Experiencia fantástica: I was unhappy with my dentist for almost 10 years and decided to try someone new in the neighborhood. I found the Dentists of Doral through my insurance company and decided to give them a chance. I was very warmly greeted by Liz (little did she know she was in for an adventure). I didn't have my insurance card, and she went on a trek to gather as much information as she could. After her 3rd phone call, she was able to track my benefits and hand me off to Dr. Millor. The entire time reassuring me that she would find a way and that I should not worry. Dr. Millor listened to all my worries and concerns. She introduced me to Yubrainys, who would take my X-rays and share some funny life stories while I waited. Then I met with Yaima, the hygienist, and we went over some of my other concerns. Dr. Millor came back in and went over what she thought would be a good starting plan that would address most, if not all, of my concerns. She gave me a few choices for each of my concerns, and once we settled on a plan, Liz came back in to discuss the financial aspects of the visits. She was very patient, explained the costs, and even found a few discounts. By the end of my visit, I had a full plan, finance options, an appointment, and the sense that I had found my new dental practice.

I was very nervous and Dr. Garcés and Zuedy explained everything to me, answered all my questions and really made sure I understood everything before leaving. They made me feel very comfortable and calmed all my nerves. I was very happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back!

Everywhere you look is very organized ! Dr Garces took all her time and explained my treatment, as if I was her family, she truly put care and passion into the entire appointment. Experiencia negativa: I had a very concerning experience at this office. I was told that plaque could not be removed from my teeth and that they were “beyond repair,” and I was strongly encouraged to sign up for an extensive treatment plan. That assessment did not feel right, so I went to get a second opinion from a different dentist. The second dentist confirmed that my teeth were in good condition and was able to remove the plaque buildup without any issues. Based on this experience, I would recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major treatment suggested here or not coming here at all.

Also my dentist Dr Garcés is a thoroughly trained veneers specialist who is very detailed and a perfectionist. I love a perfectionist working on my veneers, because she either gets it done right, or there’s no else! Special thanks go to the excellent staff in the front desk. Make sure you have enough anesthesia or it may be a bit uncomfortable.

They kept pushing me to do a surgery with their periodontist and made it seem like it was urgent, got an opinion from another periodontist and he told me they were trying to scam me.

They truly care about your health and well-being. They take their time to explain the procedure that they will perform, very patiently. They offer Great payment options to cater to your financial needs. I strongly recommend this practice for all of your oral needs.

Experiencia fantástica: First time visit to the dentist office in a really long time , you can imagine no idea how it could of been and honestly it was amazing and a memorable experience that I am convinced to stay with this dentist office for as long as I possibly can. Was welcomed from the beginning Liz was amazing at the time of check and ultimately helping me with my financial needs was really nice went above and beyond . Then DR. Laura Jimenez came and took me in right away for a quick evaluation and a brief history of my dental care and being such a long time since I’ve come for a check up , she immediately decided xray and a whole bunch of test and other examinations that I was completely new too . She’s very knowledgeable and caring I knew I had found a good dentist just by how she spoke and told me what was going to be done today and it was a lot which is one thing I look for , to me shows a lot . Her assistants Gretis and Coraima are both amazing, wonderful and caring and both of them explain to me every procedure that was being done to me and did an such a amazing job though my whole process , this place has amazing hospitality . And Zeudy the hygienist also very caring made sure I got the best deep cleaning on my teeth she did like four different things a couple of them knew to me and was never done to me by any dentist before this one . so I was really grateful to have met such a great experienced team . Definitely made me feel like family . Thank you all !

I came in had X-rays and they can’t give a simple quote or an idea. Take so long to get back to a previous customer. Very sad because I even referred someone here. Experiencia negativa: Worst dental experience of my life. I really wish I had read the reviews first. These guys are straight up con artists. After xrays (and the dentist finished stabbing me in the gums multiple times with a pick to "measure gum loss"), the dentist and her staff started in on a hard sell/sales pitch telling me that my insurance company and I needed to spend thousands of dollars for dental treatment, which is weird since I left my former dentist's office with a clean bill of health just a few months ago before I moved to S. FL). Then they wanted me to do another round of xrays and refused to do the basic cleaning I went there for. These scam artists wasted 2hrs of my time and now I will have to fight it out with my insurance company to make sure this wasted time didn't count against my allowed visits/cleanings per year. AVOID THIS DENTIST AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Today was my first time undergoing a root canal procedure. Dr. Gad and Jessica his assistant, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I can honestly say I did not feel any pain during the procedure. I highly recommend this team for your dental needs!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a serious dental emergency - terribly painful tooth problem, about 2 weeks ago, while visiting Maimi from NYC and went for treatment at Dentists of Doral. I’m not sure where to start. It was an outstanding experience. I have a deep, deep fear of dentists, and my teeths extremely bad condition reflects that,which made the outstanding treatment I received even more remarkable. My doctor Emily Suarez was the best dentist I’ve ever been to, and I’m an old guy. Who has been around a long time. LOL. So if you have not been able to go to a dentist. Dr. Suarez is the one to go to. Dr. Suarez is a very smart young doctor, who took the time to discuss my fear(s), and then provide a treatment that was pain and stress free. Very true! Never thought I would find that. She had a tough job, my teeth are terrible, but she did it flawlessly. The staff also reflect the Doctor. Smart, bright young people who walked a visibly nervous and anxious guy through the process, staying at the clinic late on a Friday night of a holiday weekend. No complaints. Lastly, the facility itself was spotless, super clean and equipped with all of the newest state of the art medical equipment. Bottom line. I live in NYC, but travel to Miami alot. Therefore, Dr. Emily Suarez will be my dentist, moving forward, even if I have to travel a few thousand miles to see her. lol

