When we arrived at the office, the front desk greeted us with a smile and was very friendly, as always. Experiencia fantástica: At one point in our grandsons appointment I heard him say, "You've got to be kidding me!" as he prepared for his appoint with earphones and his favorite show to watch. His five year old brother likewise enjoyed his show while having his teeth cleaned and examined. The whole appointment leaned toward having happy, calm patients, and for my grandsons that was so.

Dr. Neste and her team are so fantastic and the non invasive numbing tools used made it so comfortable for my child that she didn’t even realize the procedure had happened.

Experiencia fantástica: We called Bainbridge Kids Dentistry on a Monday because our toddler had a grey front tooth and they got us scheduled for an appointment the next morning. This was our first appointment we’d ever had with them and when our toddler didn’t want to get his tooth x-rayed they did everything they could to make him happy and get the x-ray. The staff were all extremely kind and professional. We are excited to bring both our kids here for all their dental care from now on!

Experiencia negativa: This facility has zero compassion when it comes to unfortunate circumstances. They will not work with foster kiddos who have to deal with state insurance unless it is flawless. Which we all know dealing with the state is far from. It's all about making as much money off their clients as possible.

Experiencia fantástica: We scheduled our appt and were able to get in promptly. We left extra early as we were about an hour and a half away and the child can't eat or drink an hour prior to appt. At appt the child is checked to see if intervention is needed, if so it is done in office takes less than 5 minutes. We were in and out of office in an hour. Given thorough directions and information and a one week follow up in clinic or with lactation specialist. My child was 6 weeks. Weather and childcare conflicts caused us to delay appt 2 weeks and had zero issue.

Every person there is extremely kid oriented, they pay attention to the energy and vibes, which is amazing!! It really makes all the difference, he actually enjoyed going and it completely changed my entire view of going to the dentist! I would 10000% recommend to everyone!! The hygienists are nurturing and patient with my kids—encouraging them to keep up the good work, while showing them ways they can improve their dental routine. Dr. Neste is a positive light that asks imperative questions followed by sound advice. My kids (9 & 3 yrs old) love going to the dentist and earning coins to retrieve a prize from the toy dispensers at the end of the visit. I highly recommend this dentistry.

This office space has spared no expense to make it feel inviting and playful. Our little girls were so comfortable with the amazing staff and setup of the clinic. Both of my girls almost fell asleep because they were so calm and relaxed. They are able to customize the tv for each child so they can be distracted and enjoy their checkup. Both of my girls said they had fun and we all can’t wait to come back Thank you so much for making this memories for our family!!

Experiencia fantástica: I’m so grateful for Kris, the front staff member, and Dr. Neste for the quick attention to my newborn’s tongue tie. I called on a Monday of Thanksgiving week begging to get my 4 day old seen for a tongue tie revision. Even though they did not have an opening, Kris called me as soon as there was a cancellation and I was able to get seen that same day. It felt like a desperate situation as I had called several different practices but seemed none could get us in for another week. When nursing a newborn with a tongue tie, this would mean trying to endure 10/10 painful breastfeeding sessions 10 times a day. Kris and Dr. Neste were compassionate and empathetic to our situation since the tongue tie made feeding my baby unbearably painful. In office, they made sure we were comfortable and understood the treatment and “stretches” to be done at home. Dr. Neste was confident working with a newborn and literally saved us when I felt so exasperated with breastfeeding. Our baby came back from the 4 min procedure sleeping in her arms and nursing him was immediately better. THANK YOU BAINBRIDGE KIDS DENTISTRY!

Experiencia fantástica: Best kid’s dentist I’ve ever been too! Charly was scared at first but quickly made friends and the dentist is really kind and cares about her patients. It’s been a year long battle trying to find a dentist that would see her after our last dentist dropped us when we lost our insurance. We had multiple referrals just to be told no over the course of a year then we found this clinic and they got us in right away, Charlotte had a broken tooth infront that led to decay and severe emergency dental work that needed to be addressed. When the other dentists said they wouldn’t take the new insurance and wanted 10 grand upfront it took us a an entire year to find this dentist. All the other ones were booked, we had to get multiple referrals and we’re on waiting lists. It was less than a week after the referral to this office and we were in the door and she made a treatment plan. I couldn’t be more happy. They are the best clinic for children I’ve ever been too. Charly left smiling and really had a wonderful time. She even wanted to go back.

They work great with kids and the exam rooms were equipped with shows for kids to watch during the appointment. This made the experience comforting to my child. I would definitely give them an excellent review and refer to them.

The staff was all smiles and so great with the kids. The office is new (tvs on the ceiling above the chairs, headphones for sound) and very clean. So many fun activities for littles during and after their appointment. My kids can’t wait to go back!

We drove a couple hours because we heard they were amazing with consulting & the procedure revolving tongue ties. From our initial phone call, walking in, getting information, the procedure start to finish everyone was so amazing. Not only professionally but as a new parents they made me feel informed and comfortable! Definitely recommend them for anything your child/children need!

We brought our two month old daughter in for a frenectomy and were very nervous as well as very late due to construction! But the front desk staff were so genuine, warm and welcoming that we felt at ease right away. Dr. Neste was extremely efficient, professional and gentle with our babe. She talked us through what to expect as well as the details of the aftercare. And then the procedure was over in minutes! And they gave us as much time as we needed to breastfeed and prepare to leave, which we appreciated. I highly recommend this practice for your child’s delicate dental needs. They will be in good hands.

Experiencia fantástica: Everything about Bainbridge Kids Dentistry is truly above and beyond. The staff is incredibly attentive and patient (and makes insurance/billing hassle-free). Dr. Neste is amazingly kind and skilled. The office is beautiful, clean, and fun for kids. My sons are disappointed they only get to visit every six months. (Even getting a cavity filled was somehow fun and painless. It still amazes me.) I’m so thankful that my children are patients here.

They let us bring our own toothpaste flavors, watch a favorite show on Netflix, and let him take breaks if he needed them. After about a year of visits he’s no longer afraid of the dentist!
