Experiencia fantástica: Did a great job with my two fillings and pale anything Dennis has great demeanor and made the procedure go back quickly.

Experiencia negativa: Fraudulent practice! Charging us for a deep cleaning when my husband only had a routine cleaning. Also back charging us for panoramic x-rays, which they did not perform, and our insurance denied it. I had a temp crown fall off multiple times. They also had to redo the permanent crown.

Experiencia fantástica: the entire staff is so wonderful every time i come in, it’s super obvious they are all super close and treat one another like family! they even give u a taste of reality tv with the amount of jokes that are made, love itttt. thank you to the nerd dentist who cleaned my teeth today, and said that being a nerd can even be fashionable, though he wasn’t..very fashionable himself.

Experiencia negativa: The first few months of my experience were pretty good. Staff is friendly and the office is nice. However, I have now been waiting for 2 months for my permanent bridge and crown. There has been no communication as to why it is taking so long. I had one appointment scheduled for this but when I arrived, they told me that the bridge and crown had not yet come in and they hadn't called me to let me know. It has been over a month since then and there has been zero communication. When I called to ask about it, I was put on hold for 10 minutes without them explaining that I needed to talk to the office manager for some reason. After 10 minutes and no offer to have someone call me back, I wondered if they forgot I was on hold and called back. As soon as I identified myself, they told me that I need to stay on hold and immediately placed me on hold before I had a chance to ask if the office manager could call me back. So I called back and asked if they could call me back and they said they could do that. Never received a call back for 2 days. Called again and the office manager happened to answer. She said she had a note to call me back but hadn't gotten to it yet. She told me that she would check with Dr. Kens and get back to me. 2 days later and I still haven't heard back. Given how much money I've already paid them for the bridge and crown (and a lot of other work), I'm honestly baffled by their lack of good customer service, especially when it started out well. I thought I had found a great dentist office but will be looking for another one.

Experiencia negativa: I was seen by them twice. The first time I was told that they would not touch me that I needed to see a specialist. They assigned me a specialist that a specialist, then canceled and said that there were no longer with this company. The company said that they would email me when they got a new one. I was never emailed then lost a cap. Had to make another appointment with them went in. Receptionist was very nice lady! The lady that took pictures was rude. She also did not put a vests on me when getting pictures taken. When I said something hurt she said well I have to get the picture and jam the camera into my face. Then when I saw the doctor, there was no compassion. I was told things that weren’t true from my first appointment. I felt like there was no help. I had a very bad experiences and I ended up leaving their office in tears and I’m now choosing to switch to a different.

Experiencia negativa: The assigned dentist and his assistant and one of the front office associate Noel seemed to be friendly and professional. As a new patient here the vibe was great except for one complaint that I submitted separately to bring to the management attention. Unprofessionalism - demeanor and lacking of respect in front office customer service on specific individual- no acknowledgement- the way this specific person talk and approach you was like I don’t care wait til I get to you. Skills can be taught, but character she either have or she don't have.

Experiencia negativa: I e had quite a bit of dental work throughout my life and have had this office place several crowns. I want to start off by saying how much I really like the staff here. I have no complaints from the work I’ve had done. However, getting in has become difficult and I’ve had to look for a new dentist. I had a cleaning scheduled and received notification that it was cancelled due to an illness, which happens. I don’t want a hygienist working while sick. I was told I would be contacted to reschedule the cleaning, but this never happened. Last November I had a tooth break. I made multiple phone calls and never reached a live person but did leave voicemails. I also went online through the website to request an appointment. I never received a return call. More recently I called again and my call went to voicemail and I left another message, and never received a return call. When I first started going here they seemed to struggle keeping the front office staff and either this continues to be an issue or the ones there simply do not follow through. I really liked the care from the back office staff and have no problems with the work that has been done, but that doesn’t help when I can no longer get in to be seen, which is the reason for the lower rating.

Experiencia negativa: This medical practice needs some admistrative support. Throughout my time as a patient, I had a few things that came up from billing to delayed crowns arriving to the flooding of 2025. This medical practice does not contact you in any way to inform you of these things, even when you request documentation. They only seem to provide communication via the front office. Clinically, their team vary. They are so backed up for cleanings that you can get your crown placed but it'll be 8 moths to clean your teeth. The crown team also vary, there's a lady who is super aggressive with your mouth which started my negative interactions with this office. There is also a crown assistant who was phenomenal and made sure you were involved, comfortable and informed through the whole process. When I wrote to the office about the difference in experience between the clinicians, there was no response. I cannot recommend this office or this brand as a fellow clinical operations professional.

