Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Dughly has been excellent with my dental work the past 3 years. She is kind, patient and makes sure you are comfortable during dental procedures. All of the staff at Cedar Smiles Dental is friendly, helpful and great at what they do.

Experiencia negativa: My insurance chose this place after renewal. When I called to make an appointment, they had availability, made my appointment, and all was well. However, after my first visit, I was told they needed to send pre-approval to my insurance for a cleaning; we'll call you. The insurance denied the pre-approval two days later. The same day I called and was told they had zero information and would call me when they knew more. The day before that, I was told I'd be called in the morning; that didn't happen either. It's been over a week now, and I called my insurance, which is how I even knew the request was denied because they sent inadequate X-rays. No one in that office notified me even after I asked. I called again; I got placed on hold after asking a question about when the preapproval and correct X-rays would be sent to my insurance. I wasn't asked for any of my info, and was transferred to someone else without warning. Cute, clean office, messy staff.

She got me scheduled same day and was so patient with me. After check in I met DA Maggie who was a delight and very informative and Shantice discussed pricing with me in such an eloquent way and got me scheduled for my cleaning appt with a smile on her face. Now for DR.D she was professional and personable making my experience the best it’s ever been at any dentist office. I will definitely be making this my new dental home. After receiving the second cancellation message, I decided to switch to a different dental clinic. The dentist was always too busy to take the time to discuss my treatment plan with me.

Experiencia fantástica: I saw Anna Wu at Cedar Smiles. I made a new patient appointment and was able to be seen that week! I had bad tooth pain and some broken teeth and was terrified of the dentist! She put me at ease, and truly listened to everything I had to say. The staff there makes you feel so welcome! I had 5 teeth pulled and they made sure I was comfortable and didn't feel a thing. I'm very happy with their services and would definitely come back for a future dentist appointments!

Experiencia negativa: Left a message to see about getting a cleaning there for myself and my daughter and never received a call back, called again and spoke to a very rude receptionist. I stated I never received a call back and she very rudely said um okay what do you want, is this an emergency or what? I said no I never received a callback so I didn’t know if you were taking new patients for cleanings, she just sat there, I told her I would call somewhere else and she said okayyyyy. We are a military family and move a lot and just moved to this area and are just trying to find new doctors and dentists, can’t believe how rude someone can be, I’ll be sure to share this with other military families.

Experiencia positiva: Cedar smiles is amazing but yesterday when I went it was absolutely freezing in the office it was 50° in the office I was freezing while getting my dental work done and I'm sure the staff was cold they had heaters going and people at the front desk were wearing jackets trying to keep warm usually this place is amazing and warm but they're heating needs to be fixed no one should have to sit in the cold while getting dental work let alone staff having to sit there most of the day cold i feel bad for the workers and the patients yesterday

Experiencia fantástica: I needed all 4 wisdom teeth and a molar pulled and they got me an appointment within a month. When I got there all of the staff were extremely friendly and compassionate, extremely helpful and answered every question I had. The Dr. that helped me was Dr. Fisher and he was excellent and answering all of my questions and talking me through every single thing he was doing, he stopped every single time when I showed i was in a lot of pain and waited for me to be ready to start again. He was excellent and exceeded my expectations by a landslide. If you need oral surgery this is definitely the place to go and I will be referring everyone I know to come to this office. The only down side to my visit was I didn't get any meds for the ride home (I live 3 hours away) but I made it work and couldn't be more pleased with the amazing service I got.

Experiencia negativa: Arrived for appointment and was told then the Dentist was not there that day. The hygienist I normally see was no longer there. The hygienist I did see was a bit odd, kept touching my cheeks. I was not ok with this experience and will not be back.

Experiencia negativa: It is close to impossible to get an appointment for a cleaning at this facility. I called today to schedule an appointment, and their next appointment is not available until 2025! They cancelled my previous appointment with no option to reschedule. The doctor's may be ok, but one of the absolute worst experiences I have ever had with scheduling. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: Dentist is great but front office staff is terrible. Had some complications with dental work done there and staff was extrmely difficult to get in touch with afterward. I then find out they never placed the order for a crown I originally went in for, leaving a root canal exposed for weeks, nor did they ever acknowledge the mistake on their end.

Experiencia fantástica: Cedar Smiles was awesome. They were able to get us in the office on the same day for a treatment evaluation. While in the office, they were able to extract not one but two teeth requested via my orthodontist referral. I don’t live as close to them but they have new clients. I so appreciate the staff. Absolutely top notch!

