Experiencia negativa: Had an appointment for a cleaning. Office wanted to charge for X-rays which I had taken six months earlier. Told them I didn’t need X-rays as they were unnecessary for this cleaning. Was told I could for go the C-rays and still get the cleaning. Signed paperwork. Directed to the back. Dentist refused to see me since I didn’t have X-rays done. Called my previous dentists in Florida and Virginia and they relayed sounded like a scam as X-rays are only done once a year or sometimes longer depending on the patient’s condition. Recommended other dentist in area. Unsure why a dentist cannot provide service without cost to the patients. Noticed this office appears to pressure sale services that may not be required.

Experiencia fantástica: Genuinely wish I could give more than 5 stars. A few years ago I got some cosmetic work done on a tooth I was self conscious about. A week or so ago I woke up and had chipped that bonding in my sleep. I saw some before and afters that Smile Mas Dental has done and chose to go there to get it fixed. Immediately upon entering the receptionist was so warm, welcoming, and sweet. Grettell, a fantastic hygienist promptly got me and we headed back. She was so nice and easy to talk to. I feel like she took the time to listen and know my concerns and goals with this appointment. Dr. Cole then came in and examined my x-rays and teeth. He was absolutely amazing. He was super informative about the process of what he was doing step by step. His work completely exceeded my expectations. I WISH I had gone to him the first time I had gotten my bonding done. His work was exactly if not better than what I thought my smile was capable of. Grettell and Dr. Cole were so amazing; always making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I can’t recommend this place enough!

If you want your smile back go to Smile Mas Dental. I called another dentist Monday no answer and they never called me back. Called Smile Mas tuesday morning explained that I had a cracked or broken tooth and they got me in same day 11 am. Again I DO NOT LIKE THE dentist. Everyone and I mean everyone was nice. The energy was good. The vibe was nice, Dr. Cole and I forget his assistance name when they were pulling my tooth, they were jamming to the music. And that put me at ease and then in my head I started reciting the lyrics. Felicia was great to talk to. 5 stars for Felicia ,Dr.Cole and the rest of the staff. 5 Stars Top Notch service.

Experiencia negativa: Be careful going here!!! I went here a few years ago and they told me I had 10 cavities, I had 2 root canals, I needed a deep cleaning and invisalign I was quoted over 1,300 dollars. I was extremely upset by the experience and didn't want to go back to a dentist for a long time because I was embarrassed by the state of my teeth. I ended up going to a completely new dentist and they told me I only had 2 cavities. This place was full of it just trying to make me feel bad and make money. Get second and third opinions before you let them drill into your teeth!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had a lot of dental work done in my life strictly because of past life habits, and I’ve never experienced a team so fast and efficient and gentle when they do the work, I just wanna thank Dr. Ben and his team to name a few of them Grettell, Maria, and Ella for taking good care of me and getting my teeth fixed.

Experiencia fantástica: When calling, it was very easy to get connected to front desk. Upon arrival, I was met with friendly, upbeat receptionists! A very modern dentist's office. I was impressed with the newer technology and big TVs for the patients. Dr. Cole looks you in eye, and throughly explains the situation. He's not rushed, one bit. I thought I had some decay with a back tooth (pain when chewing) but Dr. Cole determined it was a raised area of an existing filling causing the pain. He took his time and "filed" it down. Now the bite is more even. Time will tell, but I feel he solved the issue. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent Clinical Work, Significant Management Failure My initial experience with this office in August, after breaking my bottom denture, was overwhelmingly positive. The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the dentist was professional. The technical work itself is also superb: I received my new full set of dentures on October 23rd, and I am very pleased with the high quality of the final product so far. However, the operational side of the practice showed a severe lack of organization and follow-through, creating significant frustration that was entirely outside of my control. I had my first scheduled wax fitting appointment on October 11th. I arrived, but the dentures were not ready and were still in the wax stage, forcing an immediate reschedule to October 20th. This second date was personally significant, as it was my daughter's 48th birthday, and I was genuinely excited to attend her dinner, finally able to smile and eat comfortably. Despite the prior delays, the dentures were still in the wax stage on the 20th, forcing yet another reschedule. In response to my obvious disappointment over these back-to-back delays, a second dentist offered a gesture of compensation: a gift card for my daughter and me to Chapalas, our favorite Mexican restaurant. I appreciated this spontaneous offer as a way to acknowledge the office's scheduling failures. I received the beautiful, high-quality dentures on October 23rd as promised. But the compensatory gift card was never mentioned or provided. I want to be perfectly clear: I do not fault the technical skill or the friendliness of the staff, which are top tier. But it is deeply unprofessional to make a specific, explicit promise to compensate a patient for an error that was solely the practice’s responsibility, and then fail to deliver on that promise. Offering a gesture and then ignoring it feels like nothing more than "dangling a carrot" to diffuse a customer service issue, which is unacceptable business practice. My review is a split assessment: Five stars for dental work and staff kindness; one star for management integrity and follow-through. The integrity of a business is paramount. I've since been given the card promised, they were delayed. 5 Stars to ALL at Smile Màs Dental. They are a business of integrity!

