Experiencia fantástica: I was in the chair for less than an hour — cleaning, x rays and an intense filling that used a new device to lick all the water out of my mouth so I could swallow easier. It made the filling go smoother for me because the new device made swallowing so much easier because there was no gasping and discomfort. My dentist was a young man who kept informing me what he was doing, which I really appreciated. The team was very professional and worked fast, instilling confidence in me and appreciation for a task well done. I was very pleased

Experiencia negativa: I was in this office this morning. One of the receptionist was very loud at repeating a client's insurance details and the client was clearly upset but did not say anything. It would be great if they were more discreet about one's private insurance details. She was heavy set brunette sitting directly in front. I wouldn't want my insurance information out there. And if the receptionists gossip please do so behind closed doors on break. We as clientele can hear every word.

Experiencia negativa: I was visiting from out of town and had a dental emergency. I had a tooth extraction on a sat which I give them credit for. The following day I was in so much pain I couldn't hold anything down. My wife called the office to se if I could get an antibiotic or something for the pain. My wife said she was treated terribly on the phone and was told nothing could be done until Monday. I am a 82 year old male that has a high pain tolerance. Monday morning I passed out and was taken to the hospital by ambulance and was there for three days. I was diagnosed with dry socket and dehydration.

EVERYONE was welcoming & very nice making sure I was comfortable & asking questions & making sure they had all the information correct. Had a root canal done & they made sure throughout the procedure that I was ok. For a dental visit, of course everyone loves these, I was pleased with my visit & haven't had any problems since going at all. Every single person working in this office was nice & helpful with whatever I needed even offering additional information that might help me some needed financing. I believe I've found a permanent dental office to go to. Thanks to Turley for making this visit a good one & stoping the pain I had for weeks. I'll see you soon for the rest of what I need.

I am terrified of the dentist, have some serious trauma that started at the dentist as a child, tried talking myself out of going multiple times before my appointment and the wonderful front desk ladies calmed those nerves, I was cared for and listened to from the moment I got there to the moment I left. I have never left the dentist really excited and happy with the outcomes of the appointment.

Experiencia negativa: I had amazing fillings done at Turley. They were very accommodating and kind. Unfortunately, they did not do their diligence regarding my insurance. I was told by my insurance agency that Turley never requested the exact deductible and percentage covered by BCBS. After I had hundreds of dollars of work done, they came back demanding another $600 due to their incorrect estimate. They were unwilling to stand by anything close to their original estimate, even though I was provided with proof that they did not hold up their end, and were impossible to work with. Would not recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: It is very easy to schedule here. The staff is always pleasant. They have evening hours, as well as weekend hours. Any overage from an intervention is promptly paid back to the patient (unlike any other dentists in Billings that want to “credit your account” and won’t pay it back). They are great with kids, as well. Our entire family recommends Turley Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: I was in extreme pain from a lost filling! I called the emergency dental clinic at River Stone clinic. Beginning of the week, only to be informed that I would be seen faster by walking in the emergency dental clinic in the morning rather than by appointment. I was 45 minutes early before the clinic had even opened and was turned away 3 days in that week, even with insurance. I looked on line and found Turley Dental clinic. Turley Dental clinic, advertised emergency walk-in, late nights and Saturday appointments. I called and was seen within the hour, on a Friday early morning. I was not long in waiting area, and the dental assistant "Shelly" was phenomanal. I was assessed, treated with such concern and empathy. She went to every measure, to sympathizing with my situation, and handling my immediate care prompt and professionally. Dr.Allen assessed my Dental concerns and took immediate action to do a root canal and crown build up right then and there! I was impressed with Dr. Allen's attentive professional manner. The extra time he took with thoroughly cleaning the entire root canal, was extremely commendable! You do not seem to find that quality of care any where, anymore these days. The cost effective pricing was affordable compared to what other dentists costs are. I definitely would recommend this service all the way around,from the professionalism, immediate care, cost effective pricing a six star rating. I was seen at the downtown office.

I have had my teeth cleaned by a few different dental hygienists, and everyone has done a great job. I've also been seen for a crown that bothered me for awhile before I established with this office, and having that fixed really improved my quality of life. All of the staff are kind and professional, the office runs like a well oiled machine, and the early appointment times are great for my schedule. Highly recommend.

From the receptionist that took my appointment, to my dental assistant (Tiffany) to my dentist. Now get this, I was even seen ON-TIME....they were actually waiting on me to check-in!! Everything was explained well (and I had a ton of questions). The dentist was extremely thorough, and was more interested in what needed to be done rather than gouging me, unlike the previous dentists I have gone to. I just can't say enough good things about them. I would recommend Turley Dental Care to anyone. I will definitely be going back.

