A Shop For Smiles - Richard J Hagstrom DDS

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Mora is an amazing dentist! He has treated me, my husband and our children and we’ve always had great experiences. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and makes every visit comfortable. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t recommend Dr. Mora enough! I’ve had the pleasure of being his patient for years, and he has always been professional, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain everything, makes you feel comfortable, and truly puts his patients first. I’m so excited to see him open his own practice in San Diego, it’s well deserved! If you’re looking for a dentist who is honest, gentle, and genuinely cares about providing excellent care, this is the place to go.

Experiencia fantástica: Going to the dentist can be a daunting task and put people in an uneasy state of mind. But we found that not to be the case with Dr. Mora he has seen my whole family and nobody gets anxious. Going to see the dentist. It’s so nice when you can have a dentist make you feel at ease the way he’s able to joke around with the kids and make them laugh. Just put everybody in a peaceful state. We are truly grateful.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient with Dr Hagstrom for over 25 years and have nothing but praise for him and his office staff. I’ve always been taken well care of and don’t feel like a number when I go there, they treat me like a person and they know my name. Also Dr. Hagstrom utilizes the latest in dental technology, and I’m always amazed with all the computers and 3-D models he uses to create the best dental service around. If you are looking for a great dentist try this gem of an office tucked away in La Mesa.

Experiencia fantástica: Mary always takes Into consideration your past, present and future needs on a personal and dental hygiene perspective. She keeps it professional and welcoming at all times! Love her!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Thanks for a great job on my fillings. It was nice to see you all again. Happy Holliday

Experiencia negativa: Spent roughly $20,000 on dental work over 4 years, 100% of it has needed to be redone since then. Pros: They offer sedation dentistry They are very professional They made me feel comfortable They have very modern tech Cons: All of the 9 root canals/crowns a shop for smiles put in failed within four years. You could say maybe its my fault because my teeth are made of butter but in that case why did they keep doing something that was failing. Their prices are very high. I had some bad fever dreams post sedation for a few weeks One time after sedation my gum was cut really badly, it took three weeks to heal They refused to refund or redo their work (I paid for three redos through them before finding a new dentist who has done two more. I have four still pending that i need to find a specialist for because its really hard to get endo retreatment) Their hygienist always cut my gums when flossing. I have very tight teeth and floss four or five times a day and never cut my gums, she didnt stop doing it after I commented multiple times on it.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional office, the appointment was easy to get in. The staff is friendly the work on my crown was great and was done on time and as promised. I recommend this dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Hagstrom and staff were very thorough in explaining everything that would happen to make sure I fully understood each step of the process.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff and doctor were all very kind and helpful. They take a lot of pride in their work and maintaining patient relationships. On my first visit they did a more through job than any other dental office Ive ever visited and made sure I had input and was comfortable with my treatment plan. This is a great place to go if you have dental anxiety like I do.

Experiencia fantástica: My mistake was for even leaving this practice. I came in hoping that they would help me with my lost filling. They took me in and I had a thorough exam and took me in because they have a crown making machine on site. So same day service! The best dentists ever!

Experiencia fantástica: Rosalin and vivian are awesome assistants! I’ve been coming in for some years and always have a great experience with the doctor. Recommend this place 110%

Experiencia fantástica: Office is full of friendly and kind faces. Always accommodating and wonderful work. I recommend for all dental needs.

Experiencia positiva: Great other than earthquake while I was in the chair. They were very good about protecting everyone in the building.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Rick Hagstrom and his super friendly staff are the best! Our whole family are his patients. From the very first mtg they listen to you, and communicate with you...details regarding procedures and cost. No surprises later on. Then during the procedure Dr. Hagstrom continually updates you. Very professional, comfortable office. I highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Great office atmosphere. Very professional and everyone was very nice.

Experiencia fantástica: So thankful I was referred to your office by a trusted friend. Everything about the practice is first class: website, ease of making contact and scheduling, total care available on site, friendly, accommodating, highly skilled and caring staff and dentist. Every aspect, from the convenient parking, relaxing waiting room (which I never get much chance to hang out in), to the total excellent care is designed to ease anxiety and make a trip to the dentist as enjoyable as possible. This is my new dental family.