I’ve been here twice now and have a follow-up appointment next week. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and such a warm welcome! I usually hate going to the dentist because of fear, anxiety, and a bit of judgment (lol), but all the dentist and staff here are always kind, patient, and really listen to your needs. I was created with a friendly smile, and even though my appointment wasn't until noon they got me in and quickly. When they took x-rays and seen what the problem was the doctor came in almost immediately and we discussed my options. When everything was said and done they cared enough to call me later on to find out if I was ok!! Experiencia positiva: Very clean. Location was very convenient for me and plenty of parking. Was a bit upset when I came in 15 minutes early knowing I had paperwork to fill out. Front desk individual asked my name and then asked me to have a seat. Two other clients arrived after I did, atleast 5-10 minutes. She then processed them in before me and one was also a new patient. After sitting waiting the other two clients were called to the back. Still sitting for another 5 minutes she finally calls me and ask me to fill out the questionnaire and medical history. At this point I was angry. I could have had everything filled out when I first walked in instead of sitting there wasting time. They need a new front desk personnel who doesn't pick and choose who she wants to help first, based on what? The Hygienist, Dentist and Finacial Advisor were all great and professional! Because of them I'll continue as a client. Sorry I couldn't give 5 stars.

Experiencia fantástica: This is my favorite dentist! Ms. Ella is welcoming and kind, so is Ms. Pam (i think that's her name). I have really bad anxiety and Ms. Brittany stayed and let me hold her hand through my procedure. Dr. Jas is gentle and patient. I almost had an anxiety attack(I have sensory issues) and they allowed me to calm down before proceeding. I left with a smile, they were very informative. I know my children will be in good hands because I was. The only dental office I'll ever go to and im in the military I wouldn't go on base. Definitely will be a return patient.

Derek was very helpful to walk me through the process of financial assistance. I had another great experience at Smile Mas Dental! Dr. Jas prepped me for a crown and made me comfortable during the process. He was responsive when I had a question or concern. His staff followed up with me the next day.

Ella was the front desk staff which has a warm and friendly welcoming, check in was smooth and seamless. Brittany, was the dental assistant that helped with X-rays and explaining what the dentist was going to do. Dr. Cole was exceptional at explaining the procedures, options, next steps, and what I needed to get done. He was also very gentle. Lastly, Felicia helped me check out and explained all the co-payments, fees, charges, and paperwork. Overall every one was knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. 5/5 in all areas.

The office is clean, so are the machines, I’m basing the cleanliness off of my experience with my previous dental office, it was visibly cleaner as soon as I entered the space.

Grettel was so sweet and made me feel relaxed as I was a little nervous about my procedure.. But then enters Dr Cole the sweetest most knowledgeable with great bed side manner Doctors I have ever had.. I absolutely felt very comfortable and the dental procedure was perfect.. I can definitely say he is the best dentist I have ever had. Thanks to all the staff at Smile MAs Dental for such a positive experience..

Experiencia fantástica: We avoided coming back to this location since 2019 when it was owned by a different provider. My son had a slight dental emergency and they accommodated us immediately. The front office staff Ella and Derrick were friendly professionals , and a great reflection of the back office! I will be bringing my children back to this location to receive their dental services from now on. I appreciated how clean, organized, and professional this office is! Who ever took over this practice hats off to you for changing my perception of this location.

Experiencia negativa: Hey this place has good & so so? While the good is friendly, very professional and clean! They also have Hi/tech and many gadgets and toys! The dentist listen and they staff is very supportive! The so/so in my opinion is that they have to upsell on treatments and cleanings! I had to basically tell them I just wanted a cleaning , no bells or whistles, no deep Cleaning! It took time and they even made me sign a waiver! So that’s my opinion! This is a follow up on 8/2/2025 after a conversation with Ben the Dentist! We talked about the upselling and waivers that were required by Smile Mas! He requested as a Condition of future visits that’s this be revised or deleted! This was a condition of future visits! While I do appreciate that any business works hard to get positive reviews and strives to avoid negativity in reviews! Nothing has changed in my original review as they still want upsells for there bottom line and while it seems prudent to get a release for a major surgery, teeth cleans do not approach that level of legal waivers! Last by his statements, I am in search of a new Dentist!!!!

Since coming here I can honestly say they put my mind at ease no matter how anxious I am before going. I was very open and honest about my fears going in and the gentleman that did my deep cleaning checked on my mental state the whole time, it actually surprised me. The level of care is unmatched and I will 10/10 recommend them.

Unfortunately, my primary dentist recently passed away & I was so comfortable with them for many years & I was very sad to have to find a new dentist because I've had some really bad experiences before I found my last dentist. However, coming here to Smile Mas everyone has been so welcoming, understanding & professional. I couldn't be happier so far & I am absolutely glad I found them.

However, despite that being par for the course in dentistry; the medical professionals at Smile Mas Dental allow you to make informed medical decisions and take the time to learn what your health goals are and how they can best accommodate them. The professionalism shown by Dr. Cole and Grettell was exceptional. Grettell streamlined the new patient procedure, carefully capturing x-rays and using LIDAR scanning to produce a 3D reconstruction of my teeth. Dr. Cole took the time to hear my goals regarding my oral health and provided his stance on how to continue allowing time for questions in between. Overall I'm satisfied that I chose to seek treatment from Smile Mas Dental.
