Experiencia negativa: They rescheduled my appointment twice because they overbooked and now I won't be able to get in before my insurance is up very dissatisfied with the service and the receptionist dont waste your time here

Experiencia negativa: I made an appointment 2weeks ago for the Springfield IL area but they stated they were full so they scheduled me and my kids in Peoria IL.. I get here and they stated that all the appointments were canceled. She said they are having issues with scheduling. The front desk lady stated I need to call the call center but I've been calling and calling and it sends me to voicemail. So in other words there is nobody to talk to. I wasted my time and money for nothing. This is my first and last time. So unprofessional here.

Experiencia negativa: I need new dentures since I have lost 3 from my upper plate, one being right in front. I had my first appointment on March 30 2026. On April 20th I had my second appointment. Then they had this system problem where everything crashed. I called May 5th, 6th, 8th, 12th, 26th, and the 27th. Same answer systems still down. I even went to the office and was told the same thing. Finally I had my Wax Rim Try In on either June 4th or June 11th (I think) and was told 2 weeks before the next appointment. I called on June 26th since I had not heard from them and of course like always I get the scheduling department and not the Peoria IL office because it rolled over. They tried to transfer but no one picked up so they sent an email to them to contact me. On June 30th I received a voice mail from the Peoria office stating that the lab was still in production and I would be notified as soon as my dentures are received. On Thursday July 16th at 11:21 am I received a voicemail to call the Peoria office to schedule an appointment. I returned the call at 1:06 pm on the 16th and of course it rolled over to the scheduling department. Once again they tried to transfer me and no one picked up. I was told that an email would be sent for them to call me. No one did. On Friday July 17th I tried calling the Peoria office at 9:23 am and as usual it rolled over to the scheduling department, who as usual tried to transfer me, and as usual no one picked up. Again I was told an email would be sent for them to call me. No one did. It is now Saturday July 18th. I also find it strange that this business does not have an email address where you can email them concerning issues. And I know from reading the other reviews you will be replying with the same answer.

Experiencia negativa: I was going to bring my daughter here to be evaluated by the orthodontist but the phone call I got yesterday and the reviews I read subsequently has changed my mind. I scheduled an orthodontic appointment for July 9th at 2 pm weeks ago. Got a call last night from a man who told me I’m on the schedule but they can’t take my daughter because it’s an orthodontic day only. I tell him that’s why we’re coming, for the orthodontist, so why can’t she come? He says well you’re on the schedule but not for a specific time. I say this entire time I understood I was scheduled for 2pm. This man spoke over me and argued with me the entire time and kept saying “We have an opening at 10 can you come in or not?” When I could manage to get a word in edgewise I told him that won’t work, I have another commitment. So he says we can show up at 2pm but it’ll be 50/50 whether or not we’re actually seen because the “doctor chooses who he sees.” He also tried to blame me for the timing conflict saying someone probably tried to confirm your appointment and you didn’t answer. Nope. No communication until now. There is another review exactly like mine so it sounds to me like someone doesn’t know how to schedule things properly. So we’re just not going to go. I’m not taking valuable time off work for what was SUPPOSED to be a set appointment just for it to turn into, “well maybe you’ll be seen maybe you won’t.” I will have her evaluated elsewhere and the reviews seem to support that decision. This place seems like a nightmare. Even if I did bring her in and she got braces, how does anyone get care or adjustments if the orthodontist is only available once a month and you can be scheduled on a day with no time slot? Red flags all around and not something I’m comfortable bringing my child into.

Experiencia fantástica: Quick and convenient service. Dr. T thoroughly cleaned my teeth and examined the teeth precisely and truly cares about his patients. Will definitely come back.They do accept medicaid too..Highly recommended 10/10 !!!

