Experiencia fantástica: I am very happy with my recent visits to Glass Road Dental. Front office staff is always pleasant and welcoming, getting me in quickly, within days and sometimes hours. Dental assistants are friendly and caring, listening to my concerns and mindful of my TMJ and vertigo symptoms, ensuring I was comfortable. Dr. Messner did an amazing job when he was challenged with a tooth that required a restoration and replacement of a bridge. The new bridge replaced old metal materials with porcelain and the results are beautiful. Lastly I must mention Tracy my hygienist who is the “Best” . We have been together for 25+ years, Tracy is very caring, personable and always does an excellent job with my care and cleanings. I highly recommend and thank Glass Road Dental for their 5 star quality dental care! Barb M.

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with one of the hygienists here. I came in this morning for a routine cleaning and, before we began, I politely asked if she could floss individually between each tooth around my permanent retainer instead of dragging the floss under the wire. During my previous visit, this method caused my retainer to feel out of place for about a week, so I wanted to avoid that happening again. She responded by telling me that the “correct” way is to pull the floss behind the retainer and began arguing with me about it. I explained that I’ve had this retainer for 12 years and have never had a hygienist floss this way. I also made it clear that I wasn’t saying her method was wrong - I was just requesting a different approach based on my past experience. Despite that, she continued to insist on her method, stating she had been doing this for 20 years and refused to accommodate my request. She said, “I just wont floss your teeth,” and continued to argue for several minutes. At that point, I decided I was not comfortable proceeding and walked out of my cleaning. As I was leaving, I explained the situation at the front desk, but the hygienist followed and continued the argument there. Overall, it was an extremely unprofessional experience over a simple reasonable request. I will say that the office manager contacted me within 30 minutes of me leaving and apologized for the experience, acknowledging that it was extremely unprofessional and that they would handle accordingly. She also offered for me to see a different hygienist. I really appreciate the prompt response but unfortunately, my family of 6 will be finding dental care elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: Are very poor with customer service and working with insurance company to correctly charge services for basic cleaning. Do not recommend this office.

Experiencia negativa: I recently visited this office for treatment and had a very disappointing experience. The front desk representative repeatedly misrepresented the amount owed for services, despite my dental insurance clearly outlining the correct amount. She asked multiple times to confirm whether there was a deductible, as it seemed if she wanted a different amount. It felt like the amount was trying to be adjusted in hopes that I would simply pay more out of pocket. When I stood firm on what my insurance stated, service was ultimately refused without any apology or attempt to resolve the issue. Additionally, the hygienist misdiagnosed me and has since refused to send her clinical notes to my new dentist’s office. While this conduct involved only two individuals, they represent the dentists at this location, and unfortunately it reflects poorly on the entire practice. The dentists themselves were kind, which makes this situation even more disappointing.

The dental technician was friendly and strove for excellence, despite only being there for two months. Dr. Ada Torano was curious, humble, and smart. They worked with me based on my situation. Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful dentist! I would've chose this place right away when I had a dental issue months back but being a new patient I had to wait 4 months. I went to a walk in Aspen Dental and they were horrible. Glass Road Dentistry is right across the road from my eye doctor so it was for convenience but they helped explain what Aspen couldn't and took care of me well beyond what any walk in could. Well worth the wait!

My experience wasn’t horrible but I must say that towards the end of my visit fluoride was put on my teeth sooooo thick that it never dried that day. ( appointment was at 7:00 am) it was tacky all day and felt and looked like I had glue all in my mouth, all on my teeth and on my gums. Visibly when I smiled it looked like blotches of glue was on my teeth in between the gaps of my teeth and everything. I didn’t want to smile at anyone. I was told not to do anything to my teeth, not to brush my teeth till that night. But I wanted to sooo bad because of of how the product just laid on top of my teeth ALL DAY and never dried. I have had this fluoride put on my teeth before, and never had this experience. I told the hygienist who did it the same thing and she just struggled it off and acted like it was normal. I think she needs to adjust how she applies the product next time and how much to use. Otherwise the experience was good.

They called back and I was on an important work call. I called them back and after a few questions I had an appointment scheduled today at the end of their day. I hated the thought of having to spend 5 days where something more could potentially happen. As soon as I got there they took me back and examined to see how to fix it. Dr. Nelson who is covering for Dr Turano had me all repaired and out of there in seriously 35mins!! Now I can enjoy my long week cheering my Daughter and her volleyball team at Nationals!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Hello, today I was seen to replace a filling I had lost. The check in staff was friendly, the dental assistant was new and he seemed quite knowledgeable. He discussed my options and let me decide which option to proceed with. What I thought was going to be a simple filling turned out to be more involved than I expected. Dr. Messner and his assistant navigated through the process together making sure I was comfortable and pain free. Dr. then reviewed the work he performed and the follow up care. This was my first appointment with Dr. Messner and I was very happy with his care, he did a super job saving my tooth from extraction. Five star rating!

The X-ray technician was really helpful and made the experience easy, other offices that I have been to have difficulty because my gag reflex is really sensitive. Experiencia fantástica: Dr Torano did a good job in quickly repairing my filling but also in alerting me to the discovery that the tooth with the filling had a deepening crevice in it which would most likely cause it to fracture at some point and lose the tooth if it did not have a crown. So scheduled an appt for that at that time.

Experiencia negativa: I have been a patient at Glassroad family dental for approximately 7 years and always received great care. I never missed an appointment and always paid my bill promptly. Be aware when they schedule you for an appointment 6 months in advance, they will not give you an appointment reminder and they WILL charge you $55.00 for said missed appointment. I tried reasoning with them, telling them I was on Social Security and a fixed income, but they don’t care. I have found a different dentist. This is a very poor way to treat your customers. Poor business practice
