Experiencia negativa: As many dentist there are in the Henderson area I was looking for someone that had 5 stars, although I left tramitized and without a front tooth! She had her assistants doing most of the work. I left out alot of details but she basically said she was confident in her work regardless of what I was feeling.. with no resolution or compensation sent me away!! If I had to go back I wouldn't have trusted her as my dentist!

Corrina, who checked me in was warm and friendly but very thorough. She had legitimate concerns for my treatment and went to get Vanessa, my new favorite dental hygienist, to confirm whether I could be seen because I had a recent knee replacement which was 3 months ago . Vanessa and Erin were both wonderful when doing my cleaning and exam. Very professional but at the same time fun. They made me feel right at home. Efficient at joking with them at the same time. Last but not least, it was clear to me that Dr Tran hand picked everyone of these employees herself. I’m not 100% on this one but the proof to me is that She is warm, inviting, funny and treated me like I was her favorite patient just like the rest of the crew. I received my printout of all the stuff that needs to be done and my wants. For the first time ever, I was not pressured into doing anything on the list in any specific order, or told that at all. Dentist have always made me follow what they wanted to do first because they wanted to get the most money out of me first. Having 5 kids, that got old quickly. All Smiles By Design is my new dentist office. I highly recommend you make them yours too.

Experiencia negativa: I have no words. I’m a bit upset to say the least. I’m all over the place but very prominent in my wording. This dental office stole $6,000 dollars from me. I paid them $6,000 in cash for services I was confused upon. I thought I was paying for a crown, a bad tooth and some other work that was imperative I get done. Nope instead it was for a Invisalign kit to straighten my already straight teeth and I’m 60 years old. The reason the dentist had my impressions is because for over $1000 I paid they told me I needed these guards to hold perio restore and Doxycycline in those trays for 20 min a day. See pic below. This will help kill bacteria and when I have my deep cleaning I’ll be less likely to bleed. And one of the perks it makes your teeth so white. Over $1000 and a waste of my money. Total SCAM ALERT! So we did talk about that Invisalign in my outlined consultation but told them to get my other work done first. Look at my teeth. Do they look like I need straightening at 60 years old and $6000? Why why would I agree to that? So I brought the Invisalign back at around 12:40 and nobody was around. I was so angry at them I was glad nobody was up front. I laid the box on top of the counter. Nobody would’ve taken it. It’s a good size box and they claim they never received it. Why would anyone steal it. They are lying. They reached out and kept calling me to come in to discuss what happened and that they wanted to make everything right. Great I’m asked to come down and have a meeting. It was 5 against me. I told them I thought I was paying for my next treatment the crowns and the black tooth I have that hurts. Dr Tran said to me Ignorance is Bliss. Nice real nice. Do you know I also paid $1800 for the deep cleaning. Yep add it up. Over $9000 in cash. No credit card. A debit card. They are more concerned with cosmetic and I’m offended, taken advantage of, no product and my teeth still have the same issues because they kept my money. I wouldn’t let this dentist touch me with a 10 foot pole. Trust is broken and so am I financially and emotionally. Plus they billed my insurance company. Fraudulent too! If any of this has happened to you contact me.

Experiencia fantástica: The best. Great dentist, and great team overall. They’re super friendly, and have always been incredibly accommodating to schedules. Also, I suffer from terrible canker sores from time to time, and they have debacterol on hand to fix them. It’s seriously a lifesaver. Stings like hell when applied, but I’ll take five minutes of a little stinging over weeks of constant pain and discomfort.

I came to her to get second opinion because I had a tooth, and the crown wouldn't stay because it was too small. She promised to save my tooth and put new crown. In a year the crown fell, and there was a black hole underneath. She destroyed a good tooth. Now I have to remove it and have an implant.

I like how they make permanent crowns in their own office the same day. I was thankful to have everything done in one day and not have to return. They still do not look like they did at the beginning. Today, I went to her office to get repairs and she said that there was nothing that she can do. I have told all of my neighbors, friends, co workers and fellow golf club members to NEVER use her for dental. There are so many more reputable places to go. I went originally because my wife met her at the hair salon and said she was a nice lady. Turns out NOT TRUE. Very unprofessional!!!!!