Experiencia negativa: Where do I begin, first I arrive for my wisdom teeth removal and I was quoted $400 prior to my appointment. She hands me my bill and it’s $1000. No one called me to tell me about this increase in price. She also said if I do not pay for this before my surgery in 10 min I will need to leave and not receive the procedure. I paid and go back to the room. The doctor took over 20 minutes to get my IV in. I almost passed out and the nurse had to start fanning me. She blamed it on my “rolling veins”. This is a common issue and doctors are supposed to be taught how to work on rolling veins so you aren’t in paling someone for 20 minutes. Then, the nurse had to clean up the floor, my hands and arms from all of the blood because of how many times they tried to get the IV in me. I then hear the doctors discussing in the hallway for almost an hour about how to perform the procedure. My anxiety was through the roof after that. I did not feel safe. Then comes the procedure, another nurse comes in to attach my IV bag. She breaks my IV bag. Yells “Oh no! What do I do?!” The doctor says “put some duct tape on it” and then another doctor grabs my face and says she is gonna hold it there. I then scream “I’m scared”. And the drugs hit and I don’t remember anything after that. You could say it was a bit traumatic. Only go to bright now dental if you are absolutely desperate for a dentist and like to experience true terror.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is good with tooth extractions and they are willing to do local numbing instead of fully knocking you out for a tooth extraction unlike the previous place I visited. I don't remember the name of the oral surgeon but she was very accommodating and thoroughly explained all of my concerns. I am fully confident that they will address future concerns if I have any. They accept United Healthcare for insurance they are in network unlike the last place I visited who was supposed to be in network with United Healthcare.

However in the last two years they've canceled my appointments five times, never called to reschedule, and it's always months away to reschedule because they don't leave any openings despite this being an ongoing problem.

Great staff! 4Mar25--Deep cleaning today. All went well. 9Oct25--Reg maintenance today. Super easy. Hygienist Lisa is the best!

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best dental visits I have ever had!!! I have severe dental anxiety and the the staff made me feel welcome and informed me of everything they were doing. I went in for 3 fillings and was told it would be about an hour. The team got all 3 done in 20 minutes!! Allison and Hope at the front desk were so kind and amazing. They even scheduled me 2 cleanings in advance so I didnt have to worry about it. I 100% recommend this place to anyone who is scared of the dentist. They are wonderful and made my visit a dream!!!

Unfortunately I am leaving this clinic for another because they cancelled my routine appointment last minute due to short staff, which I understand, but nobody ever called me to reschedule after a week even after I requested appointment online. I would not recommend coming here because every other appointment felt rushed and there's not enough staff.

Experiencia negativa: Update 8/28 Bright Now contacted me on 8/13 and I responded 8/19 with questions. Guess what, I never heard back. Worst customer service ever. Drop from 2⭐ to 1 ⭐ I sadly lost my family dentist of 30 years. I normally get periodontal cleanings every 3 months. In April I had made new patient appointments for both my daughter and I at Bright Now in Silverdale for July. When we got there, they only had an appointment for me. Rescheduled, fortunately they were able to find up something the following week. Finally, in the waiting for our appointments, a man come in with his family, he was getting some oral surgery, but discovered it was going to be performed by a dentist he'd never even met. He was not happy about that at all, neither would I have been. Another man had been dismissed twice by various staff and had to explain he was told to wait to schedule an appointment.... Watched him sit around for15 minutes. They said they checked my insurance and my estimate was $0 out of pocket. I met the dentist and had X-rays. The staff was kind. Confirmed my need for periodontal cleanings. Then offered to schedule my first cleaning appointment IN MARCH 2026! (My last cleaning had already been 6 months ago at this point). I told them that it was NOT OK to book any cleaning out that far. She assured me I'd be put on the cancelation list. I say, ok, at least let's schedule something. I already knew i would be starting a hunt for a new dentist, again. So, it's a Tuesday.., She looks at me and says "How about this coming Thursday?" I'm baffled at the conversation we just had. Did she even look at the calendar before she claimed no appointments till March? I got an appointment, which was also said to be covered 100% by my insurance. Cleaning was fine, she was a little more aggressive than previous hygentists I've had, but I also know I'd gone a bit longer than usual for a good cleaning. She again confirms the need for periodontal cleaning, every 3-4 months. Back at the schedule desk. "We are booking out to MARCH 2026." By my calculations I need another cleaning by late October. Again, I was reassured that I'm on the cancelation list... Fine, made an appointment, this time actually for March. THEN they called me about one week later, due to a cancellation, asking if I could come in for my next cleaning in about 2 hours. #1. I don't need another cleaning yet. #2. I have 2 jobs that are 100% not the kind of job you can just up and leave on a whim. So now I see I'm just at their unstructured beck and call. I also had trouble getting them to send me copies of my X-rays. Never got my daughter's X-rays. THEN to top it off, I got a bill for the services they told me they had checked were covered 100%? SUGGESTION: How about you stop taking new clients if you don't have time to schedule them appropriately? Absolutely ridiculous. I'm sure they are fine dentists and hygentists, but as a company, Bright Now is not a place I feel valued as a client. Now I begin my search, again.

