On staff is a dedicated insurance person. What a pivotal role! She makes my changing needs a smooth journey. They are also teachers who discuss various aspects of dental health. Experiencia negativa: If I could rate a negative I would. The office staff is completely incompetent. They tell you they’ve booked an appointment, then you show up to the appointment to find out the appointment was never actually booked. But yet they want to charge you for cancelling an appointment that they never sent you a confirmation of appointment on. Then when you try to resolve the issue and ask questions they want to hang up on you, because you don’t just get out the card and pay the bullshit fees. Do not recommend!

I’m on antibiotics now for preparation for tooth removal after failed root canal surgery. When I get that done I could not ask for a more competent dentist. I’ve been avoiding the surgery but now have no fear and all the confidence to be in Dr. Chung’s profession hands.

Five ’s across the board. They also have a cool monthly program to where you pay a flat fee and then when you’re ready for your treatment, all of the funds that you’ve accumulated over the months go towards that days visit. It’s a great option for people who don’t want to pay for their service in one bigger chunk.

I’ve also gotten PDO threads and fillers that made a huge improvement. I love that Dr Chung has a great eye and listens to what result I’m wanting to achieve. My botox typically lasts between 4-6 months. Vicky does amazing facials and I’m in love with the diamond glow facial she does. I immediately see a huge improvement when I get these done. She’s helped me to get my dry skin and breakouts under control. Her facials are super relaxing! I also cannot say enough good things about Dee. He is wonderful about communicating with me any specials going on. I love that they use the Alle app and I’m able to earn points for any procedures done to save on future expenses. Definitely go check them out! I was on the fence about getting Botox and fillers but now I am hooked!

Experiencia positiva: Well today I went to see the dentist at Smile Shop Dental. I started seeing lat May. I went in because I needed a implants bridge for my upper froTVnt teeth. I was given a price last year that it would cost me 11 thousand for everything. They have put in 4 implants and extracted one tooth because it cracked when they were doing a procedure. They put in a clear fack plastic bridge which was cheap and it broke twice. They put in a crown that also broke off. After being away for several months from going to them. They changed the estimate that the gave me. They want to do bridges on my bottom teeth. So instead of 11 thousand for my bridge on top. They want to charge me an extra 14 thousand. They quoted me one price and now they want double the money. Thats is not right. I had a bridge before that cost me 10 thousand. Had I known this. I would have never done any business with them. I will now start looking for someone that can get me the bridge I was promised.

I've interacted with most of the staff at this point, and have found every single one of them so kind and friendly, on top of being knowledgeable and providing education at every opportunity. When I say Dr. Grace goes above and beyond, that's really an understatement. She's an incredibly talented dentist, but also a true patient advocate. Antonio and Vickie are both excellent hygienists, and Tiffany and Crystal treat you like family. A Fall bonus is the fun Halloween decorations Dee put up throughout the office - they're top notch! If you're looking for an exceptional dental practice, I can't recommend Smile Shop enough.

The office sends a text message to complete the forms before your appointment. Easy to find, good parking area. The office is beautiful. Everybody was nice. Christine assisted me with my X-rays, very good on her job. Dr Chung went in detail over the X-rays and the exam explaining alternatives for my needs. Answered all my questions. Antonio, my hygienist did an awesome cleaning, very detailed on his job, pleasant and knowledgeable. Definitely a great dental office.
