Experiencia positiva: Doc and assistant were professional and worked well as a team. Equipment in procedure room was giving the tech fits not capturing the cray. I was radiated six times to get two clean shots of a before and after procedure. Seems a little excessive, and can’t be sure the X-ray shutter actually opened for each attempt.

He played music while I got my root canal and he and the assistant were talking the entire time about random topics and it really helped pass the time and put me at ease. Everyone at the front were also very friendly and helpful. Hopefully I never have to get another root canal, but if I do, I would go back to Dr. Clark.

Experiencia negativa: Very overpriced. Charged $1800 for a root canal. Then it had an abscess on it and they said they would take care of it for half what it would cost. That would be another $1000 out of my pocket. Too expensive for tooth. So I decided to get it pulled for under $400. Wish I would have done this first.

Experiencia negativa: Been a terrible experience. Numbed me then made me wait 40 minutes before coming back in. Said the tooth was totally dead. And needed root canal. Continued to hit a nerve over and over. Before realizing something was wrong. The roots were not dead on the tooth only one.and after making that mistake. Let's just wrap this up and put this on a different dentist. Then, when the other dentist is saying, what is going on here? These guys won't even give them a call back. So now i'm left with a tooth that's halfway drilled out with a crown.Over top of it, that is also a bridge to another tooth which leaves me in an absolute terrible position.And these guys say, oh, we'll just mail your dentist, what's going on. I'm like, absolutely not.You can have him give him a call. Just a terrible experience through and through. This doctor says you need to get that 2000 immediately. But yet the other doctor is confused. But then he won't communicate with the other doctor so now i'm sitting here half drilled with an infected tooth and not knowing what's going on. Verry professional thank you for your experience

Experiencia positiva: I had an appointment solely to see if I had an infection above one of my teeth. The appointment with the dentist was about 3 minutes long and the portion with the assistant was about 5 minutes long. The staff was nice, however, my appointment was at 14:00. I showed up at 13:53 even with going to the wrong building by accident, and I waited before being called back until 14:35. In the room, I waited again for another 10 or so minutes. Although the staff was nice, there was no recognition for the delay. I would probably go back, but request that they communicate with the patient about delays and stay within a reasonable timeframe from appointment time.

I had a pulled and it definitely needed to be pulled. There was nothing worth saving. So tell him that his judgment was right. Also, he did a beautiful job of telling me that I have to have my tooth pulled! That’s not something you want to hear

Experiencia fantástica: They were referred to me by my dentist. I was in need of a reroot canal, since the first procedure from another place failed. Great Northern Endodontics was fast, painless, explained process well, and was able to identify why the root canal failed from previous place in another state. I would recommend them and use them again. My reroot canal and new crown are amazing, it feels completely like a normal tooth now. Its a expensive process but worth it when done properly. So thankful. God bless America.

Experiencia fantástica: I had pain for 2 1/2 weeks with different doctors and tests. I was finally referred to an endodontist and they got me in for a root canal by the next morning first thing. I have never wanted a shot in my mouth and a root canal so badly in my life. :) I feel back to my normal 100%. They were professional yet entertaining and worked great together to make me feel calm about the procedure.

In my opinion he is one of the best pain injection doctors I’ve ever had with little to no pain while numbing my gums. His work ethic’s and professionalism as well as his personality are awesome! You couldn’t ask for a better doctor. I’ve never had an unpleasant experience nor any problems with the outcome of my root canal’s. So should you need to have a root canal done, he’s the best I’ve ever had and I highly recommend you you seek out his services! Experiencia fantástica: I unfortunately needed an apicoectomy, which is a surgical procedure performed on the root tip of a tooth to remove infected tissue and seal the end of the root canal. I'd had two root canals prior on this problematic tooth at other locations. I was not looking forward to it, was dreading it actually. Doctor Townsend, he'll make you call him Cameron, was delightful. He was extremely gentle while numbing my mouth and I only felt a small pinch on the roof of my mouth which is always a tender site. My past two root canals took hours, and the last one was agonizing (not because of the previous providers, it's just a deep problematic root that continued to get infected), but this procedure was relatively quick. I'm currently recovering this weekend and my mouth is a little sore but the procedure itself was not bad at all. The staff at Great Northern Endodontics were all wonderful, kind and positive. The experience was as pleasurable as a reverse root canal can be. Seriously though, if I need care again, which I hope I do not, I will return to Great Northern.

However, I am pleased to announce that Dr Townsend was amazing. I didn’t feel any pain the whole procedure not even the anesthesia. The office staff was also truly amazing.

I was absolutely horrified going into the office and was instantly greeted by 2 lovely women at the counter who assured me they would do their best to make it the best experience possible. Upon meeting dr Townsend I was a little more at ease and then was informed that I didn’t need 1 but TWO root canals which had me scared again of what it would feel like during and after.. 1 hour later and I can honestly say I would go back tomorrow for another root canal HAHA he is such an amazing man at his skill. I did not feel a single thing not even the shot to numb my gums which I was terrified for.. not a single hint of pain in any way thru the entire procedure and very minimal pain after the numbness worn off. Not only did he keep it pain free but assured me the entire time if I felt anything at all he would stop instantly.. thank you to dr Townsend for the incredible experience for something I thought was going to be the worst day ever and turned into one of the easiest visits to the dentist in 40 years. I highly recommend anybody to go visit him if you have any teeth issues!! He is by far my favorite new guy!! Thank you to everybody at the office!!!