Anywho these guys are professional, They know what they're doing, professional and very up to date. 3 months ago the hygienist Alicia cleaned my teeth. My bones are receding so I get my teeth cleaned a little more often than normal usually. Alicia was welcoming, friendly, super knowledgeable, super personable, probably one of the best hygienist I have seen in my 60 years. I have three associates degrees so I know that when it comes to teaching other's correct presentation needs to be no higher than 5th grade comprehension format. Alicia use the super cool analogy of how barnacles stick to a ship and cause a real problem for the ship is the same way that plaque behaves on our teeth. I was super impressed, super easy to understand, And I've never heard that before it was very original! She's 1000% correct too! Anyway, I do recommend Bright Now Dental. PS I need to add that the office staff are sweet, problem solving, and personable which goes a long ways with me! The dental assistants are a kick in the pants and I mean that in a very positive way They are fun and the kind of people I would choose to be as my friends. I truly mean that. It's a great office!

Together, Alicia and Leah make the experience smooth and comfortable. The rest of the team is also great. Highly skilled Dr. Barett, Dr. Povolny, the ortho team, and Emily at the front desk all help create a welcoming and well-organized environment. Experiencia negativa: I’m writing this review to warn others about my deeply troubling experience at this dental office, specifically with Tina Baker, who serves as both the manager and receptionist. I’ve never encountered such emotionally abusive and unprofessional behavior in a healthcare setting. Without my consent, Tina canceled a critical dental appointment, putting my treatment plan and dental health at serious risk. I was not informed until I followed up myself — completely blindsided. This kind of sabotage is not only unethical, but it shows a shocking disregard for patient well-being. Even more disturbing was the erratic and inconsistent way she treated patients. I witnessed her being warm and friendly to others, while she was rude, cold, and dismissive toward me for no apparent reason. The contrast was so stark, it felt personal and deeply unsettling. Her behavior felt unhinged and completely out of line for someone in charge of patient coordination and support. I left the office feeling humiliated, ignored, and unsafe. This is not the kind of environment anyone should experience in a healthcare setting. I urge others to proceed with caution. If professionalism, reliability, and basic human decency matter to you — look elsewhere.

Experiencia positiva: Don’t get surgery here - the oral surgeon is completely unreliable with schedule changes the day of surgery and they can’t clean your teeth until next year - their availability is just crazy - go somewhere else if you can, this place is way over booked - too many patients compared to doctors and when you have an appointment they constantly try to change it - they can’t stick to their own schedules which is really inconvenient

Experiencia fantástica: I got a cleaning from Alicia yesterday 5/22/25 . I have major anxiety going to the dentist and Alicia did an amazing job. She was kind, gentle, and talked to me about what was happening so I was prepared for what was happening next. She noticed mid way when I was having a hard time( the sounds are pretty overwhelming for me) she noticed, took a pause from the cleaning and checked in to make sure I was ok. That ment the world to me as I’ve had some pretty traumatic experiences at other offices in the past who kept going even when I was in tears. Forever grateful for this experience and want to give her all the praise possible! I had a good experience with the dentist as well when I was in a few months back as well. My only complaint was having to book my appointments out on the schedule so far, but I had gotten a call from being on the wait list to come in for a cleaning sooner then my scheduled appointment in November.