Experiencia negativa: This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had With any Dentist in my entire life. I had started my dental procedure back in March Then the company had shut down for over a month, leaving everyone stranded With no information no return date no nothing. They say it’s two weeks in between impressions and waxing and try in That is 100% false lie, management never calls you back you can’t get a hold of a manager. You can’t even get a hold of HR the Receptionist is very rude constantly on her phone will not answer the phone every time you try to have the call center connect to you And then I had an appointment to go in and get my dentures for trying and she said you’ve been dismissed. What does that mean? I’m in the last phase of my dentures right and this lady sends me out the door in the pouring down rain after a 40 minute drive to get there and refuses to let me sign in for my appointment They need to be shut down immediately. This is very unprofessional. She said her name is Kiana I have reported to my insurance I have reported to HR I have reported to management and nothing has been done about it. Very dissatisfied in a waste of three months Please people don’t even waste your time here

I came in for a filling, and they helped make the entire appointment smooth, comfortable, and stress free from start to finish. Their hospitality, patience, and professionalism really stood out. They made sure I felt welcomed, taken care of, and comfortable throughout the process. Going to a new dentist can sometimes make people nervous, but their energy and care made the experience much easier. I truly appreciate the way they treated me, and I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for great care and a positive experience. Ms. Tiah and Ms. Patrice are definitely the type of people you would want assisting with every appointment.

Experiencia negativa: After waiting over half an hour past my scheduled appointment time, I asked how much longer and they said at least 15-20 minutes (which I can’t even trust to be an accurate estimate at this point) because there was another person ahead of me. The girl just snottily said they were down a person and it was “inevitable.” I told them they can call people ahead of time and actually manage their appointments if they’re down a person, to which she said thank you for your opinion. Extremely inconsiderate of people’s time. Didn’t realize this was a trashy, low quality dentist and not a regular one or I wouldn’t have come.

Experiencia negativa: Completely at a loss over the service received at this location. The past two days they've stated they've had system wide issues and will not provide me with my upper dentures. Been without upper teeth for nearly three months now. Use any other dentist but these guys as they will make excuses to not give call backs when questions arise. Still waiting on a call from a manager or someone with a pulse to get my teeth. UPDATE: After filing an insurance fraud complaint with the Illinois Office of the Inspector General, I received my upper dentures within two days. It should've never gotten that far. Shame on your dentists and staff for the entire ordeal. Any patient who gets wronged by this company with the myriad of excuses I received should hire an attorney and file a lawsuit for the egregious neglect this company seemingly provides to those seeking treatment.

Experiencia negativa: This dentist is very unprofessional , i went their to get my teeth cleaned and i went in their and the doctor of the dentist place came in their and search my teeth for cavities and didnt even do a proper check and only use one gadget which one the mirror , i also was aware of me having a little bit of plaque on my teeth and they seen it and didnt even bother to take it off , so as the lady process to clean my teeth she was constantly scraping my mouth , she even cut the side of my mouth , she also got a lot of water on my face and shirt. I do not recommend to go to these people , they are highly unprofessional !

Doctor started berating the nurse the second he walked in the room, did not introduce himself, and tried telling me my cavity was on my right side multiple times (it was on the left) and then proceeded to berate the nurse yet again, claiming she told him the wrong tooth. The nurse was great and gentle, and did not deserve that treatment. the Dr was also /very/ rough with me. Now I'm not a wimp and have a pretty high pain tolerance, but a tear fell down my face as he was "cleaning" my teeth, even the nurse asked if i was okay. Staff was great, but the Dr was dismissive, rude, and clearly didn't care about his patients or staff much. he did not explain or expound on anything besides "these teeth are bad. we can extract them or refer you for a root canal" I prefer transparency and kindness when my oral health is at stake. it makes me not even trust the endodontist they referred me to. Again, staff was great, Dr. was horribly rude and curt

Experiencia fantástica: After searching for a dentist that would do full extractions to start my denture journey I landed here. It was a 2 hour drive but it was worth it they acted quickly to help me get rid of these infected teeth. Took them just a little over an hour to get out 23 teeth and they were so kind and understanding. The doctor is a man of few words but definitely is a man of action and he is willing to do what is necessary to make sure you are healthy and safe and he doesn’t put it off like other dentists. I am 24 hours out of full extractions and still no pain.

