Dr Johnson has been my dentist the entire time and every time I see him, it’s like seeing an old friend again. He ensures you are comfortable and happy and is very serious about doing the best job possible. I’d give him 10 stars if I could.

He explained every single thing that he was doing. He made sure I didn’t even feel any pain in the entire 1 hours procedure. Price is reasonable. Other female staff members were also very sweet. I’m overall very happy and satisfied with my experience at Fusion Dental. Btw, this dental clinic has been mentioned a lot by other military spouses on the groups so I’m glad I knew about the place and went here. I’d try to take my toddler here too.

Experiencia positiva: Although my previous experience with this practice has been very positive, I am sorry to say that my most recent experience was very frustrating. I needed a crown , but the first crown did not fit. The practice had to start all over again, which was unfortunate, but I accepted that. However, when a month had passed and I had heard nothing about my crown, I called and learned the new crown had been in the office for three weeks without any word to me. The person I talked to gave me an explanation that made no sense and sounded like an excuse, and when I went in to get the crown today, other than a mention that the process took a long time, no one seemed to think that there was any reason for me to be dissatisfied with the quality of care. I hope this experience will encourage the staff to be more diligent in the future.

Never had any issues here other than one time with one assistant being too rough with my one daughter’s braces but I confronted it and it was taken care of. Love the ladies here and they’ve helped us so much. Absolutely love love love Dr. Johnson. Me and one of my daughters have high anxiety and he’s the absolute best doctor we’ve ever had. I refuse to see anyone else. He calms me as much as he can and makes it as painless as possible.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first appointment with this provider and I have no complaints about the dental work that was done. Of course I also liked the dental work done by my previous provider, so you may ask why I changed providers. I'll tell you. I generally am very hostile to any technology developed since 1970, especially computers and cell phones. My previous provider tried to confirm an appointment made six months earlier by sending me a text. I don't text. When they got no response to their text, they cancelled my appointment without my knowledge until I showed up for the appointment whereupon I canceled that practice and found a new one (this one) that hopefully will not cancel the appointments we have made and I have noted with pen on a paper calendar. While I hope this provider works out, I'm a bit apprehensive, as when I checked out, the person at the desk asked if I wanted a text reminder of future appointments. I told her I don't text, but if she wanted to contact me, e-mail had about a 40% probability of success. Text, of course, has a 0% chance and just calling on the cell phone I'm forced to carry has about a 30% chance of success as it doesn't ring loud enough, long enough, and is often forgotten on its charger or has been left off its charger long enough for the battery to have died. If it's in my pocket while I'm driving, you might as well not call 'cause I'll never be able to get it out of my pocket and wouldn't play with it while driving anyway. I've given this provider my wife's phone number and e-mail suggesting she is more likely than I to receive electronic communication via today's technology. Obviously I was able to compose this posting, so this, at least, is within the realm of possibility for me with a computer, but anything more complex would be fantasy.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ll be the first to admit it: I am terrified of the dentist. Like, “only go when it’s way too late” terrified (bad past experiences… lesson still not fully learned ). So when I woke up Monday morning with the entire left side of my face swollen—so swollen I could barely see out of my eye—I knew procrastination had officially betrayed me. A few years back, a colleague/friend had told me about Dr. Johnson and his team and how incredible they were, especially with anxious patients. Apparently my brain stored that info for just the right moment. I called Fusion Dental with zero expectation of being seen that day—especially since it was MLK Day. The front desk put me on hold for a moment, came back, and casually asked, “Can you be here in less than an hour?” YES. YES I CAN. I forgot to ask if I could see Dr. Johnson, but honestly, at that point I didn’t care—relief was the priority. I was initially (very briefly) disappointed to be scheduled with Dr. Davis… and I emphasize very briefly. Dr. Davis was incredibly kind, thorough, diagnosed the issue, and walked me through my two options. I told him I wanted to save the tooth if at all possible. Saving the tooth = root canal + crown = more time than he had available. So what does this man do? Finds me a next-day appointment with Dr. Johnson because he wanted it handled ASAP. That alone says a lot. The next morning, in true German fashion, I showed up 30 minutes early… only to realize they didn’t open until 9. Oops. As I was walking back to my car, an assistant spotted me and waved me inside anyway. Within minutes, Ruth had me in the chair and started prepping me. I fully expected to sit there forever because of my early arrival—but nope. In walks Dr. Johnson. And let me tell you… I used to be a dental assistant myself (25–30 years ago), and I’ve worked with some great doctors. But Dr. J? He takes patient comfort to a whole new level. He talked me into a better headspace, was incredibly understanding of my anxiety, and somehow made the worst part—the numbing injection—almost unnoticeable. That little wiggle trick? Straight-up magic. So I’ll wrap up my novel with this: If you’re looking for a dental office with amazing doctors, caring assistants, and a team that truly understands anxiety—Fusion Dental is it. I liked them so much that I’ve decided to stop waiting “until it’s too late” and actually get everything fixed there. And trust me… it’s a bit of a fixer-upper —but at least now I’m in the right hands. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr Johnson and Ruth, thank you both so very much!