If you are looking for the correct Dentist office, give this one a chance. Everyone in there are lovely and takes care of you and your neglected dental problems. Never at my prior Dentist office had my blood pressure taken or get Vaseline on my lips because got them dry nor have the pleasure to be on a awesome environment since you first open the front door you have a beautiful smile taking care of you. (Most front desk employees have a long face) Give yourself an opportunity to see it for yourself, get back your confidence with a beautiful smile!!

I have always been nervous going to the Dentist but the staff and Doctor put me at ease immediately. I am excited to find a Doctor and staff that care about me and my input and that I am not just dollars to them. I highly recommend Dr. Tran and her staff!

Experiencia fantástica: I'd call it serendipity but I was looking for the best and I found it! This is a friendly, efficient group of people who worked with our issues and helped us. Its a choice to care about your patients and Dr.Tran obviously does. For example, she offers music, medicine or gas for those of us who can barely get through a cleaning... In other words, I need my dentist's office to be more like a spa than a Wal-mart and this place fits the bill! Angi doesn't recommend dentists so I went by all the positive google reviews when I decided to come here! You should too! *UPDATE* (12/9/24) We had an emergency (mouthful of crown) and of course, it was late at night but Dr. Tran called me right back @ 10:40 pm! She did some oral hand holding and gave me much needed PEACE OF MIND. What a saint.. She took us in despite the holiday season and we got our new crowns! Our family member has a debilitating affliction that requires patience and compassion and we got that in spades, thanks to the gang here. Jing was beyond patient with our situation and worked diligently to help us while, it was nice to see Tera's smiling face again. This must be a nice place to work as this is a highly efficient team that does OUTSTANDING dentristry. They sure were there for us...

Experiencia fantástica: I had thought to myself that I would never get my beautiful teeth back without getting dentures or veneers. Well, I have been given back my original teeth and smile. Dr. T. Tran and associates at ALL SMILES have given me my confidence back. I am so very,very happy. Thinking that all the dental repairs would take several visits, no it did not. It had taken about 51/2 hrs. I even fell a sleep during the whole procedure. Dr. T. TRAN and associates of ALL SMILES are very gentle,polite,patient and caring. Today I came in for a cleaning cleaning. They do the best job always so gentle and never not there in my mouth. I did have to have a cap put on because I lost the cap didn’t realize it, did this procedure without any numbing? I could come here three times a year and be happy. I love getting my teeth clean. I love seeing the staff. I love Dr. Tran. And everyone is so accommodating here all the time if they want to change your schedule because something else is going on they call you ahead of time to see if you can come in or if you need to change your schedule they accommodate . December 03,2024 I have my cleaning appointment at 11 am I'm on time as usual. As soon as I get to the dentist appointment I'm taken to get my cleaning. I am so very happy when my beautiful oral hygienist is there to take care of my cleaning. She is amazing. So amazing that I am now having my teeth cleaned every month that's how good it feels.

Every person involved in my care was truly excellent. I usually get nervous going to the dentist, but Corina & Lily made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. My treatment plan was explained in great detail by Dr. Tran, and I really appreciated the thorough approach. What sets this office apart is their focus on preventative care, rather than just quick fix bandaid approach. I even had a quick consultation with Dental Hygienist -Vanessa while I was there. It’s clear they genuinely care about long-term dental health. I highly recommend this office—100%!!

I had cold sore that time and they helped me healed faster with the help of sweet lady, Cornina, Dr. Terrie Tran and my hygienist. They were good souls that made me feel comfortable. My hygienist and the other lady were so helpful and friendly. Every person I met in the office were courteous friendly and professional. They really took the time necessary to do everything right. She answered all my questions to where I understood what she was doing. She showed professionalism pertaining to her job. She didn't rush my procedure or make me feel that she needed to get to her next patient. She took time with me to make sure I understood what she was doing. She explained my procedure step by step. My appointment time was 8am and I was called by 8:05. They are very precise with their appointment times. Lilly my Dental Assistant was pleasant and explained to me exactly what she was doing for me. She answered all of my questions and made sure I understand the procedure. She was patient and gentle with me. I felt very safe and comfortable and felt that she knew exactly what she was doing.