Experiencia negativa: I went in with my daughter both of us were there for cleaning - the assistant was super nice but the cleaning was unlike ANY cleaning I’ve ever had before. It was painful - it was quick- there were no bibs given - no protection vest during the X-rays - I’m not even sure my teeth were “cleaned” they used a drill piece and a polisher - the dr didn’t speak to me or introduce himself but I was told I need fillings but after the “cleaning” experience I am too scared to go back in for the fillings. I gave them 2 stars because the assistant was so kind and she was AMAZING with my daughter. The actual doctor scares me. I won’t be returning (especially after reading all the other reviews) nope.

They even complimented my teeth! I will most definitely be returning. I was recommended by a friend to them myself after not having a Dentist of my own for the last year and I highly recommended them to anyone else that requires/is in need of Dental care!

They told my wife she needed a procedure done and made a treatment plan, then her next appointment they acted like they had no idea who she was or why she was there, and stated that they couldn’t perform the procedure she needed. So why did you waste our time? Then my spouse called to discuss the issues, was told she’d get a call back from the store manager, which never happened. Then she called back to get her x-rays forwarded to her new dentist, they never did so. Please, if you are considering this dentist, look elsewhere. They will be good enough if there are no problems, but if there are any issues? You’ll never get a resolution or satisfaction. Just go somewhere else, very unprofessional non-accountable employees here.

Experiencia negativa: Had an appointment, through the call center. 59.00 for a limited exam, went in and was told very rudely "I don't know who told you that, but it's well over 100.00, who told you that?" How would I know, I didn't make the appointment. Hopefully this person behind the desk takes a class on how to be more personable. My wife called the call center back, they fixed the issue, but lost a client.

Experiencia negativa: This place is full of it we waited over 2 months to see the orthodontist was given a appointment time and everything i was even sent a reminder text for the appointment just to get a call today saying that my daughter's appointment couldn't be honored because it wasn't put into a time slot even though it was they said they couldn't "squeeze" her in when it shouldn't have been a issue this was established over 2 mo ths ago now their saying they cant get her in until February which is not acceptable so we are now on the search for a more professional dental office with employees who actually do their job the right way instead of bumping clients for other people after we have waited for so long and this is not the first time have to get this rescheduled. It was bad enough at the last appointment we came to for a "cleaning" it literally took the dentist 1 minute to do it then sent us on our way we were there maybe 15 minutes and a majority of that was waiting. We will never be coming back here.

He barely spoke to my child as she was coming in for her very first filling, she was scared he didn’t tell her what was going to happen what they were doing, how she felt just pulled out a giant needle in her face and she started crying didn’t even attempt to calm her down just walked out of the room and told us to leave and that we would have to go somewhere else. The girls who work in the office are nice but the doctor is NOT professional or friendly.

He didnt introduce himself, he didnt ask where my pain was, he just said im going to clean your teeth, what happ3n to measuring how deep the pockets are within the gum line, what happened to discussing your problem? At least explain it to me, like I'm a human and not just an open mouth. It was weird and he hurt me. Splashed mouth water all over my shirt and face and ear. Experiencia fantástica: Sometimes they have a really long wait time but it was worth it. That was most painless dental procedure I've ever had ever. I felt nothing, not even pressure and it was very fast. The dental assistant lady was an angel, great bedside manner. The ladies in the front are also very kind and welcoming.

Experiencia negativa: We have been going to access since November! Our kiddo needed braces, they don't take her insurance, so we paid for it in full! This morning she has a cleaning appointment set up, one of her brackets broke off, wayyyy in the back, got her there, #1 they wouldn't clean her teeth #2 wouldn't fix the bracket! Says orthodontist is only there 1 DAY A MONTH! Huh? What? What do I do? So we have to wait until June 8 and I'm telling them to take them off of her and starting over with a different orthodontist! Place is filthy, bathroom is disgusting and doesn't lock .