The only drawback is that I have to wait till January to get an appointment with the hygienist as they are booked solid. The dentist office was very clean and the front office staff was very friendly. They did x-rays, and measured my gums. They were very thorough.

It helped they were welcoming and even better when Dr Barrett and his assistant eased me into my first root canal procedure. I had no pain during the appointment and no anxiety from this point forward. Thank you to the team!

Experiencia negativa: Went in for tooth pain. Was told I needed a crown. It took them 3 times on the same crown to get it right. At one point a hygienist used the wrong bonding cement so they had to shave off more of my tooth. Left there with more pain than I stated. Had to go o a different dentist to get it fixed. Because they had shaved so much tooth it hit the root. Had to get a root canal.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely worst experience of my life. They definitely do not have your best interest in mind. The reception staff is very unprofessional and doesn’t keep good records. Alls I can say is RUN!!!!

Experiencia negativa: The hygienist and dentist are always fine. The hygienist Alicia was great yesterday (4/17/25). However, she recommended a periomaintenance cleaning in 3 months but the front desk said the next available appointment is in December - 8 months out! I have had other cleanings missed and scheduled too far out due to Bright Now being too full and not being able to keep consistent hygienists. It isn't helpful to have a cleaning every 8-12 months when 3 months is what's needed.

Experiencia negativa: I would give zero stars if I could. Do not go here in the event of an emergency. I was in severe pain and drove over an hour to get here. The dentist was condescending. He spoke past me to his assistant in dental lingo. He did not speak clearly nor kindly to me about what was wrong. I was in severe pain and scared crying. He had no time to relieve the pain nor the situation. I was sent home with an appointment for three weeks out to see the specialist in their office and a prescription that had I not told him of my medication allergies would have not been correct. I left and knew I could not endure the pain level and that it was not safe. I found another specialist who would take me same day that week. I got in and was taken care of that day and am now healing already.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at Bright Now! Everyone is helpful and nice, from the office staff to the assistants to the hygienist to the dentist. I was able to get an initial exam and X-ray and my crown fitting very quickly and, though they were booked out 6 months on hygiene visits, because I was flexible, they were able to fit me into a few cancellations to move up my deep cleaning appointments by several months! Dental work is never fun, but it’s so much easier when you have knowledgable, caring staff with a good sense of humor! Edit: Just came from a crown seating and Leah and Dr. Barrett were great! Leah had helped me pick the perfect color for my crown and they both took extra time and care to make sure it was seated perfectly. I also forgot to mention that Alicia was my hygienist and did a great job with my SRP. (And Victoria made me laugh after my x-rays) Thank you all for helping me keep my smile!

I am so grateful as it was a struggle for me to get to that appointment. AND, they fit me into their schedule for the NEXT DAY to replace a loose crown. AND, she coached me to sign up for their dental plan which saved hundreds of dollars. I am still amazed! Thank you so much!

Experiencia fantástica: Both the dentist and tech moved in concert. There was not a wasted movement between them. The numbing agent took first try. All i had was one filling and it took about 20 minutes start to finish. This is a great place for the nervous.

Experiencia negativa: After 2 hours of travel,at my own expense,they refused to even look at the very expensive and detailed images that I had provided for them. They took one xray,did a quick exam and the doctor told me that he did not have the right equipment to examine my tooth well enough to feel comfortable doing a root canal. Go somewhere else. I was scheduled for a root canal so why did they waste my time and money even having me come there? They had my images far in advance so why did they refuse to use them? This place is a joke but it's not funny.

Experiencia positiva: Multiple changes ~ Vastly improves services. From the front office to Xrays to every dental professional, the Silverdale Office is addressing my vast dental needs. From childhood to young adulthood, my experiences were painful and sometimes unnecessary. I found and stayed with a great local dentist until he retired. Then it was bad experiences again. Bright Now Silverdale addresses that reluctance and fear without shame. It'll be a long process, but they are giving me that smile they advertise on their front windows. I am grateful!!

