She is very thorough in her cleaning and assessment of my teeth. They do not try to “sell me” on services or products. I definitely recommend Dr. Siegrist and his team!

My family (all) has used this Irving dentist for years, never had anything than the most favorable outcome possible. Dr. Seigrist and his staff are so unbelievably courteous, attentive, as well as personable. I The front office staff always is there with understanding as well as helpful suggestions for your time till your next appointment. In summary I couldn't imagine seeking any other dental practitioner othe than the offices of Jack Seigrist DDS.

They refuse to call me back or my husband as I am inquiring about a refund for a permanent retainer I have had put in three times in the last 6 months, this last time it fell off three days after they put it in. Disappointed since my husband and I have been coming here for over 5 years. Wish the front office staff were more honest.

Starting with the front desk ladies who are so kind and make you feel welcome . There is no wait and everyone makes you feel relaxed .All my procedures were explained to me in details by the assistant and by Dr. SIEGRIST, they took their time answering all my questions . I didn’t feel anything, and was very comfortable during all my procedures. Today I went for a cleaning , it was the BEST cleaning I EVER had done by an hygienist in my life , honest ! I am going back next week for whitening and thereafter for cosmetic works of my front teeth for a perfect smile. I can’t wait and I am really looking forward to it . I recommend this dentist office to anyone, Dr. SIEGRIST and all his team are just amazing !

Experiencia negativa: The doctor himself is OK but the front office staff is rude, unorganized and clueless. Trying to get a referral took over 2 weeks and it still didn’t come from them yet it did. Let me make that make sense for you. I called needing a referral to an office that they don’t refer to therefore the office needing the referral would have to send over their own referral request to be submitted back to them. Nothing was said to me that it’s been too long since I’ve been in instead we looked at my X-rays and discussed the teeth that I was needing extracted and I was told that they would get right on it. 2 weeks later they tell the office that needs the referral that I need to be seen first. They don’t call me they just give the excuse and the message was passed on to me. Well I was sent the referral dated 6 months ago that was sent to one of the Dr.’s that they do refer to but was waay out of my budget and they added the Xray that was done 6 months ago when I saw them. So I sent the referral and Xray to the new office myself. STEPHANIE called me back with an attitude saying that I didn’t have coverage. She was so happy to tell me that so she failed to let me correct her by talking over me so then I raised my voice to get her to listen to me because I knew that she had the wrong address information which will subsequently not allow you to verify benefits if you enter the wrong zip code with the social security number. She threatened to hang up in my face. I said no worries because I don’t need to come back to that office anyway. And please accept this as a formal notice to cease all communication and correspondence by telephone, email, text or postal mail with me. Remove me as an active patient because I will NEVER return. All of this started behind the work that was done on a tooth causing it to later crack and break off at the root.

Experiencia fantástica: After 2 failed attempts at trying to find a good dentist that doesn’t try to pressure patients to pay through the nose for services (I’m new to the area), I had high hopes for this office but was admittedly a bit worried about further disappointment. Dr. Siegrist was efficient with my exam and recommended an extra service but didn’t try and scare me into it - the office simply sent an estimate to me after the visit to consider. My hygeniest, Mila, was so kind and thorough! She even gave some education on simple things I can do at home to maintain my teeth even better. Unlike the other two offices, this one actually followed my insurance plan and I finally got a lovely $0 copay. I really appreciated how they prioritize patient education and care over pressuring/scaring patients into doing more and paying more. Will definitely be back.

When I got there all they had to do was make a copy of my DL and that was it. Then the dental assistant came and took me back. She did one X-ray. She was really sweet. My husband has gone to Dr. Siegrist for many, many years as it was more convenient to his workplace and schedule. When I have had difficulties, my husband has taken me to Dr. Siegrist as well for another opinion. He and his staff are some of the kindest, caring, professional specialists I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They always get me in as quickly as possible and I know the moment I walk through that door, I will not only be treated as a VIP, but I will hear what the problem is and how to resolve it. I have had more than my fair share of dental nightmares, but I always know where to go when they occur. They are simply the BEST. My thanks to Dr. Siegrist and his entire staff.

