Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Zaugg and his staff are the best I've ever experienced and I've been to a lot of dentists over the years. I used to see Dr. Zaugg even when I lived in Hong Kong. Kathy on the front desk is a sweetheart and will do whatever she can to help you. Dr. Zaugg himself is a bit of a perfectionist and will not let you leave the chair until he's satisfied that the work is as good as it can be. The hygenists are very competent and knowledgeable. I'm sure if you search, you can find someone cheaper but I guarantee that you won't find anyone better.

They were able to get me in the next morning and after examining the tooth and an xray, it became apparent to me this tooth needed to be extracted. Everything was so well explained and I was impressed with all the information I was given and the professionalism in the whole office. Being my first experience with this Dental office, I was very impressed and would highly recommend them.

Most people think of dentist like Steve Martin in the "Little Shop of Horrors" but this was a truly pleasant experience. Greeted by the receptionist Kathy who was amazingly kind and welcoming through to Dr. Zaugg who was polite, personable and professional. Now for me there was a star to this show. That would be Chantel the dental hygienist. Not only was she incredibly personable and friendly but she did a stellar job on my teeth. I have had grooves on my teeth that have been through A FEW other dental hygienist that I believed where just part of my tooth. Come to find out these where build up that for some reason were not addressed from the previous hygienist. I HAVE HAD THESE AS LONG AS I COULD REMEMBER! I had no clue and yet she took the time and made my mouth feel the cleanest it has ever been. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It's really nice to deal with polite, passionate people that actually care about the quality of work that they are performing and aren't just churning out as many patients out as possible. 5/5 will not be looking elsewhere.

Our relationship started actually with my mother who had been suffering from scleroderma for years, had lost her 2 remaining teeth and now at the age of 91 could no longer open her mouth wide enough to put in a full set of dentures. Dr.Zaugg along with his wife Bev, took on the challenge of trying to find a solution for her. It took a great deal of personal time and experimentation. He understood her feelings of being toothless and embarrassed to socialize. He was always so kind and gentle with her. My experience for the last 13 years has been the same kindness and consideration when emergencies have arisen as well as regular dental care. The entire staff family has shown the same spirit of kindness and friendship! You feel their concern for your wellbeing when you enter their doors. The facility is always clean and pleasant.
