I had to stop going to big corporate places because I never got quality care on my teeth. With Dr Thomas, I always get the best treatment and a team of people who truly make visiting the dentist such a fun experience.

All the Staff went over and beyond to make my multiple visits easier for me. I was afraid to go to the dentist, but they were all great on helping with that. Very Wonderful staff! Experiencia negativa: Dr. Thomas seemed to me like a great guy, if I were to rate him as a person he would get 5 stars, but his office is a completely different story. Two main issues that made me run away from that place and never look back. 1. A very unorganized administration. I kept getting charged for the same treatment several times. It seems like the staff is either super incompetent or fraudulent. They always have very convenient "mistakes". Sometimes they solved the issue, but at this point I don't have more patience for these people trying to get a little more juice from my wallet. Based on their attitude and what I 've seen in the office when I go, I would say that they are in a financial crisis and desperate for patients. Always calling people to see if they can come earlier. 2. Dr. Thomas has a terrible taste for hiring people. I've seen his staff yelling at him, and being very unprofessional in general. Some are nice, but definitely some weird stuff. The worst was a new dental hygienist that was recently hired. The woman is rough as if she were cleaning animal teeth. My husband and I call her The Pig Dentist, this woman makes everyone's gums bleed. At the end of the torturous cleanings, the doctor comes and even asks the patients if they bleed! My gum receded from her terrible technique. This woman is from White Fish, blond and tall, I think her name is Tobbie. She is always talking about a bitter divorce and how she's trapped in Billings. I don't know where Dr. Thomas gets all these gems of people to work for him. I'm very disappointed because I used to like going here :(

I am extremely fearful of dentists in the past and was looking for a dentist that was up-to-date used to update techniques and was sensitive to my fears. I’m going back for my treatments now.
