Experiencia fantástica: I have been bringing my kids here for a few years now and they have always been so patient and understanding with my schedule. The plus is that my kids are comfortable and happy with them. My kids have ADHD autism and anxiety and they have never once said anything bad to them or get frustrated with them. My daughter gets nervous but they immediately make sure she feels comfortable. She tells me she loves all the girls that work there. I really don’t have anything bad to say about this place. They always get a price as well.

Dr. Ophaso was extremely pleasant and communicating current teeth stages and ways to improve felt like an educator. Bilingual staff. Setting/changing appointments has been so easy. Parking is great. Walmart parking lot.

I've never encountered any problems.My Grand child have been going there for years. They make sure you are given a reminder call of your appointment and they still call you the day before. They do online pre-registration which is very helpful which make the process of checking in very fast.

Experiencia negativa: so rude i was on the phone with a medicaid representative and a staff member Maggie told her off just because they didnt call her i understand you wanna go by the rules but the medicaid representative and her couldve worked something out to help us which aha its your job !

Not only was she super courteous and sat around to answer all of my questions, she did one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had done! Experiencia fantástica: This review is specific to not only the Playa and the sister office Azul (in Richardson) but is primarily focused at Dr. Jordan Juarez, DDS. I have been struggling to find a dentist for my special needs daughter after she aged out from the clinic at Children's Medical Center. Dr. Juarez was incredibly patient, gentle, and kind with her and provided EXCELLENT service. Her teeth have never looked so good. I highly recommend Dr. Juarez for every family member but especially for those who have special needs.

I also love the fish tanks its a way the kids can have fun with them and they have tvs to they halp the kids not worry about what the doctor do. My daughter loves all the fish they have in their aquariums and, even though she's one, the dentist does a really good job of making her feel comfortable so she isn't scared. She still cries a little bit because she would rather be up looking at the fish but she really loves the staff. Keep up the great work Playa!

Experiencia negativa: We've been looking for a new pediatric dentist for our kids I had a friend refer me to use this dentist, when I called I specifically asked over the phone, about the promotion she told me about "if I took my kids in, I could get credit towards a cleaning for myself" the lady on the phone actually told me "she couldn't release any information regarding the promotion over the phone, but she would have someone call me back w/details?!? it wasn't until the NEXT Week before someone from the office text me first then when she did call me, one of my main questions was NOT jst in the event my child needs a procedure done but I specifically asked, "at anytime that my children ages 8yrs, 3yrs or 6mo. Is in the back am I allowed to stay w/ my child at all times??" she told me, "they don't allow any parents in the back at any given point regardless of the age b/c children seem to respond better when the parents aren't present?!?" I again asked, "even for my 3yr old or 6month old as well" she still again said "No ma'am, but you are always welcome to ask at the receptionist desk to check on how your child is doing" NO THANKS!!! MAYBE WHEN OUR KIDS ARE OLDER BUT DEFINITELY NOT THE DENTIST OFFICE FOR OUR KIDS...NOW
