Experiencia fantástica: Today my daughter had her 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Escobar. The experience was 10/10, his bedside manner meant everything to me. As well as his assistant Jenny. The procedure went super fast and easy even though her teeth were impacted. I will definitely recommend the Dr and his team with my eyes closed. I’m the patient and I had an amazing experience. He took out all my teeth very quickly and it did not hurt at all. I was very comfortable and was listen to music the whole time, I even started singing during the procedure. He always would tell me what the next next step was which made me feel ready for it. I would 100% recommend him if you need your wisdom teeth removed.

Experiencia negativa: Please read especially if you’re young and are interested in Invisalign or anything else that is pricey and don’t know specifics about how financing processes work. I want to share my experience so future patients fully understand the financing process before agreeing to treatment. I used Alphaeon financing through this office and was enrolled in a promotional financing plan. I consistently made payments through autopay and believed I was responsibly managing the account. However, because the balance was not completely paid off before the promotional period ended, I was later charged nearly $7,000 in retroactive deferred interest. What was most upsetting was that the warnings regarding the expiration of the promotion were only included within account statements, NO EMAIL received from ALPHAEON, Meanwhile autopay continued withdrawing minimum payments, which gave the impression the account was still being managed appropriately. I take responsibility for not understanding the financing terms fully, but I also believe patients should receive much clearer verbal explanations regarding how deferred-interest financing actually works and the financial consequences if the balance is not fully paid before the promotion expires. Please ask detailed questions before signing up for financing and make sure you understand exactly what happens if the promotional balance is not paid in full by the deadline. It is just really disappointing.

Experiencia negativa: The front desk woman didn’t have my chart with the breakdown of the plan created on my first visit, so she couldn’t give me a breakdown of the charges for today’s visit. When I asked for a list of what I still needed to complete, she refused to help me and told me to wait for the manager, who wasn’t going to be available anytime soon. Very unorganized and frustrating. I don’t recommend this office to anyone.

I was feeling very nervous but he reassured me and told me what he was going to do before he does it. The surgery was very quick, afterwards he prescribed me medicine to take and called to check up on me to make sure i was doing okay. If you like these reasonings please go there so you can experience the same too.☺️

Saw Dr Paola Ossa Gomez and her assistant nurse Mayli, and had a root extraction and an implant inserted (by Dr Escobar - another amazing and very caring dentist). Temporary membrane placed on the area and after 3 weeks had the crown installed. No pain, no hassle, no drama - just a lot of care and professionalism. An amazing practice - from the receptionists to the assistants and the dentists - I honestly can’t speak highly enough for the professional care and service I received. It turns out my wisdom teeth were impacted and needes to be removed. I was able to have th surgery dine same day to avoid complications. He was very reassuring, his staff was also very nice. I made sure that i wasnt breaking any hippa laws with the image below. Its my bones i dont mind sharing my personal info of my bones. This was after he removed one of the wisdom teeth. The other one may take time to remove but he will take care of this when my recovery finishes.

Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional and inefficient. I just went and after 35 minutes waiting they receptionist tells me that they don't take my insurance. He never checked the information i provided when i called for an appointment, that was mu first question, he was supposed to verify and confirm to me before give me an appointment. I wait my work time . Last year they canceled me 5 times my appointment, some of them the day before. You don't play with customer times. My daughter last year after 40 minutes of waiting they told her that they have to reschedule her . My husband left them also for charging to much. By the way they quoted me a root canal for $2500 and i had it done in Doral for $1100. Last year as well. Wont see me again, neither my family and will spread the word to my coworker that also some goes there

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Escobar took out my wisdom tooth same day, I was feeling discomfort. It was a fast procedure, as with any procedure there was some discomfort associated with it but he was very informative about the process and he and his assistant were very kind and were there throughout the whole process. He administered anesthesia and anti-inflammatory and after he prescribed me pain medication and antibiotic therapy after to minimize any discomfort. He checks up on you after the procedure to make sure you are doing well. Definitely recommend him as your dental provider at American Dental Group.

I say Dr. Hernandez and Lisbet are highly recommended professionals from that practice. They both bilingual too, sometimes that helps a lot when you need to understand what procedures you need. I have return multiple times for my oral care and every time I leave very happy and calm.