Dr. Wu was professional with great bedside manners, explaining in detail long term options for dental care and answering all questions I had with patience and knowledge.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been going to Cedar Smiles Dental for about a year now. We can honestly say that our experience with this practice has been most pleasant. The office staff is courteous, friendly, and efficient. Wait time is minimal. Best of all, Dr. Oqba Tujjar is an outstanding dentist. Besides the usual cleaning appointments, I've had tooth extractions, fillings, even a tooth implant. I will be having crown work soon. As a dentist, both my husband and I find Dr. Tujjar to be very thorough, careful, and detail oriented. He is also gentle, kind and patient, answering any and all questions to our satisfaction and understanding. I highly recommend Dr. Tujjar and his practice.

I I was able to schedule an appointment as late as 4pm which I was not used to with previous dental offices.

Experiencia negativa: I could give a zero star for this practice. The scheduling is almost impossible to get in and basically you are being ripped for unusual charges after the visit. I am supposed to see the dentist 3 times a year but because of their scheduling, I was only seen less often and they will do all things that out of insurance coverage. And then, they sent the bill in complications. When I called to ask about the bill, the lady named Bianca was having attitude on me. And she failed to mute the call while I could hear her telling to someone about me like I was lying. Where is the business ethics? Before her starting to lecture me with location’s hours, she might as well fact check to update on google. Your business is opened on Monday on google. So, please do not rude to customer for not even knowing your business hours. Everyone else is nice_other receptionist ladies. I have seen both locations’ dentists and hygienists and they all are professional that I have no complaint about them. I won’t recommend this due to the billing issue. There will be other dental practices in the area that will treat the customers with respect!

The office is impeccably clean, and the front desk staff has always been helpful and professional with everything! We have had different hygienists take care of our teeth and they have all been fantastic!! Most recently, I got my teeth cleaned by Florence, and she was very nice and gentle, ensuring my comfort throughout the process. I recently had a fill taken care of by Dr. Kim and he did such an amazing job. The dental assistants were all so friendly and kind, asking me if I was okay throughout the process. I highly recommend this practice to anyone! The environment is filled with such welcoming and positive energy, and all the staff here are wonderful!!

Experiencia negativa: I used to go here for dental services. However, I moved out of the state 2 years ago, and every year they send me a bill for "missing my appointment." I've repeatedly called their front desk over this and had the charges removed, but they *WILL NOT* end their practice of automatic scheduling. I'm at the point now where I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this.

Experiencia negativa: I told the person who answered the phone that I needed tooth extraction. I also told her that the tooth was in the back of the lower jaw and that it was crowned. She told me yes we can extract teeth. I set an appointment and drove 45 minutes each way. The Dr. was very professional. He told me he was not an oral surgeon which is what I needed and was led to believe I was going to see. Needless to say I was extremely frustrated and disappointed to be leaving there with my bad tooth intact. I was in severe pain and wasted 2 hours of my life for nothing.

The staff, including the dentist ( so sorry I forgot his name, young Asian fellow) put me at ease from the time I sat down. He thoroughly explained the procedure in a clear , easily understandable way. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. You have a great team. And as such I plan to stay with your office as long as I have teeth. Thank you

Experiencia negativa: Went here to get my teeth cleaned and used my dental plan back in February. I told them I had insurance but didn’t get my card as of yet so they said I could send them the info when I receive it so I can be reimbursed through my insurance. I’ve sent a picture of insurance card a week after my cleaning and I have called 3 times since then about my reimbursement through my insurance. Fast forward it’s April now and they haven’t submitted the claim as of yet and the last time I spoke to a lady that told me she would submit the reimbursement info to the insurance but she lied . It’s either incompetent ,lazy or forgetful but I’m confused. Also, with the dental plan, they up charge their service and doesn’t follow the sliding scale I won’t be going back . They claim they gave me a discount but I’ve never paid more than a 150 for x rays ,cleaning and consultation in the past with the plan . My bill was over 400 they claim but with plan they charge me over 200 WTH . I was going to get my fillings done with them but I’ll go to my old dentist. The dentist was nice .

I have no fears or issues when visiting the dentist, but she still made sure I was super comfortable and knew exactly what was going on each step of the way. The office was clean and welcoming. The assistant, Florence was very attentive, took her time and patiently performed a thorough cleaning.and allowed air suction timely and repeatedly while cleaning the my gums and teeth and explaining clearly what she was doing. The dentist was also very detailed in explaining and comparing prior X-rays and answered all of my questions to her evaluations.
