Experiencia negativa: Scheduled my dad dental appointment a little over 1 week ago for this coming Saturday 3/5 at 2:30pm. When scheduling the appointment they asked me why he was coming in for. I told the scheduler he has been having an issue with one of his tooth that is loose and needs to be taken out. I asked at that time if they are able to remove the tooth on that same appointment or would he have to come back (since some dental offices are particular and do a consultation first and then schedule to fix the problem tooth). They scheduler informed me that they were going to be able to fix my dads tooth the same day. We proceeded to schedule the appointment for this upcoming Saturday. When I called to confirm appointment and provide his insurance. They have told me that they have been trying to get a hold of me to reschedule the appointment. We have recently a message the beginning of this week to confirm appointment. There was 2 missed calls from them but no voicemails left requesting to reschedule appointment. The scheduler then told me that they don’t do 2:30 appointments because they close at 3pm and they won’t have time to assess him. She continue to inform me they only do consultation on the first visit and they schedule another appointment to “fix the problem tooth”. To which I answered them why would it be offered in the first place and now 2 days before I am being made aware of this. I asked if she can fit my dad in either in the morning or evening she said they were all booked up and the next available won’t be next week. Mind you I need this appointment soon because my dad has his tooth loose and causing him problems. They proceeded to tell me they can’t fit me in and the only thing they can do is reschedule him for next week. This lack of communication and professionalism is not acceptable. This office needs to fix its scheduling issues or train their schedulers better to avoid further misinformation from scheduling and services they can provide the same day. That way there is no delay on patient care. Now I have to look for another dentist office that will see my dad this Saturday so he can get his tooth fixed.

Experiencia negativa: I visited this location after the crown on a tooth that had already received a root canal came off. I did not need additional treatment beyond a filling, which should have been covered by my insurance. I was quoted a charge of $250 and asked more than once whether that amount reflected my insurance coverage. I was told that it did. When I questioned the charge, staff appeared offended, particularly after I noted that extracting the tooth would be less expensive. I think they were trying to take advantage of me because I was out of town.

Experiencia positiva: Dr. B and Dr. Doshi are kind and clearly skilled. They care deeply for patients and their care. I had my wisdom teeth removed at this office and the procedure went smoothly with a quick recovery. For that experience alone, I would give 10/10. However, I do not recommend this practice for orthodontic work. The cost does not reflect the quality or outcome of the treatment. While they promote “fast braces, instead of traditional, my experience was anything but fast. I ultimately needed braces again to correct my bite (which is now better), but I now have a visible gap between my lower teeth that I did not have before starting treatment and I do not enjoy my smile much when I see it. The frequent appointment schedule, every two weeks, was extremely difficult to manage, especially for patients who commute long distances. On one occasion, I was running 20 minutes late and called ahead to notify the office. Despite my history of punctuality and the fact that I traveled hours to get there, I was denied treatment upon arrival. Other than that, they would work with me on scheduling, it was just difficult for me personally. Additionally, my retainers and removal of braces were withheld until my payment plan was fully completed. Although my card was already on file and I had made a substantial down payment that covered the cost of the retainers, they were not released. This may be standard practice, but it was not clearly communicated at the start and added unnecessary frustration. Scheduling was fairly easy after getting that done. Overall, everyone is kind and cares about patient care, and perhaps others have had better experiences. Unfortunately, my orthodontic treatment did not meet my expectations.

Experiencia negativa: I don’t think it should take 1.5 hr to put a bridge on. We did scans to do my flipper for my implant 2 weeks ago, it didn’t come in or it was done incorrectly . So we did 4+ more scans and she wanted to do more but I had enough. This is after my first bridge was measured wrong and didn’t fit, so this was my 2nd bridge fitting, now waiting a total 4 weeks for a flipper- so it appears appropriately 1 month wait for items as they aren’t done right the first time. The dentist are nice, everyone is nice .

I would appreciate a timely service when I have an Appointment scheduled. Example, appointment was a 2pm for my crowns and didn’t get in the chair until 237pm. I know the multitasking with the patients, however just be more respectful of your patients times.

Their estimate was about half the cost, and they were very transparent and informative throughout the process. The clinic has a calm, warm, and welcoming atmosphere. They took photos and X-rays, walked me through everything, and provided a detailed, affordable care plan. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. They played a movie for me, had pleasant music playing, and offered water and a snack. Overall, I highly recommend Irving Family Dental for their professionalism, transparency, and caring approach!

All of the staff was extremely helpful and listened to my concerns. The price they quoted me for my wisdom teeth was less than 1/6th the price of my old dentist. I will definitely be coming back for my regular check ups and cleanings. They accepted my insurance too.

My son recently had to have braces put on and was very nervous for the whole procedure given the fact he had to have his wisdom teeth removed. They were able to talk to him and reassure him everything would be okay. I love that the fact you can get everything done at one location, very convenient. I felt well taken care of, and I can tell they care not only about dental things, but also personal relationships between patients and providers. I have had spots on my teeth since my adult teeth came in, I have never had a dentist invest the time to explain exactly what they were. The service is exceptional, and I believe I made the right choice in selecting this as my new dental office.

He took the time to explain every detail of my current condition and what care procedures he recommended. They provided details on the care plan; plus the full effect of what outcomes they want to make sure I was comfortable with making any decision in my care plan.

Experiencia negativa: I have called them and requests numerous times for an itemized receipt. The one that manages the sales keep asking me when I would come in for my next appointment and I told them I would hold off on it since I am low on funds. They still charged me for something I didn't get done and refuse to send me an itemized receipt and fix their prices. It's been over 3 months. I do not recommend going there, very unprofessional.

Update, I have called mutliple times to figure out an outstanding balance (that i wasnt told of until i set up another appointment) when and each time the "person to talk to" was out and would call me later. Now I have a balance that I was told would be covered by my insurance and a dentist office who keeps giving me the run around when i tell them what my insurance says they need to cover the expense.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. B explained everything in detail to where I understood everything that was going on with my tooth pain. She advised a plan and I’m very pleased with the staff. I highly recommend this dental office !!!!!

Experiencia negativa: I do not recommend this dental facility. They completely wasted my time by splitting the cleaning and X-ray exams into separate appointments, which was unnecessary and inconvenient. The only reason I’m giving a one-star rating is because of the doctor, who took the time to explain the results clearly and professionally. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff and their overall service were disappointing and not worth it.

Experiencia fantástica: Came here to get a second opinion as the office I went prior stated I had cavities and gave me a pricey quote and didn’t go into detail about where the cavities even were. Irving family dental was efficient and provided me information every step of the way. Dr. Doshi thoroughly explained what he saw during the oral exam and didn’t leave me with wondering questions. I appreciate the service I got here

I had to have a root canal and I was terrified but Dr Rini was so gentle and so knowledgeable it didn’t hurt at all. They also helped being able to afford my treatment since I didn’t have dental insurance. The whole office was amazing I recommend it 100%

With her deep knowledge and phenominal analytical analysis she explain thoughroghly the possible reasons and Modular approach to fix the dental issues. I am very satisfied and glad landed to right Dentist. Dr Bavishi is excellent and I will recommend everyone who is looking for dentist.