Experiencia fantástica: A very welcoming environment and everybody was helpful and kind! Explained everything with detail and thank you to Doctor Richard for making me feel comfortable! Staff was bilingual so I got to understand everything!

Experiencia fantástica: We are new to A Shop for Smiles. My 10 year old has been here 3 times now for her check ups and minor cavity work. Everyone has been extremely nice, gentle and informative with how the visits will go. They aren't a pediatric dental facility specifically but they are 100% equipped to handle children. My daughter has had pleasant experiences all 3 times. They make sure to explain everything to her and answer all her questions. She gets to choose a prize from their prize box and they send her home with dental care and mini chapsticks so she has looked forward to those special extras. The dental office is warm, calm and inviting. Its very coastal themed. All employees have been great and Dr. Hagstrom has been great. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Always a pleasure to come into the office! Never liked dentist but Dr Hagstrom and staff make it not so bad!! Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had sedation dentistry at this office that when amazing! But i get my cleanings done awake as well as my last dental work. I needed. I had teeth built up and a scan of a mouth guard. The Novocain went well as did the procedure. The staff made sure I was comfortable during all the treatment. This office is perfect!

Experiencia fantástica: Staff and doctor are very nice. They listen to me and answer all my questions. There is no up sales which I have experienced with previous dentists. Highly recommend them!!

Experiencia fantástica: Best experience at a dentist i’ve ever had. They make you feel like a priority and really listen and work with you. Extremely professional, but still make you feel at home. If you’re thinking about going, do it!! I recommend everyone I can here. You will feel cared for and welcomed by EVERY person there (shoutout Mary) They helped me get exactly what I needed with the most reasonable prices i’ve seen in San Diego. Truly phenomenal. Thank you guys!

Experiencia fantástica: Really great experience. Office staff are very helpful and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff know who you are when you come in to the office. The staff genuinely care about your well being.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience as always! The team is so friendly and accommodating. Would not go anywhere else for my dental treatment! They are the best around!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been under the care of Dr. Hagstrom since 2005. Together with his team I have received excellent and encouraging care which is saying a lot for someone who is dentist phobic!

Experiencia fantástica: I love Rick Hagstrom. I have had the pleasure of knowing him more than 30 years. He is an amazing dentist very gentle and kind.

Experiencia fantástica: We consistently receive phenomenal care at A Shop for Smiles. Never had a dentist check our blood pressure or screen for oral cancer before. The staff is so nice, as well as being extremely competent. No up-selling either. So glad we found this place.

Experiencia fantástica: My visit was unexpectedly excellent and this is the first time I have been comfortable since my long time dentist retired last year The entire staff took excellent care of me and all of them demonstrated exceptional expertise with all aspects of my care. Going to the dentist is not my favorite place to be but I am very grateful to have found this office

Experiencia fantástica: I felt super comfortable and seen in the office loved Bea and Dr O’Mara! I was so nervous but they answered all my questions made sure I left well taken care of ! 10/10

Experiencia fantástica: Mary is a phenomenal dental hygienist. Dr. Hagstrom Is passionate about his dental work. Plus, he went above and beyond helping with another family member.

Experiencia fantástica: Top notch service. I felt so comfortable here and each part of the process was explained to me in great detail. I was at ease trusting in the expertise of Dr. Omara and everyone there. 5 star experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly team. Everything is explained and visualized for what they are going to do and would like to do. Very flexible with insurance too.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are very welcoming. I had all of my questions answered and the purpose for my visit addressed with care and resolution-minded. Great place to go for dental work!

Experiencia fantástica: very talented dentists both dr.hagstrom and Dr O'Mara are also kind and pay attention to treating any pain you may experience! The staff is amazing, Bea is an outstanding assistant, everyone is so friendly and professional truly a pleasant experience

Experiencia fantástica: It was great meeting the team! Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is always warm and friendly. Work is well done and I am losing my fear of going to the dentist because of their patience with me.

