He always makes time to explain what is going on and answer all my questions completely. Before I leave I always have clear instructions as to what I should be doing at home.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Thomas Nabor and his staff are outstanding! I’ve been going there for over 20 years. He’s kept my teeth in great shape and done so with very reasonable prices. I never felt he pushed unnecessary dental treatment. I also recommended a friend to Dr Nabors who had gone to another dentist who told her that she needed to have 10 cavities filled! Dr. Nabors told her that wasn’t necessary, saving her a great deal of expense and discomfort.

I went to the dentist for the first time in 8 years, and I was very nervous, but Nikki made the experience so painless. Dr. Nabors is extremely personable and prompt. The front desk made a plan with me for the work I needed to get done and broke it up into manageable appointments and went over all the costs with me so there were no surprises day of. I will be coming back for all my dental needs! I would highly recommend this practice!

She’s easy to talk to and always shares helpful tips on brushing, flossing, and new products or tools to try. The staff is friendly and efficient, and every visit feels smooth and positive. The office must have too many patients because I couldn’t answer my phone at work during a two hour window to confirm an appointment so they gave it away after I had already requested PTO at work. They also are very behind on billing. Took them over a year to send out a bill. I would recommend finding an office that isn’t so busy and isn’t so turn and burn treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: As a person in my 60’s I’ve been to MANY Dentists over the years but none better. This was my first experience with them and I’m thoroughly impressed. High praise for the entire staff!

Experiencia negativa: I would not come to this doctor if you are in any sort of pain due to a tooth infection or impacted tooth. I came here today and they acknowledged that my tooth was so impacted that it was causing another tooth to decay (9/10 pain), so bad that I needed surgery, and the dentist would not prescribe me anything for pain and suggested I take ibuprofen. To me this represents gross negligence of a patient. I left the office in tears and will be finding another dentist who will actually help if I ever need it in the future.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience. After being a patient for over 20 years, I’m very disappointed with how this practice has declined since Dr. Parham retired. Multiple patients' appointments were canceled with only three days’ notice before the end of the year, and the office manager was rude and condescending. I will not be returning.

Experiencia fantástica: I love it here! Haley is my GIRLLLLLLL. She’s also my dental hygienist! I adore her. She’s super sweet and comical. We have such a great time. The entire staff is awesome. Experiencia negativa: If you like dental offices that constantly cancel on you last minute then this it your place! I have had 3 appointments scheduled at this office within the past year or so. Two of these appointments were canceled by the office last minute (once the day before and the other while I was driving to their office). 10/10 would recommend finding another dentist.

Thanks to a very skilled hygienist Clare (sp) All the folks including the Dr were happy to see me and didn’t scold me for missing a few years of checkups! Lucky all was ok I can happily report! I promised myself not to go that long again without a checkup and cleaning. Like Clare’s Office Artwork says, “You don’t have to brush all your teeth, just the ones you want to keep.”

Well, I was blown away with the hygienist’s professional and friendly attitude. Her name is Ashley. She was amazing. She made me feel like she was really concerned about my health and was going to see to it that I was treated with the utmost respect while she made sure she did a great job cleaning my teeth. I was so pleased with her. I do not like the long drive from DeSoto to Irving, but I have no choice because I have the best dentist in Texas and the staff are pleasant to interact with. We called the emergency number and Dr Nabors called right back. He took me in Monday morning and a few hours later my tooth was fixed. Dr Nabors is a great dentist and great person. Since then I’m no longer officed in Irving, yet I drive over 45 minutes one way from Rowlett to his office in Irving for my dental work.

Experiencia fantástica: Omgosh I love this office so so so much!! I have been a patient for a while there's no other place I'd rather be. ALL the staff is wonderful. I'm positive you can't go wrong with any hygienist there. Nikki, Leah, and Doris have all taking turns on me and I'm nothing but bright white smiles when I leave. Leah saw my youngest son who is terrified of the dentist. He never gets through a cleaning without dramatically crying and ganging. I took him to Leah and she instantly became his tooth fairy. He got through the entire visit with out one tear. She took the time to talk and listen to him and his lil boy concerns and fears. Walked him step by step through everything she was doing the entire visit and educated him on what he can do better at home. I know she's on a very tight schedule but she didn't rush her time with him and that made all the difference. He proudly brushes his teeth everyday with the tips she gave him and brings her name up often at home about how proud Ms. Leah is going to be when she sees him again. Elizabeth did an amazing job on my middle son and Doris got on to my oldest son about doing better brushing and flossing like a second mother! Lol I loved it and he's been brushing better ever since! The front desk team is pure GOLD. They are warm and welcoming and you can see they work hard. Kuddos to the entire office.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Bradley Kellogg did work on all of my upper teeth with two bridges and several individual crowns. The end result was even better than I was expecting! I was concerned that it would look obvious and not like my natural teeth. The final product looks so natural and I could not be more pleased with his work! The temporary teeth also exceeded my expectations. Alex did an amazing job with the detail on the temporary bridge on my front teeth and it looked like individual teeth. Dr. Kellogg explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable about the entire process. He is kind and caring and that made all the difference to me as I was extremely nervous about all the work that had to be done. I would recommend him for any dental work. However I felt just as comfortable with Dr. Kellogg and he was very informative. I had my teeth cleaned by Elizabeth and she did a great job and was very thorough. Experiencia negativa: I use to go Dr.pharm before he retired. I had been going to this office for over 10 years. The staff was always really sweet and helpful so when I recently moved back to the area I thought should schedule my appt with this office even though it’s now a new office. I was in the office for over an hour and half calling trying to figure out if my insurance was accepted before they would clean my teeth, I am a new mom and was really was looking forward to getting my teeth finally taken care of. It was the only thing I’ve tried to do for myself in over a year. The staff in the front didn’t seem to care that I was in there struggling for so long trying to get my ID #. They kept saying they could look it up but I did not feel helped at all. After an hour and a half they said I didn’t have the right dental plan. You get to go about your day like normal and didn’t seem to care at all that I was there but I wasted my only time off in your office with the very little time I had. I will never be returning to this dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Although the staffing has changed, the mannerisms and quality of work have remained the same. Elizabeth was great and did an amazing teeth cleaning. The dentist was thorough in his exam and offered options for future resolutions. I always enjoy my visits regardless if they end up costing me a few dollars.

I had the pleasure of being treated by Maria who was filling in at the office for the day, and Dr. Kellogg was absolutely amazing, he was very thorough in his explanations and made sure I had all my questions answered! Every hygienist I've visited here is sweet and very good at they're job. They are very considerate of pain tolerances and take their time with cleanings. Experiencia fantástica: My dentist move to a new location, very nice place, but is sometimes is very noisy due to the high ceiling that create echo feedback on the noises being made. I love my dentist and his staff, but in the new building, there are other to share space with that I do not know, so it is hard to see the people I do know. They are all very polite, patient related and do their very best to help and be sure all is covered and correct. Blessings to all.

Also, I am grateful that the dentist actually listens to you and acknowledges when you are in pain, scare, nervous, or just not feeling yourself instead of pushing and saying that you’re just nervous because of Procedure. Every time I need something done, I feel at ease because I know that my dentist and his staff would treat me like family.