Experiencia fantástica: In general, I really hate going to the dentist with all the scraping, splashing and unnecessary procedures that have been recommended in the past elsewhere- like capping all of my teeth! I have been coming to Williams Square Dental for a few years now and can’t give enough praise. This visit I was scheduled with a different hygienist than I have seen in the past, but was pleasantly surprised. I usually find someone I like and don’t change due to past dental experiences/fears, but was glad to see that Williams Square has two hygienists that are gentle and understanding of my dental sensitivities. Dr. S is very conservative and I appreciate that I don’t ever feel pushed to get something that is not needed. Really have enjoyed my experience here.

Experiencia positiva: 2024: they called me for follow up as usual. I explained them the mistake they made, they did my filling and cleaning WITHOUT checking after I kept telling them that I need root canal. I got sensitivity for 1.5 years!!!!!! I went back multiple times but they keep sending me back that sensitivity will go away but it never did and literally it's been 1.5 years and I still have it little. After a while they were like, "oh yea, you were right, we need to take out the filling, do root canal and then do filling again." I was like am i a testing object or is this a joke?!!! Everything was very painful. Be mindful of the process and definitely get a second opinion. The reason I'm posting this review is When I explained and compalined how my teeth was a MESS made by them there was no remorse, no sorry, nothing. A year ago: The doctor's and the staff were amazing. Beyond expectations. I was lost when I first drove there, the lady on the phone literally guided me until I reached. And most importantly VERY affordable, they don't give you bills of $7000-$10000. Friendly and amazing doctor!!!! This will be my life time doctor! In Sha Allah. Loved everything about it.

There are no hidden costs and a printout detailing your insurance coverage and any out of pocket expenses is supplied and explained at the end of each visit. They truly take your dental health seriously and offer the most modern treatments and techniques to get the best results. Veneers and crowns can be produced right in the office bypassing the inconvenience of waiting for the mold to come back from the lab. This wait can take two weeks or more at other dental offices that don't have this quite expensive equipment. Experiencia negativa: I was asked to provide what you can do better in the future, so here is my review: My insurance didn’t cover something that a temp hygienist did while I had my X-rays. Fluoride was also added that I never got, that was taken off thankfully but I had to ask for the itemized since all of my exams and cleanings have been 100% covered for the almost 10 years I’ve been at this office. In the past, the old front office ladies would’ve ensured I was taken care of and not given things that weren’t covered during a cleaning and/or exam- or would’ve given me the choice before just doing it and leaving me with a balance two months later. Second, the two ladies at the front are extremely inexperienced with this office yet act like the patient is clueless, dismissive most of the times, and catty. Especially Kennedy, she is very young but I’ve yet to have a good experience with her and I’ve been in 4 times in the last month due to Invisalign appts and my normal cleaning. So I’ve had a closer look into the ongoings here lately. I’m incredibly saddened that only three people are left from the years of being there. Everyone else is extremely new and it is not for the good. Bring back Candy (if she wants that), find ways to keep hygienists (Allison is the only one that has stayed and she is pure gold), and please remove the two front office ladies. Over the last 6-8 months, things has gone downhill fast and I never thought I’d make this review for my amazing dentist office! Carly, Allison, and Dr Siegreist are AMAZING.

Experiencia fantástica: I came here at the recommendation of the owner of the company I work at, and I was very pleased with my experience. Great customer service, pricing, and efficiency. The dental assistants are awesome and very knowledgeable. They don’t pressure you at all to buy extra stuff, but they do let you know they have Invisalign and other services. The dentist is very friendly and gave me some great information about my teeth. The X-rays are quick and you can see all the work they’re doing on the screens as it’s done which is cool.

Update ! finally got that tooth pulled 2-28-23 and the same thing applies ! What impresses me the most about Dr Siegrist is that whatever the problem you present, he just smiles and assures you they can fix it - and indeed, he always does!! Today I was in and out in 10 minutes for a crown to be installed on a dental implant. It was a perfect fit without need for any adjustment! I’ve been going there for probably 30 years, never had a bad experience. From the front desk personnel to his dental assistants and hygienists, you’re always in good hands!