Experiencia fantástica: Looking for an honest dentist that is also highly skilled? Look no further. You won't find a better dental office. From the dentists (there are 2) to the support staff. If you have had previous negative experiences at other dental offices, you need to come to this dental office. There are no negatives here. Only skilled dentists and a caring staff. What are you waiting for? This is your lucky day. You have just located the best dental office you will ever find. Do yourself and your teeth a favor and make an appointment with this crew. Your teeth will thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: Just had a root canal done on a tooth that was very decayed and needed some gum removal and I have to say I was very blown away with how pleasant the experience was. I get very nervous before procedures like this because of painful, past experiences at other dentists; However I felt virtually no pain during the procedure and only very mild (2/10) pain for a couple hours after which was relieved by Tylenol/ibuprofin. Great team here at A Shop for Smiles and I won’t be changing dentists as long as I’m in San Diego!

Experiencia fantástica: The people at A Shop For Smiles were amazing. I had 2 root canal’s, they were professional & helpful. During the procedure I actually fell asleep to my surprise & even snored a bit. That’s what woke me up. I would absolutely recommend them. For your dental work. A Shop For Smiles has come through again. I had a deep cleaning with Mary, she did an amazing job. She was very professional, gentle & informative during the entire process. Thank you all at a Shop For Smiles, everyone there is always so kind, welcoming & helpful explaining everything and making sure you understand & are comfortable. Thank you A Shop For Smiles

Experiencia fantástica: If you're looking for a dental office where you’ll feel truly welcome, comfortable, and valued, A Shop for Smiles is the perfect choice. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth by Dr. Hagstrom’s friendly and professional team. My most recent visit was with Mary, the hygienist, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. She was incredibly thorough, kind, and attentive to my concerns. Mary took the time to explain each step of the cleaning process, which made me feel completely at ease. Her gentle approach and clear communication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: Routine maintenance. Dr Rick is the Best...!! I've been seeing him for a decade now, and if it wasn't for Dr Rick I would have no teeth to smile with. A workplace injury left me with an infected mouth. A complete disaster.!! Dr Rick performed a miracle with my mouth.. I can smile and chew without pain or discomfort... Love you Dr Rick..!

Experiencia fantástica: I can't rave enough about my experience! I have quite the dental problem going on and from the moment I came in as a new patient I felt comfortable! Lots of anxiety in general however this is the first time I wasn't a huge mess! They helped me through the intense process and as someone with fears of dentist and procedures I have never felt So comfortable! Not to mention zero pain after a deep deep cleaning! Thanks to you for your amazing service! Added from3/27 They have been so amazing through a difficult time for me! I cannot genuinely say enough good things about the entire staff and how they treat their patients ! If you have any fears you will feel a million times better coming here I promise! I have the WORST dental anxiety

Experiencia fantástica: I appreciate the kindness and nonjudgmental feeling I get when sharing my previous traumatic experiences. Everyone always shared the what and why before doing anything which make me feel comfortable. The little things like chapstick and aromatic candles give the place a calm atmosphere. I also appreciate how the staff interact with one another, always saying please and thank you to one another in person and over their communication devices. This has been the most comfortable I’ve ever felt at a dentist office.

Experiencia negativa: Save your money!! Don’t come here!!! They did a 50 dollar exam for 352$ dollars! they said my husbands insurance didn’t cover him when it did but they wanted out of pocket money and they said we had to pay close to a 1000 dollars! I had a weird feeling about them so we absolutely did not make another appointment we went to Endodontist JACK PAWLAK, DDS & CRAIG DEAGLE, DMD they took my husbands insurance right away did everything the same day! And did not want extra money from us It’s so sad that the Dentist industry is such a scam they aren’t sincere anymore!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Hagstrom and the entire staff are absolutely fantastic. They all are friendly, professional, and take the time needed to explain and answer all questions/concerns you may have.

Experiencia fantástica: I was so scared and in full panic mode when I got there. The staff calmed me down, talked to me about everything, didn't make me feel bad about my teeth and understood all my concerns. Both Dr. Hagstron and Dr. O'Mara called me in the evening to check on how I was doing. So glad I found this office.

