Experiencia fantástica: Above and Beyond Excellent Dr and Team

Experiencia fantástica: First time today at this office, am amazed I walked in with my dental anxiety, by the time walked out it was gone. Everyone puts you at ease. I would highly recommend this office to anyone

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome service and attention, thanks for helping me out and taking care of my emergency, will definitely become your new patient. Thanks and God bless you.

Experiencia fantástica: A very professional and friendly environment. I highly recommend Dr. Yahya, as well as his staff, to everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I took my daughter here after a different dentist somewhere else damaged the nerve in a tooth, sending her to the ER because of the pain & swelling in her face & inability to open her mouth to eat, let alone to be examined. Dr. Yahya was amazing. He prescribed medication to ease the jaw muscle pain, to take along with the antibiotics & pain medicine the ER prescribed. When she returned the following week, he was able to examine her & set up a treatment plan for her for other teeth as well. He is very kind & caring & my daughter said he's very gentle too. The office staff are very nice, especially the front office. Those ladies are very sweet, professional & caring. I highly recommend Spring Valley Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is always great. Knowing that my teeth are well taken care of a great feeling. Would not go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful experience at Spring Valley Dental! The office was clean, welcoming, and everyone was kind and professional. A special thank you to Maysam, the hygienist who was incredibly friendly, gentle, and attentive throughout my visit. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and timely, making the entire visit stress-free. A special thank you to Maysam, who is truly the kindest soul. She did an incredible job as my hygienist and took such great care of me, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Experiencia fantástica: I had such a great experience with Maysam! She is an amazing dental hygienist—professional, gentle, and incredibly thorough. She made me feel comfortable throughout my cleaning, explained everything she was doing, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She has a warm, caring personality and truly makes you feel like you’re in great hands. My teeth have never felt so clean! Experiencia fantástica: All staff are friendly!!

Experiencia fantástica: The best service. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: I have a pretty intense (and embarrassing) dental phobia. Everyone here - from front staff to techs and hygienists and dentists - has been kind, patient, gentle and incredibly understanding. If you’re in need of dental care, I definitely recommend this practice! They’re very affordable and accommodating as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Great Experience. They took great care of my wife. She had a broken tooth. Has dental anxiety. Dr. Yahya was exceptional. He made sure she was comfortable, explained procedure, and they worked with our financial situation. Staff is great also. Very professional. Would 150% recommend this dental office and we will be going here from now on for all family dental treatments. Thank You Dr Yahya & Staff!

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you for your services; everyone was very professional and friendly. Excellent—highly recommended.

Experiencia positiva: I have to stop going with them because they keep changing me for differential twice, but what really got me is that they double booked me and someone else, they went with the other person, that is ok, I got re schedule but I forgot the new date and I was charged for no show. I show to the original, I was understanding of their mistake, but they can't understand my? So I stop goin

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Yaya is great. He takes great care to make sure his patients are comfortable and explains what he is doing. My family moved to a different part of San Diego and I tried a couple of other dentists close to where I live. I was very unhappy with them and am back to Spring Valley Dental. Well worth the drive!

Experiencia positiva: I'm currently in the chair as I type this. On the drive over, my anxiety was through the roof, and my teeth are in horrible condition. But I found a dental group that welcomed me from the moment I walked in the door -the music choice top tier.

Experiencia fantástica: They did a good job.. yes very good as usual

Experiencia fantástica: Very good service. Everyone is helpful everytime i go for check ups and cleaning. I would recommend they to anyone that needs any dental service. Thanks springvalley dental.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful experience at my appointment. Dr. Yahya Was amazing. The staff at the front desk were all so kind and friendly. They were able to answer all my questions.

Experiencia negativa: I have been coming here for years now and have always had a 5/5 experience with both the team and my normal practitioner with whom i could trust to work on my teeth in such a manner that i would regularly fall asleep during the process. When i came in for my last visit, i was NOT informed that she had left the facility of her own volition, and found out i'd be seeing someone new as i was being seated for my cleaning, which was irritating but not the end of the world. This new lady started to work on my teeth(for just a cleaning), and i was immediately met with painful digging at my gums. She offered numbing gel to help with the pain which i took but still was feeling it too much. I was given gel a second time to the point where my whole tongue and mouth were tingling with numbness. Even still, i could not relax and was intensely gripping my seat awaiting for the inevitable stabbing pain, which of course came shortly after she began working again. I immediately told her i was done and would not be continuing, thanked her for her time and left the facility without completing what should have been a simple visit. Extremely disappointed in the abrupt lack of professionalism that has befallen this facility and it is extremely unlikely that i will be returning.

Experiencia fantástica: Glad to meet my new hygienist, Saba. She was very good, kind and considerate of my needs. I look forward to having her on a regular basis.

Experiencia fantástica: Very welcoming staff, felt very heard and cared for as a new patient! Definitely excited to keep receiving care from this team.

Experiencia fantástica: The doctor and the staff were absolutely wonderful. I have a lot of issues with my teeth, and they did not judge me or look at me any kind of way they are just there to help and I absolutely love that and appreciate it. I will definitely tell my friends about this dentist practice it's wonderful.

