Experiencia positiva: Appointment was for 2:30pm was not seen until 3:15pm. So had to wait 45 minutes. But other then that the cleaning was completed in a timely manner and the staff was friendly and professional.

They are not professional, and the treatment is awful. They only care about charging money and pushing credit onto their patients. Very poor work.

When asked what I am being billed for she is unable to properly explain, when I said I will call my insurance to confirm coverage she laughed on the phone call and became very defensive because she could not explain to me that what is covered at 100% is bite wings and the the full mouth xray. Applies to deductible. Can’t seem to understand how a office professional can become upset over one trying to understand what they are being billed for when asking or mentioning that I want what is covered at 100%. To top it off you can’t complain to a superior as there is non according to her. Business need to do better at selecting people who represent the business and act like they are having a conversation with a friend vs a customer. This type of employee behavior should not be accepted!