Experiencia negativa: Horrible!! The hygienist walked, talked, and moved extremely fast. My son and I had a hard time understanding what she was saying. But what we could understand was board line rude. She was dropping things on the ground and grabbing sterile tools with her bare hands and then dropping most of it on the floor. She dispensed floss with her bare hand and used it in my kids mouth. The dentist was almost just as bad. We will never go back there again!!

Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment schedule for 8 on a Friday morning. I show up and they had cancelled my appointment without giving me any notice and I had confirmed the previous day. Where is the respect? I showed my respect by confirming and showing up for my appointment. Yet if I hadn’t shown up I would have been penalized. It’s ridiculous

Experiencia fantástica: My front two teeth broken recently and there was no saving them from the dentists in Seattle I went to bright now dental. We had hopes of saving my teeth. Dr.Wu was very professional and told me any further damage and they might have needed to extract. However Dr Wu was able to salvage my teeth and had buildups done to keep my teeth from being damaged further. Upon re visiting Dr. Williams did a wonderful job with the root canals I needed, felt comforted the entire time as I am very anxious about needles. Lety helped put my crowns in wonderfully and regarded my concerns on any adjustment I needed for them. I would recommend Bright Now! to anyone wanting a friendly wholesome experience when it comes to dentistry.

Experiencia fantástica: I haven’t been to the dentist in over a year so I was feeling very anxious for my appointment. I was scared to feel judged but that wasn’t the case here. Everyone was so welcoming, encouraging, and genuine!! It eased all my concerns and I’m so excited get a plan started to get on the right track of fixing my teeth. I would recommend bright now dental to anyone!

Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment to get my wisdom teeth removed. My appointment was first at 11 am then got moved to 12 and then 2! Then didn't even get called back till about 3:45 pm... They have you wait for such a long time for no reason!!! It's so annoying and stupid since this happens every single time I go in!

Experiencia negativa: Really appalled at the doctor's bedside manner. My child was in there getting a root canal today and I was unaware that she needed two root canals and I can only afford one today. He made her feel awful and told his assistant to make sure the next patient can afford their work being done . He also refused to fill her tooth with a permanent filler gave her a temporary fill and told her he wouldn't fix it until she could afford the other root canal and crown which my insurance pays for most of it but they want $1800 out of pocket . I am lucky enough to even make enough to qualify for any kind of insurance and to even be able to pay for any dental visit. For someone to be that rude that is disgusting and hurtful especially to a young adult.

Experiencia fantástica: I had to wait months from my initial exam (I'm a new patient) until my cleaning. However, when I finally did have my cleaning appointment the hygienist listened to my concerns and was very thorough and did a great job. The staff was very professional and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: My front bridge broke just before I was to attend my nieces wedding.Dr. ⁹Williams and staff had my new bridge in my mouth in 8 days. I was also impressed by their kindness and empathy for my toothless state. I will recommend their services .We enjoyed the front desk staff, too. Thank you so much!

Experiencia fantástica: Im a Returning patient and i Showed up in excruciating pain at 830am(they open at 9), and not only did they work me in immediately, but also had me out of pain and comfortable quickly. Very courteous and professional service. 10/10 would recommend and return.

Experiencia negativa: Been waiting on seeing if my insurance would cover orthodontics. Visited in December, my insurance company heard nothing until May 6th after I called BrightNow multiple times to get the ball rolling. It is now June 7th and my insurance company is still waiting on additional documents and I have never been reached out to for follow-up. Lack of communication and limited staffing truly is not doing this company any services.

Experiencia negativa: I went in for a consultation about gum recession. The dentist was 40 minutes late, did not apologize, then spent 1 minute with me and left. Worst experience ever. Didn't explain much just said I need to do gum graft and I had to quickly ask a couple questions. I bet he will charge me a whole hour's worth of consultation from my insurance. I will get a second opinion as he didn't offer options but said my case is mild.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely great experience. Inclusive and accommodating. I am in a wheelchair, have a trans teen and an 8 year old with sensitivities. We all go here for our care, and every visit so far has been exceptional. Despite my youngest's sensitivities, the whole team had her feeling as comfortable as is possible in a dentist's office. As she left, she said, "I love my new dentist." Highly recommend. Note: if you have a young child with sensitivities, it might help to show them Daniel Tiger's dentist episode so they know what to expect.