Experiencia negativa: I definitely would not recommend going to Turley dental. The last 4 months have been a living nightmare for me, I went in at the end of October to have two root canals done on my front teeth. I needed a lot of other dental work from neglecting my teeth when I was younger as well but my main focus was fixing my front teeth first. They recommended Root canals so I set the appointment up. The first couple days after treatment I was fine but started noticing the pain wasn't going down at all. Over the course of 4 months I went in about 10-12 times, honestly probably more I was in 2-3 times a week at times experiencing severe clicking in between the root canals and pain when flossing. After about the 5th time going in the attitude of the staff and dentists changed, I could tell they were tired of seeing me, I was tired of being in pain as well. I was told I was fine and it was "still healing" so I trusted their advice and waited for the pain to die down. After about 3 rounds of antibiotics, bite adjustments and Prednisone the pain never subsided and at the 4 month marker the dentist decided to send me to a specialist. The endodontist took 5 minutes to tell me both root canals have signs of infection using the same technique Turley used. I called Turley immediately after the appointment to see my options, I was told that they did everything to their "best ability" to make sure the teeth were fine and that I was on my own with fixing the root canals. The next day the supervisor called and was very rude saying my name after every sentence, I was upset on the phone understandably after wasting all my money but hearing how she was handling the situation honestly shocked me, It felt like I was talking to a wall. She told me a new story this time that my teeth never healed because of another infection in another area in my mouth. I was very aware that I needed extensive work done and they were too that's why I was at the dentist? This was never mentioned to me before procedure that this could cause issues and I would potentially infect my new root canals or I would have taken a different route. As of today my root canals feel like they're splitting in half with severe pain, and my whole top row of teeth are now in pain from the infection, teeth that had no pain before or after the root canals, only after sitting with an infection for months, I will say some of my front teeth need fillings and cavities removed but had no pain whatsoever before the procedure. They had no problem racking up my insurance on the dozen visits to check the root canals and the price magically jumped up from $2800 to $3700 before the procedure because of insurance issue? $4000 wasted for teeth I've had for 4 months and never got to use them because of pain. Keep in mind I have another molar root canal in my mouth without a crown that was done by Turley somehow not infected and I've had for two years with the same infected teeth I've had weird right? I even had one of the infected teeth removed a month ago to try to help with pain. I'm now scrambling around trying to find a way to fix this mess that could have easily been avoided with better communication. The lack of compassion and care they have for their patients is jaw dropping, they have no problem emptying your bank account though! I already had a fear of dentists before Turley now I'm absolutely terrified! I made the mistake of not reading reviews before going to Turley I pray that this review saves someone from making the same mistake I made. Please seek dental work from someplace else. Experiencia fantástica: Excellent experience! My previous dentist only got me in once a year so I switched. Let me tell you they are a well oiled machine. I got an email response within thirty minutes to schedule. With several options within a week including two evenings and a weekend. Very pleasant check in process. X-rays in the exam room. I did need a filling and they worked me in and even stayed late to finish. They gave me a cost breakdown prior to the filling and I got before and after photos to see what my cavity looks like. For the first time in my 32 years of life the hygienist said overall I have great teeth.Very impressed with the customer service!

Rare for dentists but HUGE for me. They don't do hard upsells or pressure you for additional treatment. Rather, they present options for your consideration. In other words, they treat you like an adult! The staff are attentive and upbeat. The office (Shiloh) runs like clockwork far as I can tell. If you’re looking for a dentist in Billings, stop. Call Turley now.

Quoted for services for my kid who didn't even have 8 cavities with a 298% charge more per tooth before insurance than the 2nd estimate through another dentist. He didn't need all the services listed, plus they wanted 50% up front even with dental insurance, and they'd refund me later. What the He only has 3 vs 8, and to say it takes 6-8 weeks for pre-estimate is incorrect. You submit through your toolkit and get an instant result to show out of pocket to customers/members. Don't recommend it. Go elsewhere, very shady!!! Zero stars.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in for a routine cleaning after my husband recommended seeing Dr. Roberts since he was just in a few weeks prior to me going. I tell you what it was the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. The staff are kind and polite. And Dr. Roberts has just the right amount of humor to make it fun, but yet he cares deeply. I ended up needing a root canal done that same day so he walked me through the process and we got situated financially and he was done lickety split. He is quick and efficient of what he does. Nicole did the best cleaning job I had ever had done also. Definitely a 5 star review.

I started out in a panic because I was late leaving work to get to my appointment, but I called and Angie answered and was extremely understanding and calmed me down by assuring me it was fine and to just drive safe and “we will see you when you get here.” Other dentists have made me reschedule for less. I’ve been going to Dr. Robert’s at the downtown Turley and I’m so happy to have him and this team. I originally went in for a cleaning last year and Barb did that, I loved her so much I request her for every cleaning. This last visit, I had Karen and Jenny J assisting and I’ve literally never had fun at the dentist, but it was such a good time and good company. It took a lot to numb me up for the procedure, not uncommon for me, and I did not feel pressured to bear the pain and just get it done, like I’ve felt at other dentists. They made every stride they could to make sure I was comfortable. The hardest part was not cracking up in the middle of it! I would definitely recommend this team to anyone and everyone!!

