Experiencia fantástica: When I left my previous dentist because they stopped using insurance I looked around and decided to give One Dental a try, I’m glad I did, treatment plan for teeth is great, use of insurance is excellent and they are working with me after Chemo therapy and Radiation to take care of my teeth and mouth after such an invasive procedure. Dr Stucki and staff are awesome, give them a try.

Experiencia fantástica: Got a filling done with Dr. Stucki. Him and his assistant, Tarrah, were very respectful and attentive to my questions & concerns. They both did an amazing job! My filling felt completely healed the next day, which has never happened to me before; usually it takes me between 1-2 weeks for a full recovery. I may attribute this accelerated recovery to the ozone treatment that is offered at the clinic. I was able to eat my regular foods with no issues the next day, like nothing ever happened! Feeling very relieved that I had such a positive experience and I would recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a new dentist. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve traveled from out of state multiple times to come to One Dental in Silverdale, and that alone should say a lot. Dr. Stucki and Tarrah are truly exceptional. I’ve had significant dental anxiety from past experiences, and for the first time in my life, I felt completely at ease in the chair. Dr. Stucki has such a calm, grounded presence. He’s gentle, efficient, incredibly skilled, and genuinely patient-focused. After the procedure, it honestly felt like my body exhaled. I had tears in my eyes, not from discomfort, but from realizing how different this experience was from anything I’ve had before. He worked on multiple teeth seamlessly, and the results were beautiful. You can tell he’s not just technically excellent, he’s intuitive, present, and truly cares about the person in the chair. Tarrah is hands down one of the best hygienists I’ve ever encountered. She’s calm, intuitive, and works in perfect sync with Dr. Stucki. I also have to say she is exceptionally skilled with numbing. Gentle, precise, and effective without the usual discomfort or multiple attempts. It makes a huge difference. This is easily my dream dental team. If you’ve ever struggled with anxiety or felt rushed or overlooked in a dental setting, this place is completely different.

Kim’s guidance on how to use various items to prevent plaque has improved my gum health. Dr Stucki is in the process of taking care of a decay and replacement of a crown. Experiencia negativa: This office isn't transparent, at all. One of the main things I look for in a healthcare provider is transparency. Based on some of the reviews I've read, it sounds like they try to overdiagnose too. In my particular case, they offered a treatment that wasn't covered by insurance. It's called "ozone therapy". It's allegedly used for cleaning. They didn't bother giving me other options. They just automatically suggested that treatment. A transparent practice would have given me options and said what is and what isn't covered. Yes, I know we have paperwork we fill out that says what to expect. But let's be honest, not everyone reads every detail. Usually I am thorough (it's how I caught their billing error I describe below), but this day I just wasn't. Even so, they made it seem as though it was the only option. There was also the issue that they had the wrong information with regard to my insurance. Apparently their records show my insurance covered 30% for basic services, but it was actually 70%. I am the one that actually caught it and brought it to their attention. Not sure who is at fault, whether it is the insurance company or the provider, but this is the only place where that mistake has occurred. They should be extremely thorough with this. If I wasn't the type that's usually thorough when it comes to coverage and billing, I would have been paying way more than I should be for who knows how long. I urge patients to check coverage with their insurance and then compare what the dentist has on their end to see if they match. Edit: I am changing my review from a 2 star to a 1 star after finding out that not only did they not verbally inform me the ozone therapy isn't covered by insurance, they also didn't verbally inform me that it was not FDA approved. Again, I am sure they have this outlined in their forms somewhere. But it was just one of those days where I wasn't being thorough, except for when it came to the actual billing of insurance. But still, they could have verbally told me if they wanted. They choose not to. Every dental office I've gone to has verbally informed me because they know not everyone reads everything and they want to be fully transparent and not bury important details in pages of text. It's an act of good customer service. In addition to that, I am also changing my review to a 1 star after having spoken to Hilary about 2-3 weeks ago. I had called because I was going to just finish my treatment plan (though I had requested to modify) and get it over with and then find a new place. But after speaking to Hilary, I decided to cancel and just switch immediately. I had spoken to Hilary when I was scheduling my appointment and we spoke about my experience described above. She was argumentative, ill-mannered (she kept interrupting me) and had no sense of customer service whatsoever. No idea why this dental office would hire her.

Experiencia positiva: I was dropped off in the parking outside the dentist office. I was under heavy sedation and there were no nursing personnel out at my car side with a wheelchair like there was last time. This time I Had to stumble along in the parking lot and nearly fell twice. Other that that all went well.

Knowledgeable dentists who know their stuff and don’t upsell you? Check! I’m sold!

I just switched to One Dental from another dentist and have been impressed by the professionalism displayed by both the dentist I saw and their entire support staff. They actually took the time to educate me about my condition and explained why they were prescribing my course of treatment. It’s hard to say this about a trip to the dentist….it was a positive experience.

Advanced practice hygienists save time waiting between appointment stages. Online scheduling and short wait times. They accept Care Credit, which is good because many of the healthy service options I wanted are not recognized by my insurance. Bonus is ease of access to the facility, parking, and beautiful views while you wait.