Experiencia fantástica: Most amazing treatment and care from A shop for smiles!! Can’t say enough .. staff and doctors work with you both financially and personally on a very kind professional manner. I owe my new smile to them!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at A Shop For Smiles are so friendly, helpful and kind. My teeth look and feel so clean after Mary is done. I appreciate being able to get a crown the same day and not have to have a temporary and come back.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so grateful for Dr. Hagstrom and his amazing crew! A Shop For Smiles is leading the way for high quality, expert dental care!!! All of the staff are professional, kind and thorough. Thank you A Shop For Smiles crew for your excellency!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Dr. Hagstrom’s for several years and have always been appreciative of his staff and care. For the first time, I experienced sedation surgery when I needed major work done. It was a blessing for all of us! I went to sleep, the Doctor did what needed to be done, and then I woke up . . . I feel great and grateful for the very professional care I received. Fabienne Hanks

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Omara! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel right at home with their warm and friendly demeanor. They genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. I came in for plaque removal and a routine cleaning, and I was blown away by how thorough and gentle they were. They not only did an exceptional job but also took the time to explain everything to me, including the condition of my gums and how I can improve my oral health at home. It felt more like an educational session than just a cleaning! The level of care and attention to detail was outstanding. If you’re looking for a dentist office that combines professionalism with a personal touch, look no further. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely hate having to go to the dentist but Dr Hagstrom and his entire staff make me less phobic. Always welcoming, attentive and professional! The attention to detail and personalized care means everything to me. I love how they explain everything , and educate you. The only way it could be better is if they could wave a magic wand for the work to be done.

Experiencia fantástica: So thankful I was recommended to this dentist office! The staff were very sweet, professional, and explained everything so thoroughly! I had such a great experience being treated, I thought I was at the spa! I can’t wait to come back and improve my smile! :)

Experiencia fantástica: Many thanks for your quick response to my dental issue and professional care! I am so very thankful that the staff was able to correct my dental problem in a positive and very caring way!

Experiencia fantástica: Richard Hagstrom DDS and his staff are exceptional. I have never received a more thorough exam and consult. They asked detailed questions about past dental experiences. Dr Hagstrom interviewed me personally regarding my medical history. The staff were all introduced and they gave me a tour explaining the equipment and procedures. I felt like I was in a spa. It comes down to professional caring operator. I emphasize caring. With caring comes committment to provide high quality service. Wow. That was my first appointment. I look forward to becoming part of the family there of "shop of smiles". Does Dr Hegstrom surf? The beachy character of the office calming and cool.

Experiencia fantástica: Great office. The people that work here are very conscientious. The office is very cute and welcoming.

Experiencia fantástica: Another pleasant experience with Dr. Hagstrom + his staff. They are very Patient with me and I truly appreciate that. Had a an adjustment made + hopefully that resolves my issue

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience at this place. Everyone was so nice, welcoming and professional. Excited to learn they can do Crown’s in 1 visit instead of 2!

Experiencia fantástica: I visited A Shop For Smiles for a dental appointment as a first time customer and was impressed with the friendly staff and the attention to detail about every aspect of dental health. A very pleasant experience indeed.

Experiencia fantástica: I called A Shop for Smile’s office, as a new patient, with a dental emergency on a Monday morning. I had a serious injury involving a fractured and chipped front tooth and Dr. Hagstrom was recommended by a friend with a similar problem. I was very concerned about the future appearance of such a visible tooth. From the beginning, they were very understanding and empathetic and they worked me in that same day. I was fully prepared for a painful, invasive and very expensive visit, but willing to accept all of that because I was more afraid of a disfigured and dysfunctional front tooth. The entire staff went above and beyond to calm me down and keep me comfortable up. I was given several options for pain management from very minor numbing to light-mid sedation. I initially opted to come back for as much sedation as possible, but after being there and indirectly observing the other procedures and noting the upbeat demeanors of the other patients, I felt comfortable enough to go through with the complete repair of my tooth that day. Dr. Hagstrom and his staff did a great job. Discomfort was minimal and my tooth looks better than it did before and is fully functional. Michele in the front office worked very quickly with my insurance, keeping me up to date, answering my questions and working out a reasonable financial plan that I could manage. This was one of the most traumatic dental conditions I’ve ever had treated and it turned out to be one of the positive dental encounters I can remember.

