Experiencia positiva: The people at the front desk and individuals cleaning my daughter’s teeth were so nice and friendly. However, once a cavity was found we learned that if we had it filled through their office, only $150 would be covered by insurance and $400+ would need to be paid out of pocket. We have great insurance and a filling at another dentist office would be fully covered with no extra charge. I’m not sure what they’re trying to upcharge, but we won’t be returning even though our first interactions were so great and pleasant.

Experiencia fantástica: EAST COUNTY FAMILY DENTISTRY #1 ( : I highly recommend East County Family Dentistry I recently moved to Santee I needed a dentist it's been awhille.. my front teeth were in need of a root canal I have county insurance (denti-cal) Only approved one tooth (8 or 9) for the crown the dentist got creative with the assistant they did a wonderful job I'm so happy with the outcome .. they molded create ia (temporary crown) "tooth" can't even tell I loved how picky the assistant was a molding filing the purpose to perfection a temporary. I can't wait for the permanent one! The assistant is an artist—a real Picasso! I absolutely love the receptionist she's very cool she's perfect for the job makes you feel welcome it's like a big family. They are open five days a week, accepting Medi-Cal on Fridays, providing high-quality care, treating you wonderfully no matter your insurance. want to smile big make an appointment they'll take care of you

Experiencia fantástica: From the minute I walked in I could sense something very different about this office. It’s about the patient, this was evident. Staff and the dentist are on a whole new level. It wasn’t about upselling, it was about what was best for my specific situation. They looked at what was comprehensively best for me, as I am currently undergoing various health issues that have taken a toll on my dental health. Dr. Ardjmand had such a heavenly bedside manner and throughout the root canal and crown I did not have one second of pain, not one!!! How could it be? Many people are fearful of going to the dentist. Do not fear with this spot, from the administration, to the hygienist, to the Dr. WOW! I am so impressed and feel blest beyond words.

I was a patient of his over 30 years ago... after relocating, the varying dentists I've experienced through the years since, all have proven "Dr A" is the G.O.A.T! SO, like a stalker (keep in mind it's 30 years later) I LOOKED HIM UP!!! & now I'll drive 2 hours out of my way (4 hours round trip) - in order to be cared for by the best of the best once again!!!

I am very anxious when it comes to getting my teeth cleaned because my mouth is so sensitive and this team has been nothing but fantastic! They are so patient with me and very delicate when they clean my teeth and they’re very understanding with my anxiety about dental visits. Not only is the cleaning a breeze for me now, but the service and the hospitality is also top-tier. From the moment you walk in the ladies at the front desk are so nice, so welcoming and very accommodating, all of the dental hygienists have been amazing specifically Valerie, who is so gentle with her cleanings and thorough and of course Dr. A is so fantastic. He’s nice. He’s understanding he doesn’t make you feel judged about your teeth which I feel like sometimes some dentists do, and it’s just an amazing dental office. Since I love it so much, my husband and all my kids go here now too, and we all love this dentist office. I highly recommend East County family dentistry.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love everyone in this office! They are always so kind. I am really wanting to recognize Barb who assisted with my daughter’s root canal 2 wks ago. My daughter had sedation and she said the Barb was very comforting and was rubbing her hair during the procedure, trying to make her feel as comfortable as possible. As a parent, you can on hope that when your kids are taken to be worked on, that they are shown care and compassion when you aren’t able to be right there with them. I am so grateful that she was that person for my daughter. I don’t know that my daughter will ever not be afraid of the dentist, but it is definitely way less scary to her now.

The dentist is a kind and gentle man, the hygienist (Carol) rocks, Diana in the front desk is friendly and always makes me feel comfortable and at ease (although I hadn't been to a dentist in over a decade!)!!! I am very glad I found them and highly recommend them :)

Diana helped with insurance and scheduling and went the extra mile to get me an appointment before I had to leave on a trip. The word 'family' in their biz name is appropriate.
