Experiencia negativa: This dentist was very fun to go to always made. My kids feel comfortable. The dentist is very good and the assistance are very good but when I’m not OK with is them scheduling appointments for you and not telling you the financial obligation right there and then they don’t do it until you show up or they text you randomly that you have this payment that payment or this didn’t cover for us it was really hard. We got scheduled for feelings then they said everything was covered after we paid for the anesthesia which we did $130 we paid then they sent me a text saying oh no you have a co-pay fine. I rescheduled the appointment because I didn’t have the co-pay at that moment. I had already paid 130 upfront so I said I wanna reschedule for next week because I don’t have the $80 co-pay. Then they wanna charge me $50 $40 on cancellation fees because I don’t have the $80. No this was your fault for not telling me upfront what I had to pay you told me I didn’t have to pay anything else and that everything was covered. I don’t have a problem paying my co-pay but if you tell me, you already verified it and there’s nothing else to pay then that’s what I’m gonna go by so obviously they reschedule the appointment. They waive the fees because obviously I was very upset that they had just done the appointment in less than 24 hours and they were requiring 72 hours to cancel your appointment without any fees, which made no sense because they just scheduled it in less than 24 hours. Move forward to a week later when I schedule the appointment my husband shows up with my little one today and they tell my husband that he has another payment due because our insurance didn’t cover the feelings never did they discussed what was covered or what not was covered what were they going to put in her versus what the insurance cover to give us the patient options whether we wanna go somewhere elsewhere, they will cover it because this is the whole point why we have insurance my husband then pays for whatever fees need to be paid because at this point it’s already 10 AM my daughter is hungry. She’s little she already missed school and he just figured. Let me just get it over with, but this is not right. I called my insurance. My insurance says yes you are covered for certain feelings not the ones that they’re putting but again they should let you know this is what it’s covered but this is what we have here. Do you like to proceed or do you wanna go somewhere else for that? Never did they communicate with us and of course it’s not convenient for them because if they tell you that when they’re scheduling you, you’re obviously gonna go somewhere else where your insurance covers you so I find this very very upsetting because there goes another hundred and something dollars That I didn’t have to spend on dental work when my insurance covers it and it sucks because my kids really, really like the dentist there and the staff in the back but their financials person they need to retrain and be able to communicate with patient about what they offer versus what the insurance covers or what they’re going to be doing Not surprise you when you show up

Experiencia fantástica: Let me tell you there is no greater place than to take your children to the dead destiny air. They are so profnational. They sat and talked with my little girl. That was scared they sang to her pick. What she wanted to watch when I talked with the medical assistant boy says that there's like sitting down talking with an old friend. It's just a very relaxed family oriented place. Jerome was amazing. And just thank you for everything. I really appreciate your kindness and a company that is just so amazing It's hard to find these days and you guys knock it out of the park, so thank you. And whoever decorated their office, I would definitely let them come and decorate a kid's room their office décor is absolutely amazing.

He takes the extra time and care to connect on a human level with his patients and make them feel happy and comfortable. I literally watched my six year old son laugh and giggle while getting an injection in his gums to prepare for a filling. Jerome was amazing! I felt guilty about my son having a cavity and Jerome was so kind and connected with me on a human level. He reassured me and told me I’m a great mom and to make sure I’m taking care of myself and to not be so hard on myself. Experiencia fantástica: Carson (6) has had to have 2 teeth extracted and 4 filling. So far we had the teeth extracted and 2 fillings, Michelle and Dr. Bui have been amazing the whole way. I feel so comfortable with asking my questions and understanding. Most importantly Carson feels extremely comfortable here. This is a hard process for adults so for kids can be tramatic. Michelle made sure Carson had no worries and felt rewarded for being so brave at the end. Definitely recommended Cavity Busters for any pediatric dentist work. Best for sure.

Experiencia negativa: We have been going here since Dr.Bui was on rainbow and 215 location. They moved to Jones and we followed! I have four kids and will not come back. Being Dr Buis patient for years coming back every six months yet he never remembers any of the kids. He is in out super fast dealing with bunch of appointments at once so you sit and wait and wait. They force laughing gas on the kids if treatment needed without telling you its not covered by insurance so you think thats just part of your co pay. My final straw was when we missed an appointment for 3 kids accidentally and they kept calling saying “mom just a reminder you have an outstanding balance of $150! It was one time missed appointment after being their patients for 9 years. They re all about money sadly love taking money from the kids. Dr. Bui trained his staff to be greedy that way!

Experiencia negativa: I use to bring four of my kids to cavity busters and followed dr Bui from his old location. We were seen on the 11th Od Dec and that will be my last time! If your child needs any kind of work done they will give you the estimate and just include the price of laughing gas in the price without telling you that insurance doesn’t cover it, they want older kids 12+ on laughing gas. They just say this is your copay at the bottom, so you have to ask what its for. Ask a lot of questions because they love to take money from the kids. His staff is bold! They also call 7-10 days before apt for confirmation, and if you dont answer they will blow up your phone.

Experiencia fantástica: Hands down, best dentist with actually happy, loyal staff. If you or your child are afraid of the dentist, you should try this place. Dr. Brian (Bui) is immediately engaged in the child so that the comfort level is high, he never makes you feel bad about what dental work is needed and he is willing to help you out to get it done. He must be doing such a good job because it shows in the staff. They are always smiling and seem like they like the place they work which shows towards the kids. Gerome was very patient with my son, that gags just on an xray. This place is a really kid friendly office. They have fun paintings on the wall, movies the kids like, ipads to play and a coin vending machine for your reward after your appointment! They were so helpful to my budget and my child sensitivity. It's encouraging when the child looks forward to the cleaning and going to be in the office.

When my son got scared and started crying (his first dentist visit at 15 months old and his third visit), Dr. Bui remained calm and understanding, which made a huge difference. Dr. Bui always takes the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, and I never feel rushed during our visits. He also gives excellent advice, which has been very helpful. Dr. Bui does a wonderful job making my children feel comfortable while performing exams and procedures. Jenni was absolutely amazing and helpful! Love the new office and so do the kids. Friendly staff!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Bui is the best. We’ve been coming here since she was a toddler. He is kind and gentle and very thorough. I wish I had him when I was a kid. His staff is excellent and knows what they are doing. I highly recommend Cavity Busters to everyone!!

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter always have a fun stories of her experience during her visits,, I’m amazed when we once enter the lobby fun features inside,lots of decorations that u can take a picture, Stuffs are very friendly and knowledgeable especially Betty,, Dr. Bui is amazing very funny when it comes treating the kids , I will definitely come again and will bring my second daughter when it’s her dental visit when she grow actually she’s only 3 months I’m sure she will love here too like her big sister.

Experiencia fantástica: Cavity Busters is the absolute best pediatric dental office ever. During our visit today, the front office staff was phenomenal! To add the icing on the cake (I know bad for dental appointments, right? Lol.) Jerome, however, was just as phenomenal! A well rounded office as always. We've been coming here for years, and it keeps getting better!! Dr. Bui is the absolute best!!!!

I’m in love with the way everyone treats my kids. My kids feel safe and special coming here. Dr. Bui and Mr. Jerome are very kind and always do an amazing job. Great service!