Experiencia negativa: The receptionists and the dentists need better communication. I am beyond frustrated by the receptionists telling me procedures are happening that then don’t happen. I had 2 procedures planned for one day, and after getting the first procedure done and completely numbed up, they canceled my second procedure. After paying for the first procedure and going home, I got a call that I owed another $50.

Experiencia negativa: I'm updating my review to remind anybody thinking of going to Bright Now in Silverdale to check these reviews first you have other options don't make a mistake going into this location. Look at the other reviews on google. Do t be fooled stay away from Bright now .I had a very very poor and overly expensive work done at this office in Silverdale. I asked this office to help me transition to implant dentures after 2 horrible falls and it was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I feel completely scammed by this office. They couldn't even give me the cost of the work till I was in the chair awaiting an oral surgeon. When they finally dropped the bomb on me how much this was going to cost I was 20 mins into my appointment to have all my teeth removed Ridiculous!!! They even asked me to bring multiple money orders to my appointment because they couldn't tell me the cost in advance.. unexceptable. The absolute worst part of this huge procedure they put me thru was they never call once to follow up or ask me how I was doing after they removed every tooth and put in 2 implants. No call no nothing they just took my 10,000+ dollars cash and closed me out. Thank God I found Galati dental in Silverdale who for the last 4 months have been helping me correct the poor oral surgery that was done at Bright Now in Silverdale . They were shocked to see what Brightnow left me with. Seriously think twice before you walk in this place. It's a dental factory not a local dental office. I will never get back what I lost by using this dental office the amount of money and time spent for a poor job done makes me so frustrated.

Experiencia negativa: No stars. Dr talked to me like I was stupid when I asked for further explanation about the issue and options. Front desk was completely incompetent. Stood there for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Felt dirty. Will not be back. Waste of my time and money. Wish I never went there as I now have to go pay again for a second opinion elsewhere. Do not go here. They don't even have the proper xray equipment to tell you what work you need done so you'll just end up having to go somewhere else. This office sent me into a full blown panic attack. Only saving grace was the nice assistant I had that was helpful. Upon further research this office is known for issues. They even lost my original referall to begin with! This place is a joke. Do not go here!

Experiencia negativa: 11/17 Update: took them a month to get an appointment after they screwed us. We couldn’t do it because we had plans and work the week of thanksgiving. They told us there wasn’t any openings until MAY. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL NEVER GET AN APPOINTMENT, CHECKUP, OR CLEANING. THEY WILL GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE YOU DONT GET IN. Had a dentist appointment on a holiday. Called me 24hrs before to tell my WHOLE FAMILY they had an “emergency” and that when they get around to it NEXT WEEK they would reschedule us. On a holiday they pulled this. First cleaning ever and we’ve been waiting over 6months to get in. Was on the “on call” list and never got called even once. So now we are in limbo. No idea when we are supposed to get our overdue cleaning. Poor planning. Poor management. Definitely showing they are not making the effort to correct the issues they created. Zero follow through because we still have no appointment. Finally after spending 2 hours on the phone and two additional calls to the district manager which took 3 hours and two calls to get called back from, they say that they have no idea when they will be able reschedule until the hygienist gets back. They have two requests out to temp agencies. THEY EARNED THE ONE STAR. If they could get a negative star id give it to them. They have literally inspired me to pay for a different insurer to avoid going to this location or business. They won’t even pull over another hygienist from another location. Their response to the whole thing was essentially “oh well. You live near Silverdale so we don’t care, you get to wait.”

Experiencia fantástica: Best place to go. The doctor there has a calming voice and she's friendly. The staff make it fun to. If you have Medicare medicaid this is your place. I have had a lot of work done and I have paid 0 for it. Don't delay go.

Experiencia negativa: Went in for oral surgery..my mouth was cut from the inside of my moth, the corner of my lip and up my cheek. No one told me, my husband noticed when leaving. My procedure estimate and estimate cost of care from insurance was off by $2k. I understand this may happen but $2k?!?! Thats a huge difference! In the end I only had one of two procedures completed and will not go back. I plan to switch insurance asap. Also, there is no separate exit, and you are wheeled through a packed lobby while loopy. It's very embarrassing. In addition my daughter goes here for braces and the orthodontist is only here 1-2 times per month. So if there is any kind of issue like a broken band, exposed wire or bracket that pops off.. you are SOL until next apt.
