(I had a lot of old fillings in it) Now I'm able to smile again with confidence and I can't tell you how happy I am!!!!!! Please give them a try because I promise you'll be so happy you did! ☺️

Experiencia negativa: Not a good experience at all. The office schedules dental appointments on days dentist has other appointments. Then, they call you 10 times a day to come in early so she can go to other appointment early. Which also means the dentist will rush your work if you go the appointment because another meeting is pressing.Horrible place to go.

Experiencia fantástica: I want to thank this office for taking in a new patient and working with my concerns regarding insurance coverage. The exam and cleaning were exactly what I expected based on my 40 years of adult responsibility, at times, without insurance. Patient care must be priority over a business model. This exam met my needs.

Experiencia negativa: I would leave zero stars if possible. This company is a joke and whoever is running their billing department either doesn’t know what the are doing or is scamming or a bit of both I’m starting to think. I went in for a regular cleaning in Oct 2024, during my visit they tried to recommend $350.00 “preventative treatments” not covered by my insurance. I declined the extra preventative treatments- paid my copayments at the time of my visit and thought it was all taken care of. Around March of this year I started receiving these emails stating I owned $130. I called my insurance company bc I was not receiving any help from the office billing department. My insurance company verified they had paid and the amount I had already paid in office the day of service was all I could legally be billed for by the office. I have left several messages- when I would get to talk to someone I then have to explain the whole entire story to them because they seem to have no idea what’s going on -then they say they are going to look into it and call me back and nobody calls me back. The last few times I have called and left voicemails after receiving another bill and have not received any callback. Also, I did ask about this recommended preventative treatment at my next appointment with my new dentist and I was told that that I did not need this, that it is something that is typically done for children and that is why my insurance would not cover it and I also did not need it.

Experiencia fantástica: Have been going to Dr.Al-Aani and she has been great! I avoided the dentist for 10 years before seeing her so I had some problems that needed to be fixed and she did a great job. Ended up having some issues after a filling and needed to get in for a emergency and they were able to get me in, within a hour and fix the problem with no charge. Dr.Al-Aani and her staff are always super friendly and helpful and I'd recommend her to everyone!

Experiencia negativa: I'd had a reasonably decent experience here, up until the point that I actually needed some work done. They failed to understand my insurance policy and incorrectly told me that a procedure would be covered, but my insurance only covers a less expensive version. I got a sketchy-looking bill in my email from a third-party service for the difference (over $300), and when I called them about it, they tried to wash their hands of it, saying they weren't responsible for giving me incorrect information about the insurance coverage. (And this isn't even the first time they've gotten my insurance wrong, but neither of the previous issues cost me anything, so I didn't think much of it at the time.) I pressed the issue, pointing out that I never would have gotten the more expensive procedure if they had read my insurance information on their portal carefully and given me good information, and it's not like I can take it back for a refund now. The woman I spoke with said she would talk with the dentist and someone in billing and see if they could reduce the price, but I never heard back from them. They just sent me the same bill again through my email, no explanation given. Edit: After posting this review, I was contacted by a different Seasons employee who handled the situation in a much more professional and courteous manner. She was able to get into the provider insurance portal and verified that they did have the coverage information there about the downgrade. Based on that information, she told me that they would cover the difference this time and put a note in my file for future cases, so I'm adding a star back.

Experiencia negativa: Last November 2024 I received a flier in the mail from Season Family Dental Care. It advertises in large black lettering that they have a NEW PATIENT SPECIAL for $99 which includes cleaning, exam and x-rays. When I called for an appointment I was told that I could not be seen until January 28, 2025. I asked the scheduler if they would still honor the flier as it said act before the year end and I was told yes. I went to that appointment and they took about 20 different x-rays and I had an exam. I was told that there wasn't enough time left to do my cleaning so that I would have to come back on Feb 3 which I did. They told me that I would need a special cleaning and treatment and that the treatment would not be covered by insurance which I understood. A couple of weeks later I received a statement from my dental insurance that they had charged me for all of the x-rays, exam and cleaning but the treatment they put on my teeth was denied. I sent the office a copy of the flier that I still had and now I'm told that because I had dental insurance that I could not use the special. I was never told about this when I was on the phone making the appointment or when I arrived at the office. When I called the office to ask why they turned all of that into my insurance they said that the flier says that the special offer is not valid if you have insurance. So I looked at the flier and low and behold on the very bottom line of the flier it says that the offer is not valid if you are covered under a Medicare Advantage plan. I can see it now with some difficulty as I'm 70 years old and don't have the best eyesight. I'm very disappointed with Season and their failure to inform me of this when I made the appointment and also when I arrived for my appointment.