Experiencia fantástica: I have never felt so comfortable in any medical office, not to mention a dental office... From the moment I walked in I was welcomed, given a tour of the office and immediately made me feel like family. Being in an office where everyone genuinely looks happy and wants to be there, is so refreshing ! I have been in so many medical offices where immediately you can tell, there is tension and office staff unhappy.... Here, the whole office team was incredible and seemed like family ! Dr Hagstrom's office, is completely opposite of that, friendly, happy caring from start to finish ! In addition the actual work done in my mouth, from x-rays to the teeth and gums , was so gentle and painless ! My absolute "hats off ten star experience" , at Dr Hagstroms, Shop for Smiles office ! Thank you, Sincerely And respectfully, Matt

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Hagstrom is a wonderful man, and his staff is fantastic. They are willing to work with you to make it easier to pay your bill, and Michelle often can manage to arrange for discounts. Everyone is really nice, and makes the experience a pleasure. And I can’t believe I just said that. I used to be phobic, now I’m not.

Experiencia fantástica: I came here 12 years ago to get my wisdom teeth pulled and I came back in today! Felt like I was here yesterday, the way I was remembered and welcomed made my experience 10x better!

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist around! Couldn’t be more pleased :). welcoming atmosphere, friendliest staff, and the doc is amazing. glad I’ve found my dentist in California!

Experiencia fantástica: Literally the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Everyone there is amazing and the service they provide is unlike anywhere else I’ve ever been too. 1000/10 recommend.

Experiencia negativa: I chipped my front tooth and decided to go to Dr. Hagstrom for Composite Bonding. It took three visits before he got it looking decent enough to where we were both happy with it. Unfortunately, it seems he didn't use dividers to protect the teeth on either side of my chipped tooth during the shaping/ polishing process resulting in damage to my porcelain crown (lateral incisor), which is now scratched and rough, and there's a scratch/ line on my other front tooth. Also, he made the incisal edges of the bonded tooth very thin, it feels sharp and developed minor chipping at the bottom on the first night of getting it done. I reached out to him about this, at first he told me he could add more composite but when I went in he just polished it down more. He then had me sign a paper saying that the treatment was done and I could not return to the office or contact him directly anymore. My bonded tooth was sensitive weeks after the treatment, I was desperate for answers as to why it might still be sensitive and If it's something I should worry about. So instead of contacting Dr. Hagstrom directly I called/ emailed the office manager Mary and she was extremely cold and callous. I paid a good amount of money and ultimately feel let down, being essentially banned from A Shop for Smiles without being able to go back to get the thin, sharp incisal edge fixed, figure out/ fix the sensitivity in the bonded tooth or any touch ups that may have been needed.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Hagstrom has been our family dentist for about three decades. He has always been very capable and conscientious as well as a caring professional. I highly recommend him as a dentist that will keep close tabs on your dental health and provide whatever services you might need along the way.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience and service today from Dr. Hagstrom and Bea!!! Thanks for the great care and time you take for your patients.

Experiencia fantástica: My favorite dentist by a long shot. Everyone who works here is so friendly, respectful and professional. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming and I know that I will always receive top notch care. Side note, they do instagram reels and TikTok videos that are hilarious! Just book an appointment already

Experiencia fantástica: A Shop For Smiles is a GREAT place. I went to A Shop For Smiles to see if I could get my teeth straightened. I’m in my seventies and thought I would be too old for braces. Dr. Hagstrom was sensitive to what I wanted and thought I would be a good candidate for Invisalign, (kinda like clear braces) Within a week the Invisalign system arrived, I was instructed how to use them, which is very easy. Dr. Hagstrom and his staff are super friendly and welcoming. A Shop For Smiles is now my new dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Hagstrom and his staff provide consistent professional dental care of the highest quality with kindness and compassion!