Experiencia positiva: Everyone is really nice. And they remember you when you come back. Patient Comfort is a priority for the team. Timeliness of service can be improved on. I know they try to be efficient by juggling different services in between the dentist working in patients. Like an xray or cleaning with the techs while the dentist is with another patient, but if it's not timed accurately or there is some delay it can throw off the whole process and wait times can be a little lengthy. The financial explaining was a bit sped through.the optional items that aren't covered on insurance can be explained a bit further. Paying for services up front was a bit unorthodox as well. Overall I would still recommend the staff. The office is clean and updated. I like that they have weekend hours

Dr. Suarez was so gentle and kind during her examination and while she was completing my dental work, she kept asking if it felt ok which made me feel so comfortable and informed. Betty the assistant, was so thorough and explained each step of the dental X-rays process clearly and was even running out the door so quick to make sure she’d press the button to take the image as quick as possible to avoid discomfort. I was even greeted by Dr. Garces and all the assistants with such warm smiles making sure I was comfortable in my experience. Zeudy, the Hygienist is absolutely extraordinary. She was detailed and kept me so entertained that the time just flew by! And last but not least, Johnny, the Office Manager was wonderful and not to mention- handsome. He provided in depth information of my insurance coverage and did everything possible to help me be able to afford the dental work I needed urgently. Also the dentist Emily want to stab my gums about 100 times she said to measure the bone loss when at my age of course I am getting. She might infect .y gums then I need dentures w all the stabbing, deep cleaning she recommends.

Experiencia negativa: The dentist and assistance who did the xray was good but the receptionist was extremely rude cause when it came to payment portion, they tried to charge me for 4 removal when I asked for 2, then came back trying convince me that my insurance wasn’t going to cover the Anesthesia for surgery because I wasn’t doing all 4 which was a lie cause my insurance told me they cover everything regardless of what work was being doe, then she catches a stank Attitude and her whole demeanor changed which was visible all over her face with me when I say I’m going get a second opinion from another dentist, she was acting like it was her money cause I didn’t want to spend it.. went to another dentist got every resolved on the spot and didn’t have pay no where amount this was charging me and the staff was even friendlier and I didn’t have to wait a whole month to remove a wisdom tooth that was a serious emergency

Little did I know I had a baby tooth stuck, trying to grow out. I was able to get the tooth extracted, a deep cleaning and a filling all in the same visit. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years but I’ll continue to go back to Dr. Garces for all my dental needs not just for the accommodating schedule, but for the professionalism and expertise that was shown by the entire staff.

They were very kind but were not able to do much, they referred me to a specialist and prescribed antibiotics. Entire staff was very helpful, each person did their best to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. Jonathan the office manager, was the first to greet me, smiled and was courteous. The wait after paper work was just minutes, and I was swooped off with X-rays, and again, a pleasurable person, very talkative, walked me thru every X-ray being taken, super informative, and off again to see the dentist. Dr Emily Suarez, made me feel at ease, very kind and understanding. Definitely will return. Thank you Dentist of Doral.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience at this clinic. I saw Dr. Suarez first who evaluated me and let me know the treatment plan. Guided me step by step and had amazing communication skills. She filled two of my cavity’s and I didn’t need to get a root canal. Very skilled. She then referred me to the oral surgeon, Dr. Berenstein, who was also great. I still need other implants and I plan on coming back to the clinic to get these implants done. He did local numbing and I did not feel a thing. Overall, I would give this clinic a 11/10 stars. They are also open on the weekend which I appreciate since I work late during the week.

Jazzer was very professional while taking my X-rays. Dr.Suarez went over my treatment thoroughly and answered all my questions.