Experiencia negativa: Never had a problem before If I could give them zero star I would! The last two appointments wasn’t seen . My son had an appointment at 4:00 arrive about 5 mins before his appointment. Waited , waited waited here’s 5:00 clock is rolling around and staff is leaving, they are changing garbages, clean up, and basically shutting down the office while we are still sitting there . There was never acknowledgement of if they was running behind or why we didn’t get called back from his appointment. The second time, the appointment was for me again came to my appointment a few minutes early and waited at the front desk with no one present , as others was already in there waiting. Finally, minutes later the front desk comes in with a Starbucks coffee in her hand and tells me to sign in’. Signed in and waited! 11 o clock rolls around and finally, get asked by the front desk:Do you have an appointment!?Like are you serious I’m just gone wait and sit in a dental office for fun! Then tells me well you’re going to have to re-schedule! Re-schedule when I come to my both appointments on time and signed in like I was suppose to and waited hours while others walking in got called back before ! Definitely wouldn’t recommend at all this place needs to be re-staffed with people who will actually gone come to work on time and do their job instead of walking in late to work with Starbucks! No urgency or professionalism at all! I’ve called multiple time to speak to corporate or whoever runs this place there is never any urgency from the call center just told sorry,you have to re-schedule . On a search for a new dentist!

Experiencia negativa: I took my daughter here. The dental assistants were all very kind to her and did very good making her feel comfortable. They cleaned and sealed her teeth. On the way home the sealant came off. She was also referred out to an oral surgeon by their dentist. They were supposed to email the referral and X-rays to the oral surgeon. I contacted them a week before the appointment and they assured me they would have it to them before my appointment. 2 days before the appointment the oral surgeon’s office still hadnt received it so I called again and this time was told by their customer service they couldn’t reach anyone at the office but they would speak to a manager and make sure it got there. Next day, still nothing! I left multiple messages and never received a call back. When we show up to her appointment they still had not received anything and they ended up just taking their own X-rays. The day after her appointment I get a phone call from the girl who originally was as supposed to send it over. She is calling to ask where she needed to send it! When I told her there was no need and we had her appointment the day before and nothing was sent, she hung up on me! She was very rude!

Experiencia negativa: Awful cleaning of teeth and incompetent exam by Dr T. / Used to Hygienist cleaning teeth. The norm would be by hand do each tooth. Not Dr T!!! Used power tool feels like drill with hook/ pick grinding teeth. Kept nicking my gums. I asked why he was doing like that was hurting me! Said was my fault for not holding mouth open enough. I did not intend to get cleaning service. Went in to get tooth pulled. Although Dr T had examined me prior to cleaning, he forgot or over looked tooth to be pulled!!! Really crazy, uncomfortable rough handling Dentist. Going to try to find alternative to Dr T extracting my tooth! If not into a did not give a darn dentist working on you, go elsewhere!!! Staff was great! Just Dr awful!!!

I was scheduled for March 17th in January for fillings, but Dr. Jin, or however you spell that, was the most incompetent dentist I’ve ever been to. First, he decided to take the entire month of March off work so I had to wait another month to be seen. When I got there, he said he was too busy to do my fillings and transferred me to the office in Bloomington. You won’t have teeth left if you go here‼️

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to dentists in numerous states from Alabama all the way up to Springfield Illinois. I recently went to this dentist to have 8 teeth extracted in one visit. I went on April 2. I experienced less pain from getting 8 teeth extracted here, than I typically experienced any other time I went to a dentist and only had one tooth extracted. Whatever formulation or numbing agent they use is lightyears better than any other dentist I have been to. I thought the assistant was playing a cruel April fool's joke on me when she said, "all done!" I felt absolutely no part of the extraction. Additionally, the following day I examined the extraction sites in the mirror, and they are much smaller and closed up much quicker than anywhere else I have ever been. The dentist was obviously extremely efficient and delicate in his work. I am writing this review a mere 2 days after and can honestly say I am in no pain whatsoever. I have hardly even required Ibuprofen. I am almost in disbelief at the absence of pain. I would definitely recommend considering this business if you need an extraction done. The staff are friendly, the place is very clean and tidy, and I barely had time to open my school textbook to study in the lobby before being called back.