Experiencia fantástica: What an outstanding “first visit to a new dentist” experience! In every way, this office is a stand out! The welcoming staff, beautiful and warm atmosphere, gentle and kind attentiveness, and outstanding work done by Dr.Hagstrom- I could not have asked for a better dental experience, and I am very anxious about going to the dentist! I had procrastinated a long time, but not any more. I’ve found my dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: As always a professional and clean practice. My hygienist has been there for many years and is the best. Dr Hagstrom always professional and thoughtful service.

Experiencia fantástica: I was a patient of Dr. Hagstom's before covid. I lost my insurance for a couple years and when I got it back, like most adults I pushed off the dentist. UNTIL I broke a crown. I called Michelle, and the entire office welcomed me back with open arms (literally) and they didn't shame me for my absence. They fit me in and took the time to ease me back into the Dentist chair. I'm incredibly grateful for Dr. H and his entire team for not only taking care of my teeth, but also making sure I felt safe in their space!

Experiencia fantástica: Great place wonderful staff if I could i would give this business a million stars I would I had a dental procedure 16 of October and i wish I had done this a long time ago It's healing i feel great my appearance is great more energy and I must admit I have a reason to smile more than ever Love joking with the staff especially Michele the office manager and of course Rick who also by the way a long time friend Anyone wanting dental work go to this place

Experiencia fantástica: I was very impressed with Dr. Hagstrom and his staff. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable which created a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Great office!!! Very caring and thorough!! They explained my procedure. They were efficient, but I did not feel rushed.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an emergency they fit me in immediately and were and are amazing Dr somehow had the process speed up and yesterday it was completed. Again the best dentist and office staff !!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. H and his team do amazing work. They take incredibly good care of their patients, particularly those who have anxiety around dental work. Absolute superheroes. You are in good hands here.

Experiencia fantástica: Always kind and considerate of the information I gave them when I first started with them. Absolutely no pain and I don't need to use the sedation that they offer. They do a great job of caring for my husband and my needs. The doctor has called me in the evening after he's done work to check on us which I've never experienced with any doctor. It's always on time...I've never had to wait to be taken care of.

Experiencia fantástica: I've always had a disposition that made me avoid dentist shops. But the staff here are genuinely friendly, professional, yet laid back. It's a very reassuring environment.

Experiencia fantástica: I felt the need to give a great review because of the positive experience I've had with the office. One of the friendliest offices I've experienced where everyone was so informative and caring. The first time I arrived they gave me a tour of the office to meet everyone and show me around. I had 2 wisdom teeth removed (while awake) and they were thorough explaining the entire process including the aftercare. It took only 45 minutes with no pain. I received a call from the doctor after both of my visits asking if I had any questions and to check up on me. Great experience and highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: This office and staff are all AMAZING! I haven’t been to the dentist in many yrs due to childhood fear, but Dr Hagstrom and his whole entire staff made me feel so comfortable and no fear at all. I left the office with a huge smile on my face. Thank you Shop for Smiles for the awesome experience

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place so much! All the staff is soo friendly and helpful! Cleaning went quick and easy, great hygienist and doctor. Been going here for years and wouldn’t want to go to another dentist. Thank you to all the staff you’re amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: My visit was not what I expected. Every person I encountered was so professional. This was my initial visit. Filling out the required health paperwork was easy and done online so I didn't have to get there early. I really liked that alot. I was surprised at the depth of photos and x-rays though. It really does make alot of sence because before Dr Haggstrom looked into my mouth. He had identified my issues, even before I could fully explain them myself. Wow! I Never had that happen before. Anyway about it I needed some serious help and I believe I will get it here. In fact I know I will because now I have a plan. Trust is earned! My first vist was a nice start!