Experiencia fantástica: Doctor Hazzaa Yahya and his staff are very professional and great customer service!!! Maysam was the person that cleaned my teeth and she did a great job and provided a wealth of knowledge on tips to keep my teeth healthy. Respectfully, Loyal customer Victor Martinez

Experiencia positiva: What I want to know is what happened to Briana? She is the primary reason my family stayed after Dr. Boyer sold his practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Everything about their office is Wonderful! I have a health issue that makes going to the dentist a challenge and they are so wonderful and understanding. Mayzra was absolutely wonderful beyond words. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to Spring Valley Dental for about 10 years. Honestly, it's the best dental experience I have ever had. The dentist are very courteous and knowledgeable and don't try to upsell you on a bunch of uneeded care, as was the case with my previous dentist. My dental hygenist, Brianna. who cleans my teeth, might be the best in the country! I highly - highly recommend Spring Valley Dental. Keith Ballard National Teachers Hall of Fame

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Hazzaa Yahya was amazing with my 15-year-old daughter who was very nervous about getting a filling. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Experiencia fantástica: The Dr and the entire staff are very friendly and helpful. The Dr is gentle , efficient and patient. Due to my prior dental experiences at other dental offices I hve anxiety to getting work done , the Dr was patient and really cared about my sensatvity . The dental hygienist , the dental techs and the front desk are all amazing and they all work great as a team . Thank you so much !

Experiencia fantástica: The doctor and the entire staff are excellent. From the time I entered the office to the time I left, I was treated efficiently, professionally, and with kindness. I will definitely continue having my dental work done at Spring Valley Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had an amazing experience with Spring Valley Dental. After trying unsuccessfully to reach my previous dentist’s office about ten times for a dental emergency, I decided to look for another option. I found Spring Valley Dental through a Google search, and it was the first place I called. They answered on the first ring and assured me they could see me as soon as possible. They promptly helped me with my cracked tooth, and I was in and out quickly. The entire staff was amazing and welcoming, and based on this experience, I am now a loyal client. I am incredibly thankful for their efficient and compassionate care.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice staff & dentist . Had alot of work done & they even stayed late to complete everything! Im impressed & will continue to use the Yahya Dental Corp.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Yahya and his staff are very friendly and provide excellent care. I have a disability and need a bit of extra help to even get in the office and into the chair. They are very helpful, understanding and patient with me and it makes what could be a very stressful experience no problem at all.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a positive experience with this dentist. They thoroughly explained the dental work I needed and the plan to carry it out, based on the dental coverage provided by my employer. The office has a fantastic staff, which makes it worth visiting. Especially since my financial funds are limited.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome dentist! Always makes time to clarify procedures and does so with precision and professionalism. Great support staff too

Experiencia fantástica: The staff and Dr Yah Yah are awesome!. It is always great when I am there for treatment. James J

Experiencia fantástica: No wait in reception, was in the chair at my appointment time. Very helpful office staff and Dental Assistant's. The Dentist was very through and spent the time to explain and answer questions. Overall great experience.

Experiencia negativa: First time going, needed X-rays, and did left side deep cleaning. They supposedly checked my insurance to see what's covered. Turns out I was over charged (my insurance covered more than what the dentist told me). It's been over a month since the service and still waiting to get reimbursed.

Experiencia fantástica: What could have been a very traumatic experience for me , was actually made pain free and for the most part pleasant. Thank you doctors and staff

Experiencia negativa: My husband came here for a root canal because we were old patients of Dr Boyer who is no longer here. This was September of 2022. We are now being sent bills for that root canal because they are “cleaning up” old accounts. Regardless of what happened with insurance not paying what they are supposed to - WHO CHARGES CUSTOMERS FOR SERVICES A YEAR AND A HALF LATER AND THEN THREATENS TO SEND THEM TO COLLECTIONS??? I’m sure more patients will come forward since it seems their bookkeeping practices are nonexistent.

Experiencia fantástica: Briona is the best hygienist ever! Dr. Yaya takes care of your needs and listens to you. I would recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely amazing. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prompt. The communication is great. I felt very relaxed and welcomed from the moment I stepped in and once I left.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the first dentist I can truly say I completely trust. Their team is fantastic, they are kind and HONEST. I’ve tried a lot of dentist and this is one I recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Very solid team, I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient Dr. Yahya and his team worked. Had a root canal done and it was relatively painless. I will be bringing the whole family to his office for future work. 5/5

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Yahya is as good as they get, and practically painless. His practice is reasonably priced, his staff is friendly and very professional. You would do well to become one of his patients.

Experiencia fantástica: Hi! I’m a new patient of Dr. Yahya. I just love how welcoming they are and Dr. Yahya. They work w/ patients in a timely manner. Very professional. Clinic is very organize and clean. Overall, I have a good experience and will definitely recommend! 5/5❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Procedures explained well. Appointments are on time.

Experiencia fantástica: I truly adore the people at this office- I’ve been going almost a year now and they make me feel like I’m the only client! Familiar receptionists and the same dental hygienist who all know me by name. They do really great work and have a membership plan available to save a little money for clients like me who don’t have independent insurance. I even brought my momma here, the highest of recommendations!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Spring Valley Dental since 2017 for regular teeth cleaning. Briona, their primary dental hygienist, once again did an excellent job yesterday. She has an extremely gentle touch, yet is simultaneously very thorough in her work. I highly recommend Spring Valley Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Quickest filling I’ve ever had done and the best quality too. The quickness didn’t substitute for thorough work and ensuring I was happy with the result. I had a cleaning a few months ago as well that was also really pleasant. I continue to be happy I chose this place for my dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: I get anxious if I’m getting my nails done or even a massage. Things that are supposed to be relaxing. The dental hygienist Briona, was so gentle, so calm, so kind. I’ve never been more relaxed during a cleaning and I wasn’t even numbed. I was literally grocery shopping in my mind I was that at ease. Dr. Yahya (hope that’s spelled right) is an amazing dentist, this whole office is just great. Highly highly recommend. Judgment free!!

Experiencia fantástica: Overall my cleaning experience was positive. Friendly staff, beautiful and clean office, I was seen immediately. Definitely will be back and highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: This is an absolute wonderful place, from the staff to the doctor they all care about you. I’m 46 years old and this is my first review ever!! they deserve all the credit. See you in a couple of weeks.