He sits down, actually talks to you, and discusses any procedures or suggestions that he may feel would benefit you. He listens to your questions and answers them with his best knowledge and expertise that he can. I am 59 years old and of all my years going to dentists, Dr Chad, is in my opinion one of the best! Experiencia negativa: I am tempted to make this a 2 star review simply because of how kind the hygienist are, but I fear my experience with the dentist over rides that kindness. Dr. Zachary Behrendt did two fillings on two of my molars that are right next to each other. During the procedure, he barely talked to me. The dentist that helped me last time I was here (Summer of 2024) walked me through what he was doing step by step and insured that I was able to give informed consent. I was expecting that treatment but instead I was met with my jaw being forced beyond its ability to widen, choking on a mouthful of water, and a horrible end result. My jaw has been sore for almost a week now (my actual muscles, my teeth feel fine) and my fillings are so messy. The two teeth are now FUSED together and I can not floss in between them. The edges are rough and have been cutting my tongue open. I have never seen any prior fillings done by other dentists in my mouth, let alone FEEL and SEE them. My cavities were “not deep” per the dentist and hygienist so I don’t understand how this could be reasonable. When I called to schedule an appointment to fix the fillings, they told me that I would have to meet with the dentist during my work hours (which is not an option for me). But when I suggested I see the other dentist that works within my availability (the lady), the receptionist stuttered and said “well it’s her first week back from vacation so she isn’t available.” When I expressed my frustration, the receptionist once again offered hours that I ALREADY said wouldn’t work. I am now left to my own devices and will probably end up taking a nail file to my damn teeth to make the pain stop. I will never return to this office. It’s a shame that the receptionists and male dentist give this place such a bad reputation because the hygienists are SO sweet and caring. If you are a hygienist reading this, LEAVE! Go to a place that treats patients and YOU better!

Experiencia negativa: Often call to change appointment times. When they don't call you sit for over an hour in the back waiting. Numbed by 3:05pm and no one came back until 4pm. Hygienist says things are covered and front desk disagrees. Will be searching for a different dental office. Editing to add: They numbed up my daughter, she got shaky and wasn't able to close her eye, they did not communicate this to me even though I was sitting in the waiting room. They basically made a medical decision for her without my knowledge.

Experiencia fantástica: I saw Dr. Zack Behrendt DDS yesterday at SEASONS Dental Care. I was early but the receptionist was very kind about it. Becky Schanke EFDA was very knowledgeable explaining what she was doing with x rays & procedures. Dr. ZACK showed me the problem areas & clearly explained them to me and how to proceed to fix them. I felt comfortable in a normally scary to me setting, thankfully. I plan to continue my dental care at SEASONS and will tell friends & family about my experience there.

Experiencia negativa: The appointment went well. I didn't have any complaints until I had to deal with billing. They do not answer their phones. I always have to leave a message. I have asked for a call back after 4:00 p.m. (they are open until 5:00 p.m.). They continue to call back at all other times. When I return their calls, they do not answer.

Experiencia negativa: The worst experience ever. I don’t mind dentist appointments but Seasons Family Dental Care has made me never want to go back to the dentist. Went in to have a couple cavities filled, didn’t give any warning about numbing and just shoved the needle in my mouth then walked out for 15 minutes. Dr. Behrendt came back and said nothing except to open wide and raise my left hand if I needed a break. Starts grinding and I feel EVERYTHING after 7 minutes of agonizing pain thinking I was just being a baby and raising my hand 3 times, the hygienist asks if I can feel stuff and I said yes. Dr. Behrendt asks like he doesn’t believe me but shoves another needle in my mouth after he left I said I could not see out of my left eye and hygienist just shook her head that it was normal and left. Both come back 20 minutes later to start again. Doesn’t check in one if I’m okay, still feel pain etc. just finishes and walks out. They said the numbing would subside in an hour or 2 but I asked when the vision in my left eye would stop being significantly blurry and when I would be able to blink my left eye. Hygienist asks him and comes back and says it’s a rare side effect but should subside. Vision didn’t come back for 2 hours and numbing didn’t wear off for 5 hours. When it did wear off just horrible pain. I think he did not know what he was doing and was behind and rushed the procedure. Didn’t care about checking in or seeing if I was okay and just sent me on my way with blurry vision. Awful experience and will never be back there again.

