Experiencia negativa: My experience is mixed. The office is clean, and some staff are friendly, but I've been waiting seven months to complete my treatment, which has caused gum pain. When I inquired about finishing the work, they now say I owe money, even though I have two insurance policies. I called to speak with Luis, and he said he would call back in 15 minutes, but I'm still waiting. I just wanted to finish my treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: From someone who has extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist, everyone in the office was so comforting, and sweet. From a Luis who checked on me from start to finish, and did everything he could to make sure the work I needed was attainable with and without insurance, to the hygienist, who was gentle and caring, to the Dr who answered all of my questions, not rushed, and did amazing work. I drive 40 minutes just to come here because they are that great and I don’t trust anyone else. Nothing but good things to say about this office and their staff!

Experiencia negativa: If I could give zero stars I would. The manager Michael is horrible and all the dentist there do not do any good work. They did a tooth and charged me over $1300 dollars. The job was done so bad I had to go to another dentist that fixed my chipped tooth for $300. Way better job than these people seriously do not ever go here. I went back to them to tell them the chipped tooth they fixed was done poorly and they serious tried to charge me more money. I guess if you go here regularly and don’t have any actual issues you go under the radar. But aspen dental and this specific place is such a scam. Don’t ever come here

Experiencia fantástica: I took both of my sons there because we just moved to Miami from California and had visited a few dental offices but none had been a 100% positive experience until we visited Aspen Dental. The staff was very kind and accommodating, specifically the hygienist (Juan)! What a kind, gentle, wonderful person! He was very patient with both of my my kids, and gentle in his treatment, I am really grateful for his kindness and can honestly say that I finally found our permanent dental office. The doctor and the rest of the staff were great too, and I really appreciate all the love, attention, and professionalism of Aspen Dental.

Coming to the dentist can be a frightening process but they make this process enjoyable and a breeze to get through with their wonderful personalities and they make great coffee lol!

When they came in I was not 100% satisfied with how they looked so they ordered new ones with the specifications I wanted. They came out perfect! Surpassed my expectations! Lena the receptionist was very friendly and patient with us. The doctor was very in-depth with the way the procedure was going to be and the whole process. She also was very friendly and thoughtful and patient during the whole process. I did get 3 extraction done today, and I still got a longer way to get my teeth looking great again. I’ve had multiple dental emergencies and ongoing care needs, and each time, the team has gone above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. What really impressed me was how they asked what kind of music I’d like to listen to—and when I said worship music, they put it on without hesitation. That small gesture showed how willing they are to listen to their patients and create a space that feels safe and personal. They even brought me a blanket to help me stay warm and calm during treatment. They are incredibly professional while also being genuinely compassionate. I highly recommend them and plan to do all of my future dental work here. It’s rare to find a place that truly cares like this one does.