Experiencia fantástica: I was apprehensive to schedule here based on reviews I had read, but am glad I did. The waiting area was clean and welcoming. The ladies at the front desk were professional, friendly, and quick getting us checked in. I even witnessed the office manager deal with an unruly client and was impressed that she did so with grace and empathy. Traci and Dr T were fantastic. They both explained everything and were very professional and courteous. Another woman applied my daughters sealants and she was also fantastic. We were there for just the basics- xrays, cleaning, and exam. Overall, we received excellent service, received great communication, and had a great experience. We will be back!

Experiencia negativa: BEWARE! It was the worst dentist I have ever been to in my whole life. First off, horrible dentist! Wasn't aware or accommodated to my health problems. Didn't care in the slightest. He also stated and tried I need fillings that had literally been filled, not even a month prior! He didn't even fix the main reason/tooth of why I went in! Ontop of the worst experience ever while I was there one of the employees were complaining to the dentist during my visit, while he was "working" on my teeth, that "why they don't get a lunch break, even working 8 hours?!" To his response was "deal with it, we always do that." And after the employee walked away, the dentist and dentist assisted talked very negatively about her behind her back. Not only the worst dental service, customer service, and illegal practices, they don't care about their employees! HANDS DOWN THE WORST experience I have had. I will never be back here, and I advise everyone to stay away. Go find another dentist!

Experiencia negativa: The girls behind the desk were friendly and nice. Nice and clean office. My dental technician was awesome,understanding,but I went to get 2 teeth pulled which were totally bad. In the future dentures. But I felt pressured into getting the rest of my bottom teeth pulled. I pretty much cried and was shaking the whole time. The shots were painful,and I could feel the dentist pulling the last one,which was awful. They put gauze in my mouth,gave me a prescription,which took a week to get because there wasn't a provider listed,and Walgreens attempted to get ahold of them. They have several different numbers,and you don't know which location is talking to you. It's been a week,and I'm still in major pain,swollen,and it still looks like my teeth are still there,only chopped at the top. Emotionally and mentally and physically this took a major toll on me. I myself had a horrible experience and will not go back. I called my Insurance company and my lawyer. Which I showed him my pictures inside my mouth. I have heart issues,and my blood pressure was sky high, and my trip home I shouldn't have been driving. I'll never forget this day.

Dr. T and Traci did a great job and my teeth feel amazing!! This is my first time in the office and both my son and I had check ups and cleanings.

Experiencia negativa: Need a zero rating. My adult daughter was told she needed all her teeth pulled and to get dentures. This procedure was done without any sedation. Just local numbing. The doctor only pulled the bottom teeth and stopped because she was shaking so bad she was making it hard for him. How does he think it was for her!?!? Told her to come back next month to get the top ones pulled and to take something for anxiety before she comes. She was sent out the door still shaking and crying from the traumatic experience. I'm certain the shaking was her body's involuntary response to that trauma. And he wants her to come back and go through it again?! I think it's absolutely barbaric to pull all of someone's teeth with no sedation whatsoever. It's not like it was 1 or 2 teeth. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in today knowing I needed two, bottom, back teeth pulled. I had put it off for a long time because of anxiety. My appointment was at 230. I got right in, got x-rays, got my teeth cleaned, and two teeth pulled, and was out of the office by 3:15. There was only a small amount of pain with one tooth. The other one I did not even feel. The pulling of the two teeth was very quick. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and they accept state insurance which is a definite plus.I would highly recommend them for dental work, especially if you have high anxiety about dental visits. Experiencia negativa: The dental assistants were fantastic but I gave 2 stars because the dentist “Dr T” was rushing through my daughter’s exam. And there were no other patients in the office. He handed me a referral for a pediatric dentist and left before i could ask any questions. I had to ask the dental assistant if she had any other cavities other than the one we came in for him to look at and she yelled at him asking if there were, and he said “yeah 3 small ones” and just walks off. Didn’t even have the decency to tell me which teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: I had Dr. T and Traci, and they were very kind and informative. I had to get an extraction done and they did it quick and effectively.