I was not pleased with the fact that they were supposed to send a prescription to my pharmacy that the pharmacy never got. I was told that Season's would contact the pharmacy and call me back. I never got a call back (this is 6 days after that phone call). I checked with the pharmacy again in person. I called Season's again as well as the pharmacy called Season's. At 3pm we both left messages. I have never received a return phone call and have never received the prescription I was supposed to get.

Since it was my first time at 5 Seasons I appreciated her kindness and excellent care. Five Seasons is efficient and well organized. Experiencia fantástica: I had no dentist and broke my front tooth. Seasons was able to work me into the schedule quickly. They fit me with a temporary bridge, saving me from the embarrassment of a gappy smile. I am very grateful! The permanent bridge is beautiful.

Experiencia positiva: Seasons is efficient at seeing patients for relatively urgent issues and making sure follow-ups are scheduled. However, I didn't feel very cared for as a patient. There was no checking in with me to see if I was okay or comfortable throughout my procedure. The office was freezing to the point I was shivering and it was not noticed. It didn't seem like the dental tools fit in my mouth causing them to be jammed into my upper lip while they worked on a lower tooth. I left in quite a bit of pain for a relatively routine procedure and it carried on to the next day, which I have not experienced at previous dental offices. I felt better after my wisdom teeth removal than I did after a temporary crown placement at seasons. TLDR: If you need someone quickly, they can probably see you. But bedside manner can use some work.

I would highly recommend them if you are looking for somewhere that has very caring and compassionate staff.

Experiencia negativa: I have not smiled showing my teeth with confidence in a long time. Thank you Dr. Smith and Seasons Family Dental for everything. You've taken the fear of the chair away as well. Since this post I went back to finish treatment and there was a real issue with billing. My flex account did not pay for treatment due to being double billed and coding issues. It has left me with over a 500.00 bill that was never resolved.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to get your teeth cared for. I’ve been with them for over 5 years now and I am glad I went to them. I had chipped my 2 front teeth 12 years ago and my former dentist filled the chips in, but every year the filler would fall out. I explained this to my dentist with Five Seasons, and they explained to me that shouldn’t happen. They fixed me up and I haven’t had any issues since. I got their Invisalign as well and now my teeth look great! I appreciate everything they have done for me so far.

Experiencia negativa: I really wanted it to work out with Seasons, but it did not. Several months ago, I had an appointment with them; one that I waited 2 months for. First time I scheduled, they ended up calling me on my way there, to let me know they had to cancel my appointment since the dentist wasn't in. I got there and the office staff had an attitude with me, because of their error to not leave a voice message, so I would know not to make the 20 minute trip. I ended up rescheduling and did not keep my appointment. I am glad it's worked out for most folks—just wish it worked out for me, since I really need an intervention for my oral health.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a crown put on yesterday, my teeth, cleaned, x-rays, and a filling done. They did not charge me for the filling. Every time I go to seasons dental. I am so impressed with the services and the staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I was a bit skeptical at first because much like everyone else, I don't get overly excited about going to see the dentist. My visit today was well worth it! I know I have a lot to be done but between the dentist himself, his assistant and the hygienist I pretty excited to get going on this. They gave me a pretty detailed treatment plan of what's to come and what I have to look forward to. They also answered whatever questions I had. Just all around a great place to go when you're in need of some work to be done. I probably couldn't have chosen a better office to go to.

I love this place. And that's hard to say about too many dental businesses. Lol. Like i said before, really nice people and super professional. Oh, and btw, i was told the prices before any work was done. Now that is priceless !

Experiencia negativa: My experience with Seasons Family Dental was horrible from start to finish. On my first visit the Dr recommended that I get a crown. I questioned whether this was needed and what would happen if I didn’t do it. they replied that my tooth could crack further and they may not be able to save it so I went ahead with the procedure. Once the temporary crown was placed I was in such pain that I needed pain relievers constantly for 2 weeks until the permanent crown was in place. Then I received word from my insurance that they didn’t feel that a crown was necessary. As a result I was charged $1000 for a crown rather than $100 for just a new filling (which I was never told was even an option). Be sure to ask for insurance pre authorization up front so you don’t end up paying out of pocket for a more expensive procedure like I did.

Experiencia fantástica: New patient. They were able to schedule me in for the next day. It was wonderful they remembered me when they had a Cancellation that day, and called me back. So I was able to get in the same day. The office employee's were super friendly. The doctor took his time went over everything in great detail also super friendly. The whole staff was accommodating and friendly beyond measure. Very happy and Pleasant atmosphere. If you are looking for a dentist I would highly recommend getting in to see them you will be happy you did.