Experiencia negativa: As a physician I have been pleased with Dr. Mary Correll’s technical skills and expertise over the past two years. Unfortunately, after a routine cleaning by one of the One Dental Hygienists I continue to have respiratory concerns following problems with an ozone treatment that is neither FDA approved nor proven to be beneficial according to the dental literature. I was disappointed that there wasn’t informed consent prior to the potentially hazardous treatment.

The dentists are by far the best I have ever had, and I trust only them with my mouth. I just had a bridge, and implant prep done and they put me under with IV sedation. What an amazing experience !!! I do not remember anything that happened during my surgery. I now have a beautiful bridge and an implant going in in January. I am overjoyed that I can chew again without pain. Thank you so much Dr. Mary and the the fantastic team for giving me my confidence back.

Experiencia fantástica: It was a great experience for me and my son at One Dental Clinic yesterday. Everyone in the clinic was amazing and very helpful. I know that we will be very much taken cared of. I highly recommend this clinic.

Experiencia negativa: I have mix feelings for this place. The front desk staff seem very nice. But be aware of which providers you choose. The dentist for invisiline seens to know what she is doing and they promise me no hidden fees. However, the dentist for routine care is not a honest men. We have specifically stated that we do not want any unnecessary procedures which the insurance will not cover and yet we were tricked into paying it. We have no energy to play any mind games. Long story short, they even add more charges to all of my family members’s dental cleaning which always have been cover by Tricare for no additional cost. My family have since switched to a different dentist at another location and we are very happy with the service there. Don't get rid off here and to save you from the headache; make sure to keep away from this office and specifically away form routine dental care here. For your information, we were charged over $3400 after insurance for wistom teeth removal and other rountin dental care. ( we are going to need a lawyer). They will add other stuff into your routine dental care which other honest dentist will not do.

The technology here is absolutely phenomenal and my teeth had a fabulous fashion show where I was able to see what they all look like Instead of just x-rays. - UPDATE - this place keeps getting better! I had temporary crowns put in and used my Water Pic (Don’t do that by the way lol). Well… one of my temporary crowns came off and I called the office because I wasn’t sure if it was ok to wait till Monday to have it fixed. I figured I would get an answering service but nope! I got my Dentist himself. He was very reassuring and I waited till Monday to get it glued back on. I am just simply impressed.

Experiencia negativa: I'm so extremely hurt by my most recent experience. I had wonderful treatment and care from the dentist and assistants. It all feels tainted due to the office manager Hilary. Almost every time I've been there she misreads or doesnt understands my billing. Telling me its a large total saying "oh wait" then giving me a lower amount or I dont owe anything at all, all in a 90 second interactions. It's been a frustrating several months trying to get it fixed going back and forth with being told I dont owe anything then getting a large bill in the mail. I even had a 3 way phone call with her and my insurance to get it fixed where they told her she just needed to send in an EOB. That was three weeks ago and I had an appointment a week after where she again mis stated my balance when I have a credit to my account. When she told me I owe i said nope I have a credit when she looked again she confirmed. Today I recieved another bill of over $800. I called to try to get it fixed. I attempted to remind her of the conversation with the insurance company when she said there was no notation and she had no memory and asked me if I knew which EOB to send in. I told her she needed to start noting these conversations because at this point it's absolutely ridiculous. As I was trying to talk she kept interrupting me especially when I was explaining previous encounters and my frustrations which is when she said I was being aggressive. I was so taken back and through tears told her that was a horrible thing to say to me. I told her I wasn't being aggressive She also made comment "you don't think raising your voice is aggressive" i told her I was frustrated not aggressive i even went through saying im not using foul language im not attacking you and she responded "I'm not going to argue with you" and "i already said im sorry" I don't think I was actually raising my voice until after she called me aggressive I think she may have perceived me telling her to stop interrupting me as raising my voice. (Hilary I dont believe your sorry, its not going to fix your constant errors.) It really feels like I was trying to stand up for myself against someone who has no idea what they are doing and in a position of power. I'm just at a loss and feel so disrespected. I'm exhausted trying to get this billing taken care of. The least she could do is notate and take criticism. Unfortunately with other patients i have heard her on her phone calls making similiar errors. I ended up canceling my upcoming appointment. With Hilary in her current position I don't feel safe doing business with One Dental.

The staff are so friendly and kind, Dr. Mary was great for my first exam, they hygienist was beyond sweet and then Dr. Stucki did a procedure on me and could not have done a better job. I was anxious and a bit distressed and he was incredibly reassuring, and how I felt throughout was clearly a genuine priority for him. I'm so thankful I found them.

In my last Dental office visits at other locations, I truely was ushered from one room to another getting xrays and photos to having a big flat screen in my face and them telling me what I needed and how much I would need to pay. Not at One Dental... One location and all about the care. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything she was doing. She answered all my questions patiently and provided helpful tips for maintaining good oral hygiene. The entire staff at One Dental went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. I love that when you check in the team works together to take good care of the patient. I was early and they called for any available Dental Assistant to start my new patient exam. The DA was friendly, informative and she made me feel welcomed. Then, when it came to my cleaning, my hygienist was thoughtful, personable and transparent on my treatment. Today i had my crown placed and it was such a smooth appointment. The dental assistant and the doctor were gentle and took their time to ensure my crown was placed appropriately. When I visit this office, I sense/feel the care and passion the team has for their patients and job. In other words, they're their because they want to be there.