He does great work, very friendly, comical, when numbing the area of your mouth, I felt absolutely nothing when getting the few injections in the gum where hes going to work. Office staff is friendly, answered my questions quickly and my wait time was just a few minutes. My appointment was for 9am, I got there around 845 and I checked in and sat down and had 2 cavities done and I was home before 10am. This is my go to place when it comes to any dental work for me and my family.

After my crowns, Dr. Johnson gets my bite correct the first time! He has also done excellent repairs on my daughter’s teeth due to issues with her enamel. He does a great job at educating his patients and being upfront about what is going on with our dental health.

As a military spouse who has two little ones and a spouse who is always gone, I was worried about having my two children with me but the staff and Doctor were amazing and patient with them. Experiencia fantástica: They are a busy practice so it impact scheduling, however once in the chair their work is good. I had a broken tooth and it was repaired so well Im not sure which one it is now that required the work. Im going to stay a customer.

Experiencia negativa: the hygienist, assistant, and x rays were amazing. the work they did alone made me feel new and a little more confident in my smile. as for the office/reception area, I walked in and said I have an appointment. Within five seconds— I heard “hello, you’re all checked in. you have to pay $150,” and the screen to pay was pulled up before I could even speak. I was just about to pay that out of pocket before I asked her to double check, which she then afterwards says “uhhh let me make sure this is correct.” I ended up paying nothing as I had my primary and secondary insurances thereby. With no other words she then says “never mind you’re good,,” and asks me to wait for my appointment. I barely had any words just because of how confused I was. I have more concerns with how scheduling/appointments were handled here but it is what it is. thank you to those who did work on me.

Unfortunately the orthodontist basically refused to help me and he didn’t even take one look in my mouth. While they are not specifically a pediatric dentistry, they are wonderful with children. They have been treating my son since he was pretty much a toddler, and now treat my daughters who are 5 and 3. My 3 year old is still nervous about certain things, and they are so understanding and patient with her. In the many years my family has been there, I have yet to have a bad experience whether it's regarding myself or my kids, and that truly speaks volumes about the practice they built there.

I was a dental assistant myself for about 10 years and after seeing the way he runs his practice and how he treats his employees, I’ll never move to another practice. He has always treated me with such respect and care, and he and his assistants always make each appointment fun!

My hygienist Sandra is always so sweet and comforting when you talk to her. Love Dr. Johnson who is so full of energy and great to be around. I recommend this clinic to anyone who needs a new dentist family and feel right at home.

Experiencia fantástica: I came in and the receptionist gently brike the news to me that I wasn't in network for them. But almost immediately the head dentist swooped in and offered to give me an xray and exam -- FOR FREE simply because he saw I had ttwo toddlers with me and realized what a hassle it is make appointments like this. This was an incredibly kind and generous act that I am so grateful for. I noticed that they have tvs in the exam rooms and little coin operated toy vender machines that they give the kids special coins for after appointments. They gave my kids 2 free toys on top of everything else. This looks like a staff ruled by kindness and designed to accommodate both children and anyone with sensory issues or anxiety around dental procedures. Really wish I was in network for them!