Experiencia negativa: Dont trust this place. Dr T messed up ALL of my fillings. Including missing some. Dug too deep in all my 5 fillings. Now I have to get root canal and crowns for all teeth. Costing me over $15,000. This place has put an ending to my life. If this pain doesn't end, I might as well. Thanks for ruining everything I worked for. Draining my self esteem. They put me on a do not call list and will not respond to any calls or voicemails for X-rays. Absolutely horrible place. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Went into the office to discuss it and they ended up laughing in my face. Darker lady at front desk and the older assistant. Absolutely traumatized.

Experiencia fantástica: This dentist office is absolutely amazing. I have always had a huge fear of going to the dentist but the staff and especially Dental Assistant Tracy and Doctor T made me feel so comfortable! He pulled my tooth and I can almost guarantee he numbed me, and pulled my tooth all within 2 minutes! I will definitely be making this my permanent dentist and am so glad I found a place that is clean, safe, and has great employees!

Experiencia fantástica: Fast, efficient, kind, organized, and proficient, all sum up what my experience was at Access Dental. Another dentist recommended Dr. T to me and he did not disappoint. Plus, his assistant Traci was very good as well. I will be back and I highly recommend them!!

Experiencia fantástica: The Main Street location in Peoria Illinois is great! Dr T was kind and provided excellent care. His assistant Angel and Kaiana at the front desk were very warm and welcoming. I feel like they all actually respect and care about their patients.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT TRUST DR. T WITH YOUR TEETH! He missed multiple cavities on my partner and also broke his tooth while trying to pull it. My partner said it was the most painful thing he has been through. He told me I was cavity free when I was told years ago (right B4 insurance ran out) that I had multiple that they couldn't fill before the insurance lapse. So I am going back to see Dr. Jin who was wonderful with my son to see what all Dr. T missed in my mouth that could be causing daily migraines. UPDATE: Dr. Jin found 5 cavities on me that Dr. T missed AND my partner saw Ortho again and guess what? Still more cavities missed and it doesn't appear Dr. T did the cleaning at all when he has attempted 3. DONT SEE DR. T!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is excellent! So friendly! My fiance has had several teeth that needed to be pulled for years but never found much help, and not so kind dentist. We recently moved to this area and found Dr. T and nurse Tracy who were incredibly kind and understanding. They helped my fiance and I understand the steps involved in the process. It can be a terribly painful and frightening experience, but Dr. T and nurse Tracy explained what would happen during the surgery and also how to proceed to the next steps for healing. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs!

Experiencia fantástica: Took my son there to establish regular cleanings & care. The office staff were caring & accommodating to our needs. Today was our 2nd time being seen & it was soon discovered my son had his 1st cavity. They explained everything to him & were very compassionate. Angel prepared everything for Dr. T to begin w/filling the cavity. Dr. T & Angel were both very caring & made the entire process stress free for him, which was appreciated since this was his 1st cavity. So he's not scared of the dentist. I am very thankful for their help w/that. Also the front office made it easy to get checked in/out & were friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Chichao Jin is the best dentist we have ever met. The one before him looked at my husband's mouth for 5 seconds and told him he was going to remove everything and then left. When Chichao Jin took over, he actually examined him and explained what's going on and what he can do. And when we had an emergency he squeezed us in his busy schedule and took care of the problem, despite the slight hiccups during the procedure, he was patient and made sure my husband was taken care of properly. We are so grateful, thank you so much.

Experiencia negativa: So.... Where do I begin? So far they have cancelled my appointment twice and this time they made sure I didn't get the text message (No phone calls) till Friday @ 5:03 PM and of course what time do you think they closed? 5:00PM. I then had to listen to the long recording in both English and Spanish before I was able to leave a message. During that long recording, it stated the hours were till 7PM during the week and till 5PM on Saturday. I then looked it up online to see they now close at 5PM during the week and not open at all on Saturdays. I have not gotten to see a Dentist yet and not sure why they keep pushing me back when I have already waited 2 months? Is it my insurance? Is there any other reason why you keep pushing MY appointment away??? Hmmm

Experiencia negativa: I've been here some time now and they have canceled several appointments been waiting 3 months and they just cancel your appointment also have had us sit in the rooms for over a hour because the dentist was "running late" I've continued to stay with them to give them the benefit of the doubt but seems to always end up the same way. The staff are kind and friendly but never keeping appointments that isn't right