I called in to request an appointment and Turley Dental had me seen for a comprehensive exam and a cleaning the very next day! Great staff, left with teeth feeling clean and much less irritated. Experiencia negativa: The staff at Turley Dental Center were nice and well prepared for my visit. However sitting in the chair I noticed the video camera pointed right at me, upon mentioning it they said it’s for safety. I also noticed everyone working was wearing an earpiece for a radio, very strange. Upon finishing the cleaning I asked the front desk about the amount of cameras. They mentioned “I’ve never noticed them” as they literally have five cameras directly above them. I felt gas lighted, I will not be coming back. The dentist should be a safe and welcoming environment and not have the same security as a bank or jail. As a society we have become so accustomed to cameras and surveillance, a dentist office should not be one of these places.

Experiencia positiva: It's ok here and you can accept mediocrity. I'm not sure but I think it's the type of insurance that I pay them with isn't real popular with them. Why accept it when you treat your patients substandard in dental practices plus take forever to be seen again to complete your procedures started a month prior or more and the last procedure i received there fell apart and they have scheduled me a month later to, "Maybe" fix, it's my front tooth. Get over that boys and girls. You get stuck in they're scheduling to get a result. I thought I had gotten all the cavities filled, all but 2, I got told I have more but they aren't showing on my x-rays. So, why go back, I told ya, I'm stuck in they're scheduling and I'm almost tempted to see how far they'll go with me. I love my Dr there and that's probably the only reason I go back. You can decide to make an appointment but don't blame me when your teeth fall out because the x-ray shows they should! Lol Just kidding but not really. I've had some bad times with Turley. I'm new to Billings and I haven't figured out the Dental problem yet, but I will by reading reviews to other Dentist in town. Thanks!

When I started at Turley I had some substantial work to do; the doctors took a lot of time to listen to my history, concerns, and fears, and made the process very smooth. It's been nearly 3 years since I started there and am a very happy customer. I wish life didn't have to include dental work, but if it does, this is a good place to go.

They are also very helpful with my oldest and his teeth, and with explaining stuff to him as well. Don't have any anxiety when we go in and are actually walked through each process, not felt like another number. Definitely recommend if I could would give more stars!!

Barb is the best hygienist that I have ever had, she is kind, informed and patient. They are a group of amazing professionals who really care about my comfort and health and the atmosphere is always upbeat and pleasant. Experiencia fantástica: My first experience with Turley is when I banged my 2 front teeth and they were misaligned. They were able to straighten them and I didn't have to have them pulled or anything. I have gone back now for my annual cleaning and they treat me so well. Staff is always so friendly and they explain everything they are going to do. I now have my husband and foster children going there as well. I go to the downtown office but have heard nothing but good about the west end one as well.

She told the dentist about a sensitive tooth and he took care of that. The people in the office are always very friendly and helpful. Their communication is great too!

She was able to remove bone spar looking deposits and lightened the shade of my teeth enormously just by cleaning them properly! So very grateful for the care I received here.

Experiencia fantástica: This is my third dentist after returning to Billings. They were great! The cleaning and exam was the least painful I have ever had and at 62 that is saying something. Dr Colbert and her staff were experienced, knowledgeable, quick, and friendly and gave me my smile back in a little over a week! They also advised me against some unnecessary work I thought I should have. Which to me meant they put patient above profit and that I could trust them. Something I could not do with the 2 previous dentists I tried.

I choose Turley Dental Care for their top of the line technology and ability to provide sedation. Now that I have been a patient for four years I have zero dental anxiety. I have had the pleasure of working with different dental hygienists and have received outstanding care and compassion from each individual. I was certain my dental anxiety would be a life long challenge. Turley staff members have been so consistent, educating and caring, I have nothing to fear, as there are no unknowns. I can rely on the fact that I will always receive superior care and an unmatched quality of expertise. The office staff is also a cut above the rest. Dealing with my insurance company is a notorious challenge and the staff is dedicated to keeping the lines of communication open. I highly recommend both office locations.

Experiencia negativa: It has been about three months that I still have a toothache. Around three months ago Dr. Thompson filled three teeth in a row for me. She did a terrible job! Now, every time I said I have pain, they asked me to return for "Bite Adjustment". After returning for at least 5 or more adjustments over three months I cant eat with right side of my mouth. I will never return to Turley Dental! I felt like a disposable customer because after the first three bite adjustments I complained wondering why it had to be a different dentist every time in my mouth. My husband wont return either, so they already lost two customers. Customer satisfaction doesn't seem to be a concern for them, they stay too busy to see long term as long as they get the customers through the door.

The dentists I've had are extremely competent and explain everything to you . They have up to date equipment that enhances the experience and flow of the procedure. They made sure everything was covered with insurance and went through with what insurance would continue to cover for the year. They also love to see babies and make it easy for the moms & dads that needs some dental work! Would recommend 120%! Definitely better than the handful of other dentists we have been to.
