coming to Halo Dental I was expecting the same treatment of a uninterested dental assistant/dentist and even braced for it whenever Dr.Patel was just doing a simple routine cleaning. I was proven wrong the moment I stepped through the doors to be welcomed in by Diamond asking how my day was, offering amenities, and even calmed me down and relayed to Dr.Patel my experiences with past dentists. They both slowly walked me through each procedure, explained and constantly reassured me that if I felt any type of discomfort to not only signal to them, but if I felt any type of pain that they’ll stop completely. I’ve been to three visits so far and couldn’t be happier about sticking with them. Through the routine cleaning, the process of getting a temporary crown, and then the placement of an actual crown, I felt little to no discomfort/pain and was able to sit through an entire procedure without having to slightly calm myself down afterwards. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend coming to Halo Dental to get whatever dental procedures you need to be done.

I had to do deep cleaning when I started but then now it’s just the regular 6 months visits. The dental assistant Diamond is super-friendly and is prompt with reminders of your appointments. Even before COVID, I never have to wait more than few mins before my appointment time after arrival. This makes it possible to get it done during lunch time on working day. Dr. Patel is great and have integrity to only recommend any extra treatment if needed. Highly recommended for anyone in Riverstone!!!

Office is super clean, comfy and high tech. Snacks in waiting area, TV in the front and ceiling, even chair is massage chair! Both Diamond and Dr. Petal are super friendly and very effective. Dr. Petal also give very clear explanation about your teeth condition without forcing things on you. Detail of the prices is spelled out so no confusion. You’re in and out on time which is important for working people. Overall a great experience. I’m so glad we found this place and will be switching to this location!

With that being a result, I’ve always done my best to avoid the dentist for about 5 years until I began to experience minor tooth pain.