Experiencia negativa: I took my husband in to get a bridge placed back in. I attend appointments with him because he is blind, needs my assistance. I myself am in serious healthcare treatment so sitting for long periods of time is painful. We drove a long distance as they were one of the only dentists, that take our plan. They said they would get his treatment plan prepared, didn’t happen. Then said they had to get authorization to put the bridge back in, never happened. Then just told us well we will call you , you’re free to go. What? Seriously? We were there for almost 2 hours, for literally nothing. We gave the insurance information way in advance for authorization, this should have been prepared prior to us driving miles, for nothing. We have not even received a call back regarding the authorization. Just unbelievable. We had a very bad experience at this office. *** I just read another review from another patient looks like the same day my husband was seen in this office. Same thing the cleaning was not a cleaning, it was a polishing ** Exact same thing happened to my husband, polished his teeth and sent us on our way! WTH ? 7/2/24. Why did I not get a response from this office after the worst horrible service and treatment we have EVER experienced?

Experiencia negativa: My husband had to wait two months for his appt for a tooth infection. It's been so painful my husband has to sleep sitting up. When we arrived there was a note on the door saying the place was closed the 17th and 18th because the dentist missed a flight. They said everyone was called, we were not called.When we called their number, they offered me another appt 3 more weeks out. Update: I took the appt they offered. When calling to confirm they told my husband he never had an appointment. I called back because I knew I scheduled it, turns out they canceled it, didn't tell us, then lied about canceling his appointment saying there never was one. Do not waste your time, this is clearly a set practice filled with incompetence and lies.

Experiencia fantástica: Had no apointment but had a bad tooth putting me on my knees, access got me in, pulled the tooth and relieved my pain then made an apointment for me to address issues they found on x-ray. DR D and his group have my gratitude......and my buisness.

Experiencia positiva: Had an extraction, fillings, and a root canal all in the span of 4 days, Ainsley and Dr Jeremy were freaking awesome and did an absolutely amazing jobs, the lady who did my fillings fused the teeth together and now I need to have them redone.

Experiencia fantástica: Access dental is great, associates are very knowledgeable and are able to answer any questions I have. The dentist is very thorough and explains what he is going and is very good at saying what needs to be done at home to keep my teeth healthy!

Experiencia positiva: We were nervous going in due to my daughter, having a awful experience at Familia Dental getting a tooth pulled . She was not numb told the dentist that he continued to work on getting the tooth out . My daughter started to cry and then almost screaming she was hurting so bad..he told her to SHUT UP, I about lost it tooth came out (thank the lord) we never went back . But my daughter has been in fear ever since. So I told the ladies at access dental of her past nightmare and the assured her and I that no way would that happen ..They did a wonder job telling her step by step what they were going to do. Doc pulled 2 teeth 1 with a numbing shot one without both teeth were out quicker than it took to numb her and she was so impressed and said it went great she had no idea they were both out . I'm just really thankful the staff did what they did so my daughter can relax and go see the dentist without fear of being yelled at while feeling every tug and pull it traumatized her forsure and honestly me too but access dental on Main in campus town changed that for her and I'm forever greatful for that . My daughter says ya mom, I'll go back there no problem! Thanks to the staff and dentist there you did great!

Experiencia negativa: I'd leave zero stars if I could. The dentist is horrible and has no patience with kids. He was obviously getting irritated at my 4 year old because she was scared. He didn't give time for the numbing gel to work before he told me to hold her hands down to give her the numbing shot. They don't offer any kind of laughing gas to help kids calm down even if willing to pay out of pocket and talked to me like I was stupid for asking. Horrible experience and I'll never take my daughter there again.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a 2:00pm appointment today, I was greeted very professional, with a warm friendly smile. I only had to wait about 10 minutes in the waiting lobby after I arrived before I was called to a room to be treated. Total time in and out was less than an hour. Every staff person that I encountered with including the dentist was very professional. I will recommend Access Dental to all of my family and friends.