Experiencia fantástica: Doc, once again I walk away from your office glad that I found a you as a new dentist. I appreciate your workmanship and most of all your friendly staff. Standing by your work means a lot to me so thank you for making my dental experience so much better than ever before. - Cesar

Experiencia fantástica: Before coming to this dentist office I would put off dental visits being aftaid of the pain and jusgement. Thiswould result in more and more neglect caused problems. Now when I go to theis dentist I know I will be greeted with a family atmosphere and dental procedures that are carefully done so as not to cause any unnecessary pain. And on the more extensive longer procedures I always go with sedation dentistry leaving me feeling like I took a long restful nap. Thank you for the wonderful care you give me each and every visit.

Experiencia fantástica: An A+++ for everyone there. I have PTSD, claustrophobia and a fear of dentists. They took really good care of me and walked me through every step to help me not panic while I had three teeth pulled. Definitely will continue going here!

Experiencia fantástica: The first time you walk into " A SHOP FOR SMILES" you are treated like family, their kindness, understanding and caring is augmented by professionalism and amazing talent...it has truly been my Blessing to have known them one and all...

Experiencia fantástica: I just had my first appointment at a shop for smiles yesterday and I can say that I am very happy with my visit! I haven’t been to the dentist since I moved here and I was really nervous about finding a new dentist that I would like. The staff is extremely nice and even worked with me when I was almost 30 minutes late to my first appointment. When I got there they immediately gave me a tour of the entire office which is something I have never done before and also offered me coffee and water! I loved Dr. Hagstrom he was very nice and also honest which I appreciate! Will definitely be recommending friends to this office!

Experiencia fantástica: The whole staff was welcoming and accommodating. They explained everything in detail and answered all of the questions I had. Overall very knowledgeable and professional. I had a great experience and the service was excellent.

Experiencia fantástica: Because of the staff at A shop for smiles is the reason, my dental anxiety has gotten less and less. Even as an adult I have always needed someone to go with me to the dentist. Now I can go alone and not feel like throwing up or passing out. Mary, hygienist, is amazing and very knowledgeable. She makes me so comfortable and she lets me stop and breathe throughout my cleanings. She also explains everything step by step. Michelle at the desk is always welcoming and treats me like one of her own which calms me down. She has even held my leg during a procedure when I was scared. The dental assistants are such a key factor in my ability to return. Without their kindness, professional manor and their ability to make me laugh and not think I'm at the dentist I look forward to seeing them. And of course Dr. Hagstrom is the best dentist I have ever seen. He is so knowledgeable and never makes me feel that any concern, big or small, is important. I will never change dentists again.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Hagstorm is the finest dentist you will ever meet. He is kind, compassionate, and gentle. Shop for smiles with Dr. Hagstrom, and all his staff are warm and friendly. They do their best to make you feel as comfortable as possible throughout your visit. They even put chapstick on your lips. You will not find another dentist who can compare. Their office is welcoming, and the environment is homey. It is not like other sterol dentist offices you have been to before. My favorite part is their stained glass window of a unicorn.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love the staff, the office atmosphere and decor but Dr. Hagstorm was awesome I would highly recommend this office for any dental work needed.

Experiencia fantástica: The office staff is amazing! They are extremely helpful and made my visit very comfortable. He fit me in at the last minute to repair my tooth, they are a great team

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Hagstrom and his team are a force to be reckoned with. From the moment you are in the doors you are with family. This makes some of life’s most daunting tasks just a little bit bit better. Starting with the process itself, you are not only told what you’re doing wrong but educated to better invest in your health. After the procedure is everyone’s favorite part: payment. Remember, I said “ to better invest “ in your health. Dental work can be a bit pricey; but with awesome financing program and an amazing patient care coordinator, Michelle, who truly looks out for your best interest, you can breathe a little easy that fixing your teeth won’t cost an arm + leg. Overall, I’ll give Shop for smiles 10/10 for having a process down that makes being a client more comforting, patient, and caring than nerve - wrecking.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful experience as a first time patient. Also brought my 13 year old. Very professional and thorough check up and cleaning. Would highly recommend Dr. Hagstorm and the entire staff. They were all very friendly and welcoming.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Hagstrom provides excellent dentistry with all of the latest equipment. I’ve been going to him for the past 22yrs! His work is perfection!
